I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff member who took care of our room during our 5-day stay. She was truly wonderful and cleaned the room perfectly every single day. We are very grateful to her for her kindness and hard work. There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. Everything was great, although the price was a little bit high.

- Christina (6/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt, gute Lage - Die Lage war sehr gut. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer erhalten als das, welches wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner, sodass kaum Platz vorhanden war, um überhaupt einen Koffer vernünftig zu öffnen. Als wir dies an der Rezeption angesprochen und um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten haben, wurde uns zunächst lediglich mitgeteilt, dass aktuell keine weiteren Zimmer verfügbar seien und es sich angeblich um die von uns gebuchte Kategorie handeln würde. Erst nach längerer Diskussion wurde erwähnt, dass eventuell am Folgetag ein Zimmerwechsel möglich wäre. Ein Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels – beispielsweise in Form eines kostenlosen Frühstücks oder einer Preisreduzierung – wurde trotz des deutlich kleineren Zimmers leider nicht angeboten. Auch das Personal wirkte insgesamt nicht besonders freundlich oder hilfsbereit. Parkhäuser in der Nähe jedoch völlig überteuert. Insgesamt leider enttäuschend und nicht das, was wir bei der Buchung erwartet hatten.

Chambre confortable, mais pas de rangements L'hotel est très bruyant,car mal isolé. Il donne sur une artère avec de la circulation. Dommage car sinon l'hotel est agréable.

Easy check in and very accommodating staff. Room was cleaned throughout our stay to a very high standard Bed was a bit on the firm side (obviously a personal thing as some folk may like firm), the bar attached to the hotel seemed to open irregularly which wasn’t a massive issue as there were plenty of alternatives nearby

Estuvimos en la 5ª planta y no había apenas presión de agua. Uno de los colchones (ventana) , te echaba de la cama (desgastado de un lado). Muchos mosquitos. - Sally (8/5): Great place if you want to be close to the city centre but away from the crowds and noise. - Good location close to the port, old town and transport links to the airport. And it really wasn’t far to walk to the beach. The adjoining cafe /bistro was perfect for an excellent Spanish breakfast. Also good authentic Spanish tavernas and restaurants close by. Only views out onto the street.

Para quienes tengan estancias largas, queda a unos 90 m de una lavandería de autoservicio qué opera 24/7, lo cual nos resultó útil. El baño era un poco incómodo.

- Hernán (10/5): Volveríamos a Málaga y a este hotel, una y mil veces más - TODO. No nos pudimos haber quedado en un mejor hotel en todo el centro histórico y turístico de Málaga. Elena y la señorita cubana fueron muy amables. Mil gracias por el early-check-in. La habitación estuvo excelente, buen tamaño, buen balcón esquinero, buena insonorización, todo renovado, buena iluminación en la alcoba, con neverita (frigo), todo muy limpio y ordenado, la cama y las almohadas excelentes. Todo lo que hay para conocer como turista de Málaga, está cerca del hotel. Málaga es hermosa y vibrante, gente linda por todos lados, si algún día volvemos, aquí nos volveríamos a hospedar. Cafetera o tetera nos hizo falta y un bote de basura en la habitación, los que suelen usar en los baños son chicos e incómodos. Solo eso. No afectó de ninguna forma la estadía. En la misma cuadra del hotel venden un café exquisito.

- Zuzana (10/5): We would love to stay again - This hotel has really good location, it is very close to the city center. Room was modern, clean and big enough. We really enjoyed the stay there. It is not possible to have breakfast in the hotel. But there are lot of options around so it is the only down. Also some staff doesn't speak english (I'm fluent in Spanish so I didn't mind but can be problem for some people)
