• SHAILESH (9/5): Overall stay wise awesome as super close to Trevi fountain, you can go early morning to get the feel with no crowd. - The property is good location, room is great for a family of 4/5 with kids. The cobblestone path to the apt was horrible as our delsey bag wheel got broke and we had to face hard time. The time was mentioned & the host( Rina ) was not there. we were waiting outside for 15 mins trying to reach the host. Called couple of times but no answer. After 20 mins she sent someone with the keys but it is definitely difficult to find the apt. She made up by allowing us to keep our luggage after the check out for 4 hours which saved our time & money for luggage storage so thanks to her.👍.

All’arrivo all’orario previsto ho aspettato quasi mezz’ora prima che qualcuno arrivasse ad aprire. Camera molto piccola con una minuscola finestrella che dava su una terrazza in disuso. Per la verità ho avuto modo di vedere le altre stanze e mi sono sembrate decisamente migliori

• Maria (9/5): Good / Perfect Location - The location - if you are looking for a point from which you can explore the center on foot, this is your place. The room was wide and spacious. There were a kettle and coffee machine in the room, as well as tea and coffee capsules. There was not good coverage, but there is a good WI-FI signal. There was no window to let in air and natural light and it was a bit dark. The owners did not respond to my inquiries for a long time before my stay. However, on the day of check-in I was able to contact them and everything was fine.

• MARIAM (7/5): - Расположение- супер,рядом с фонтаном Же Треви.Очень благодарна персоналу,позволили оставить багаж до чекина и после чекаута.Комнату предоставили в 12.00. Оплату попросили наличными,может стоит указать ,что оплата будет наличными,а не с карты??В размещении была указана терраса,однако из комнаты не было выхода на террассу.Террасса была отдельно совершенно с отдельным входом и вроде был ремонт.На фотографии указана совершенно другая комната.Предложили убрать комнату ,на 5 ый день вечером,а оставались 6 дней.
• Elisa (10/5): - Posizione eccezionale a 30 secondi a piedi dalla Fontana di Trevi con possibilità di scegliere ristoranti per pranzo e cena comodissimi da raggiungere. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche l'ultimo giorno e ritirarli prima di recarsi in stazione. Host molto gentile e organizzata con il suo staff. L'appartamento è in una via molto stretta e poco curata; guardando fuori dalla finestra lo stabile di fronte è decisamente fatiscente. Diciamo che la "vista" non è il punto forte ma basta spostarsi di pochi metri ed è fatta.

• CHARIKLEIA (4/5): Απαράδεκτοι ιδιοκτητες - Το μόνο που ήταν ευχάριστο ήταν τα αναπαυτικά στρώματα και η τοποθεσια. Ανύπαρκτη επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες.Ας ξεκινήσουμε με το ότι ειχαμε στείλει email ότι έχει καθυστέρηση το αεροπλάνο μας και δεν πήραμε ποτέ απάντηση.Φτασαμε στη Ρωμη και ψάχναμε να βρούμε το κατάλυμα καθως δεν υπήρχε καμία ταμπέλα με την επωνυμία του καταλύματος.Οταν το βρήκαμε καλούσαμε στο τηλέφωνο και δεν το σήκωναν.Μετα απο πολλές φορές επιτέλους μας απάντησαν και ήρθε ο κύριος από την πιτσαρία trevi και μας άνοιξε.Στο δωμάτιο αφού είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο για 4 άτομα είχε μόνο 2 κούπες για καφέ και μόνο 4 κάψουλες για 3 διανυκτερεύσεις.Στην κουκετα του δωματίου εξειχε μια βίδα επικίνδυνη για τραυματισμό και το φωτιστικό στον τοίχο κρέμονταν.Θα μπορουσαν να μας ειδοποιήσουν να πάρουμε τα κλειδιά από την πιτσαρία και να μην ταλαιπωρηθουμε τόσο πολυ.

Ottimo il rapporto posizione/prezzo. Personale e proprietaria gentili e disponibili. Positiva la disponibilità a poter lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check-out Il collegamento wifi.

There were plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to find breakfast options. Also a lot of transfer solutions available nearby! The communication with the owner was not very good. On the day we arrived, no one was there to give us the keys, and we had to make three phone calls before we were able to reach her. In the end, an employee from the restaurant downstairs who happened to be passing by assisted us by contacting the owner, which is how we finally received the keys.

• Johan (7/5): - Centralt men ändå lugnt. Lätt att nå personal per telefon. Bra men inte fantastiska sängar. Löste väskförvaring. Trasig (avbruten) nyckel för väskförvaring. Det löste sig eftersom vi kunde låna nyckel från ett annat rum, men om det hade varit upptaget så hade vi fått problem. Strulet hade kunnat lösas om personal tittat på nycklarna mellan kunderna.

• Andre (1/5): PÉSSIMA - Para mim, a booking vendeu como um hotel. Antes de viajar, mandei uma msg perguntando se poderia adiantar o check in pois meu voo chegaria cedo e a resposta foi que sim. Cheguei lá, não conseguia falar com ninguém, liguei mas só falava por msg e mesmo assim lenta. A pessoa não sabia nada, mandou outra pessoa, que demorou e não resolveu nada. Fiquei na rua com as bagagens e minha familia. Pessima experiencia . Tive que procurar um hotel para me acomodar de tudo, principalmente pelo despreparo da pessoa que era a responsavel. Só depois percebi que não era um hotel mas a impressão é que a pessoa não tinha a acomodação como prioridade. Respostas lentas por msg. Eu precisava falar pelo telefone e a pessoa não me atendia. Recebi a msg que uma outra pessoa iria lá para eu pelo menos deixar as malas mas essa pessoa demorou horas e não sabia de nada. Ai eu não queria deixar mala em um local que ninguém sabia de nada e o resultado foi que depois de uma viagem de 12 horas de avião, com as malas na rua, tive que ir atras de um hotel

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, camera da 4 di dimensioni normali, di notte abbiamo dormito bene nonostante la posizione centrale, non c'era rumore. aggiungerei una colazione convenzionata con uno dei bar vicini, anche con un piccolo sovrapprezzo oppure farei trovare qualcosa di essenziale in camera per la colazione. C'era il bollitore, ma senza alcuna bustina di the o camomilla o altro. Migliorerei un po' la pulizia, c'erano ragnatele e il frigo non era acceso al nostro arrivo (estate caldissima, noi avevamo bottiglie di acqua da mettere al fresco ma il frigo era caldo e spento) ed emanava cattivo odore

• Alexandra (10/5): Great location - great experience - Beautiful cozy room - clean, spacious, quiet, next to the Fontana di Trevi, monuments and shops. Bed was super comfortable, all clean. Small capsules for coffee and mini fidge. Definitely recommending it. No communication before check-in but immediate response on whatsapp message so no problem.

• carboblack (7/5): Posizione Ottima - Soggiorno iniziato con qualche intoppo ma finito bene. Siamo arrivati all'ora stabilita per il check in ma gli addetti non erano raggiungibili telefonicamente. Dopo circa mezz'ora finalmente una risposta e abbiamo potuto accedere alla stanza... ma non quella prenotata. Chiarito il contrattempo abbiamo avuto la stanza giusta, nel nostro caso la suite, molto spaziosa e confortevole. Al di fuori della stanza è anche disponibile un terrazzino comune. Vero punto di forza della struttura è la posizione, a 50 metri dalla fontana di Trevi e comodissima per visitare le principali attrazioni di Roma che sono per la maggior parte raggiungibili a piedi.

• Laura (9/5): - La posizione è il vero punto di forza della struttura: un minuto a piedi dalla Fontana di Trevi, ma in un vicoletto che rende il soggiorno silenzioso. Ti permette di girare tutto a piedi e di goderti il soggiorno al massimo. Camera spaziosa (noi avevamo la suite con letto matrimoniale, letto a castello e un divano che funge da letto) e pulita, bagno spazioso con doccia, lavabo, bidet e wc. C'è la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde e un bollitore ma senza filtri per il thè. La titolare è molto disponibile: mancava la culla perché booking aveva confermato la richiesta in automatico, ma in mezz'ora me l'ha procurata. Torneremo sicuramente.

• Cécile (8/5): Très beau séjour à Rome dans ce logement très bien situé - Emplacement très bien situé , juste à côté de la Fontaine de Trevi , à 10mn à pied du métro A, à 3 min des bus. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées (petit frigo, bouilloire, wifi, serviettes ..) Il faut appeler la propriétaire en arrivant . Pas d’infos concernant le départ pour laisser les clés malgré un message envoyé . La personne qui fait le ménage vient à 10h le jour du départ .

A pesar de estar en una zona de mucho ruido, la calle donde se ubica es muy tranquila, lo que favorece al descanso. Por poner una pega ..que no dispone de ascensor, pero son poquísimos escalones y merece muchísimo la pena este lugar

• Gregory (10/5): Location, Location, Location. - Terrific center city location, and the room was comfortable and very clean. Literally steps away from Trevi Fountain, so we were able to go early morning and avoid the crowds. The host allowed us to check in early since our arrival was sooner than expected. Multiple attempts to communicate in advance were ignored. However, the very kind host made up for that by allowing us to leave bags in the room upon morning arrival and then allowed us to check in 30 minutes later.
