- Lawrence (6/5): - This place is ok but i never met any one from this place, the toilet bowl space is just 6 inches from the shower, you have to sit on it from one side,, is ok for kids but if you are over than 5 feet you gonna have problems doing your thongs.
- Nerissa (10/5): - Staff are very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. We requested an hour and a half more to check out and they agreed with no hesitations. Location is topnotch. Transportation is excellent, very close to bus stops going to metro to colosseo. Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peters Basilica are very close. It can be walkable if you don’t mind the heat during summer.

- Rosa (4/5): - The only thing this place has going for them is the proximity to the Vatican city (20 mins walk). And proximity to the metro. However, the mattress is stained and the bathroom needs a major revamp. Oh and no actual breakfast.... But luckly there was a cute cafe at the corner of the street....

- Daniella (8/5): - We liked how polite and friendly the cleaner was and the room was a good size, airy and spacious. Toilet is right infront of the shower so not sure how you could sit down with long legs but it was fine for us! We liked where it is it’s about 15 minutes walk out from the Vatican next to the market and about an hour to the Roman Forum ( treck fountain and Pantheon are just 10 minutes closer than this). We weren’t let in on the first night due to a misunderstanding with late arrival so had to stay at the Hotel Franklin instead. Casa Boschi waved the city tax as a refund for this so all dealt with. Nice and quiet on a night as it is in a residential area but nice restraunts just around the corner. Would return for the great price

Petit déjeuner pas terrible voir carrément inexistant certains jours ! Comme le ménage en chambre qui n’est pas fait tous les jours . Point fort relativement proche du Vatican.

- Raphael (2/5): O pior experiência possível - Tivemos a pior experiência possível neste local. Foi constado um problema no aquecedor de água, e a proprietária, Irene, apareceu somente 2h depois do ocorrido. No dia seguinte tivemos o mesmo problema e por quase 4h tivemos que insistir para a mesma nos ajudar com uma solução. Ela simplesmente dizia que não podia fazer nada, que não trabalhava com hidráulica, que o problema era no boiler e que no dia seguinte seria feriado em Roma e ninguém poderia arrumar. Tivemos que ouvir ainda "se quiserem na cozinha tem água quente". Alguém toma banho na pia da cozinha? Depois de muita dor de cabeça, pedindo uma solução para ela (pedíamos apenas para tomar um banho quente, que é o mínimo que se espera de um B&B), ela resolveu nos levar para um Hotel. Arrumamos todas nossas coisas e seguimos. Na recepção do Hotel, enquanto ela fazia nossa reserva, ainda reclamou para o atendente da recepção, dizendo que reclamávamos demais, que queríamos muito de um B&B. Apenas lembrando também que quase perdemos nossas entradas ao Vaticano, pois estávamos esperando ela para tomar banho no primeiro dia pela manhã, não tomamos sequer um café da manhã. Infelizmente não posso recomendar este local, mas se nada tivesse acontecido iria realmente recomendar, pois é confortável e de fácil acesso.

- Zsófia (10/5): - Nagyon jó választás volt ez a szálláshely. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, a Szent Péter tér gyalog 10 percen belül elérhető. Érkezés előtt mindenképp érdemes felhívni a szállásadót, annak érdekében, hogy a bejelentkezés gördülékenyen menjen. Javaslom, hogy telefonáljon, mert az email-re nem nagyon reagálnak. A szobalány nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt végig, a szoba mérete megfelelő és mindig nagy tisztaság fogadott minket, amikor este hazaértünk. A szobához légkondi is tartozik, így könnyű elviselni a meleg római éjszakákat. A reggeli során friss croissant és kávét kaptunk. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom! It was a really great choice. The location is brilliant, the St.Peter basilica situated only 10 minutes walking distance! There are several bars, bakery and restaurant in the nearby. It is suggested to call the guest house before your arrival in order to inform them about the time of your check-in. The chambermaid is very kind and helpful, she was very polite all the time. The breakfast was also fine, croissant, coffe and juice were available. I can recommend this guest house for everyone!

- Courtney Ray (10/5): 10/10! - Casa bochi was my favorite place to stay so far! They make you feel like family... but a good family, who respects your space. Breakfast was perfect every morning and so great to have the little kitchen there. 10/10 recommend.
- Sabine (8/5): Hyggelig guesthouse - Guest House ligger på 1. sal i en større ejendom i et roligt boligkvarter med elevator. Det er en smuk gade med træer. Der er tre værelser og et tekøkken. Vores værelse havde et privat badeværelse med bruseniche. Hver morgen serveres der morgenmad med friske croissanter ca. kl. 8.30. Hvis man gerne vil spise morgenmad inden, kan man tilberede det selv i tekøkkenet, hvor kaffe, te, toast, smør og syltetøj er tilgængelige døgnet rundt. Personalet er venlig og hjælpsom, men er kun til stede til morgenmaden. Det er nemt at komme i centrum af byen med offentlig trafik (bus og / eller metro) Vatikanstaten er i gåafstand.

- Jazmin (10/5): Cuarto amplio a unos minutos a pie del vaticano - El personal es super amable, nuestro cuarto me pareció bastante amplio, hay desayuno incluido cada mañana de café y una variedad de panes con mermelada. Teníamos entrada privada. Todo lo necesario para preparar café en el cuarto también. Esta a unos pasos del Vaticano en una muy buena ubicación con restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Hay cerca tmb bus y metro. Excelente opción

- Ariane (6/5): Un très bon séjour malgré quelques désagréments - Une arrivée très tardive due à un souci de navette a un peu entamé la joie d'être à Rome. Les propriétaires ont dû se déplacer à minuit pour nous montrer notre chambre. Accueil charmant de deux touristes argentins qui nous ont ouvert la porte avant l'arrivée du propriétaire résidant à 6 km du B and B. Accueil un peu frais de ce dernier ...Il nous avait attendues puis était rentré chez lui. Nous étions désolées du dérangement mais comment faire autrement? Problème d'eau pas assez chaude pour la douche les deux premiers jours. Absence de toaster regrettable, manque de variété de jus de fruits les deux derniers matins. Fruits frais et yaourts, variété de pains. La proximité du Vatican en fait un point de chute intéressant. Hôtesse agréable, parlant français.

Prettige buurt, openbaar vervoer op korte afstand. Een prettige fauteuil zou nog een welkome aanvulling kunnen zijn. Nog een tip, op 200 meter afstand zit een uitstekend klein restaurant, Trattoria Primo Sale, heel goed, betaalbaar en leuke mensen! A Casa Bosschi is zeker een aanrader.

- LIA GABRIELA (8/5): No reserve si va a llegar después de las 20:30 - El hotel bueno, la habitación muy bien, pero en ningún lado decía que si llegábamos después de las 20:30 nos iban a cobrar un recargo de 20 euros. Sí que había que avisarles, que lo hicimos y nos respondieron cuando no había tiempo de cancelar la reserva porque perdíamos el importe. Ya hicimos el reclamo con hoteles.com
- Monika (10/5): Doskonały odpoczynek po intensywnym dniu w Rzymie - A Casa Boschi zlokalizowana jest w spokojnej dzielnicy Prati na północ od Watykanu. Do placu św. Piotra można dojść w 15 minut. Jest to świetna lokalizacja dla osób chcących spędzić w Watykanie więcej czasu lub uczestniczących w kilku wydarzeniach w różnych dniach. Pokój i łazienka są bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Dodatkowo codziennie były sprzątane. Łóżko jest bardzo duże, z wygodnym materacem i pościelą wysokiej jakości, co zapewnia komfortowy sen. W pokoju jest telewizor, lodówka oraz czajnik elektryczny i filiżanki oraz kawa i herbata. WiFi działa bez zarzutu i jest bezpłatne. W ogólnodostępnej kuchni jest podawane śniadanie, w którego skład wchodzą rogaliki, babeczki, tosty i sucharki, miód, dżem, masło, serek, kawa, herbata, sok. Można je też zrobić sobie samemu, jeśli wcześnie rozpoczyna się zwiedzanie. W łazience jest suszarka do włosów oraz ręczniki i przybory toaletowe. W korytarzu są turystyczne mapki Rzymu do zabrania na zwiedzanie oraz foldery i przewodniki turystyczne, które można poczytać. Właścicielka Irene jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Mój pobyt w A Casa Boschi był bardzo udany.

- MK JIN (2/5): 설명과 다른 최악의 숙소 - 12월에 이용했다. 설명에는 에어컨이 있다고 했지만 실제론 없다. 그대신 방 크기에 비해 턱없이 작은 라디에이터가 있다. 게다가 라디에이터의 구동시간은 하루 4시간뿐이다. 중앙난방이라서 개인적인 조절이 안된다. 너무 추워서 감기에 걸렸다. 그래서 일정에 차질이 생겼다. 공항셔틀은 37유로라고 했는데 50유로 받았다. 아침식사는 매우 열악하다. 샤워부스는 물이 잘 빠지지 않는다. 내가 이태리에서 이용한 호텔중에서 가장 형편없다. 최악의 숙소이다.

- Ruth (8/5): A CASA BOSCHI - My family and I stayed at this hotel, which is actually like they call it a Bed and Breakfast. Ciara, Irene her daughter and Lysell are a wonderful staff. Respecting our privacy, keeping the place clean and catering to our needs. The place is great for tourist because it's in an area where you can walk to the Vatican or catch the train to just about anywhere. My family traveled to Spain, by air of course, we went to Naples and they went to the trail in Vesubius, you can go to Pompei. You can even catch the train from the airport and a taxi which will take you to the hotel which is about a 15 min. walk. Near shopping area and supermarket. It is very quiet for those that desire to spend some time staying and relaxing. I recommend this place. The price is good too. Thank you ladies have a wonderful Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.

C'era solo uno nelle vicinanze a pagamento. La colazione in apparenza ricca, ma di bassa qualità ( merendine confezionate e panettone) qualche biscotto, yogurt, fette biscottate, marmellata e due tipi di succhi, oltre a caffè, latte e the. Camera buona! In sostanza prezzo trp alto X un b&b di qst tipo, ce ne sn altri di pari livello a prezzi inferiori.

Alles war bestens eingerichtet und wir wohnten nicht ganz weit vom Vatikan entfernt. Auch vom Olympiastadion ist man nicht weit erntfernt. Metro und Busanbindung sind auch ganz in der Umgebung.
- Piotr (6/5): przecietna obsługa z dobrą lokalizacją - Brak komunikacji między właścicielem a "osobą" która była na miejscu w wyniku tego wynikła stresująca sytuacji gdyż okazało się ze nie ma takiej rezerwacji. Dopiero po godzinie udało się zameldować. Śniadanie w cenie hmm Jeśli śniadanie sobie trzeba samemu robić a produkty kupić bo te które są są poniżej krytyki to to śniadanie w efekcie nie jest darmowe. Pokój czysty i ładny szkoda że łazienka była jednak osobno a nie w pokoju (co ponownie nie było wyszczególnione w rezerwacji). Najważniejsze że wszędzie było blisko na piechotę
- jean philippe (8/5): - Nous avions choisi , entre autre, cet établissement car d'après les évaluations précédentes ,la propriétaire parlait français et donnait de bonnes indications pour les resto et les visites... Raté: elle était en vacances... Le petit déjeuner était très correct le premier jour et au bout du 4° matin, il était urgent de refaire les courses... heureusement , la petite employée rencontrée chaque matin était souriante et sympa.
- Sophie (10/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un appartement spacieux, avec 2 chambres, cuisine et salle de bain, très proche du Vatican. La situation est idéale, bus et métro à proximité, quartier agréable. Merci à Chiara pour sa disponibilité, serviabilité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
- DA SILVA (8/5): A recommander ! - Très grande chambre propre et confortable. Salle de bain attenante suffisante. La propriétaire, qui parle français, est venu chaque matin nous préparer le petit déjeuner (beaucoup de choix). L'appartement est à 10 minutes du Vatican et proche du métro apparemment (mais nous ne l'avons pas emprunté, nous avons tout fait à pieds). Rapport qualité/prix très correct pour Rome
- Verified traveler (6/5): Günstig gelegen. - Leider befand sich im Zimmer weder ein Tisch, noch ein Stuhl, noch ein Schrank! Bett und Bad waren o.k. Frühstück musste man sich selbst zubereiten. Insgesamt eher eine Angelegenheit für Spartaner.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Quite good, but wouldn't recommend. - The room was fine, except that we found out that the bathroom is not in the room itself! That was a very big disappointment since we had to walk through a shared property to get to the bathroom.

- Karli (10/5): Really nice hotel, perfect location - Our room was so cute with a view of a pretty square down below. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good too. I couldn't have asked for a better location. It is about 200m from the wall of the Vatican with several places to eat and shop nearby. The metro is close and easy to find as well to get to the other attractions in Rome. A great price as well which is can be hard to find in Rome. I will definitely be going back next time I'm in Rome!
