• Mark (2/5): - I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. I’ve enjoyed many stays in Italian hotels and without exception the staff have been excellent. This was exceptionally awful, I shall not be returning.
• Gunter (4/5): - After traveling 700km we were asked to first park our car outside of the residence, check in and only then we could enter. Not the best way to start if you know there were no free spots around the area
• Eric (6/5): Don't expect much - A few things. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are alright - as shown in photos. Nothing was wrong with the room, it's just everything else that's out of touch with this hotel. You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). The closest ATM is about 900m away although the area is really sketchy so walking at 11pm hunting for a working ATM wasn't the greatest. You have a kitchenette but it's 50Euros to use it. There's no breakfast although it's advertised as such. The staff is nice, I get these policies aren't they're own doing. I will most likely not be coming back to his hotel next time I'm in Milan.
• ALDO (4/5): Soldi buttati - Odore di cucina in corridoio e soprattutto in camera. 100euro di cauzione cash o scrivendo gli estremi della propria carta di credito su un foglio che si girano tutti in reception per la pulizia del cucinino. Letto incastrato tra 2 pareti senza spazio per un comodino e/o una lucetta. Inappropriato e caro.
• Amanda (4/5): - Property was not as advertised on Travelocity. No Shuttle, No Breakfast, No coffee in the room. No pool towels available for use and pool closes early. Dirty, smells of dog urine, and disappointed overall and received only partial refund. (stayed only 1 of 4 nights booked)

• Marco (10/5): - Struttura comoda in zona Corvetto, adeguatamente funzionale, possibilità di parcheggio riservato agli ospiti che va chiesto preventivamente poichè ne ho saputo l'esistenza solo alla mia partenza, personale gentile e cortese, pulito, camere spaziose, confortevoli, WiFi gratuito, molto silenziosa e comoda. Sicuramente ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Il miglior compromesso in zona strategica di Milano in zona Lodi Rigamonti Corvetto allacci tangenziali e autostrade.

• Alicia (6/5): - The residence is a basic place to sleep as it has not services, only a pool. The condition of the room is good and the best it is the quality of the windows is very very good- not noice coming at all! They scare you a bit with the use of the kitchenette, for the cleaning you have to pay 50€ extra if you use it but they have only 1 vending machine if you want to eat and not service for even breakfast, so not very coherent. The only thing terrible was the wc that is pretty brown colour inside instead to be white, they could use a bit of bleach to make it back to it's original colour as doesn't looks exactly disinfected. Also some visible dust in the shelfs of the desk. The location is in a residential area with assumable walking distance from the underground, it is a nice walk.

• Mark (2/5): Do not book! Read fine print. - You must call 24 hours before check-in and you can check-in only between 6pm and 10pm. Good luck contacting the hotel anytime before 6pm. I called the place the evening prior check-in, the gentleman asked me to call again in 5 minutes. I did but nobody answered. You are requested to pay 50 Euros for using the spartan kitchenette and pay deposit for outdoor keys, which you need to use if you want to get in the hotel before 6pm. I was expecting a nice small boutique hotel, this is not it.
• Andy (10/5): City Break - Stayed 14.09.20 - 17.09.20. Staff at Hotel were amazing and gave good advice on where to go for good quality restaurants. Gave directions as to where to go to find local Metro station. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble Felt safe as guests temperature was read every time you entered the hotel lobby.
• peter (10/5): A perfect weekend break. - Although first impressions may not delight from the outside this hotel is a great base for exploring Milan, it is only a 5 minute walk to the metro which will whisk you into the centre In 10/15 mins and it was lovely to relax by the pool and have a refreshing dip after spending the day exploring the city. There are lots of cafes and shops nearby but we just bought our own breakfast and ate in the apartment which had everything you need leaving a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge to chill for our return later which we enjoyed in the gardens. I was concerned about the kitchenette cleaning charge however we left everything as we found it and this was not applied to us. The staff were friendly and accommodating and from a COVID point of view we could not have felt safer. Definitely would return 😊
• Verified traveler (6/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix - La résidence Corvetto est bien situé, à proximité du métro Porto di Mare ( ligne jaune),à 7 stations de la cathédrale. La chambre est spacieuse, équipée pour un court séjour, literie très confortable. Une réseau wifi très satisfaisant. Le gros point négatif est que la piscine est payante et le prix excessif( 19 eur/2 personnes/4 heures). Il faut réserver son créneau. Georges est un réceptionniste très agréable et sympathique. Dans l’ensemble, si l’on fait abstraction de la piscine, c’est un bon rapport qualité/prix. Environnement très calme, idéal pour se reposer après une longue journée de visite. Personnel de chambre très discret.
• Timothy S (8/5): Unpretentious gem of an efficiecy - This efficiency is in a convenient if very unlovely neighborhood. It felt rather like a college dorm room, but was perfectly serviceable. Better for long stays, thought be careful to clean the kitchette well as not doing so costs you a €50 cleaning fee. But the front desk staff were excellent, nice to have space, the fridge and dishes and such. Did not cook more than hot water, and not having a kettle that meant using the stove top and a pot. The location is convenient to shops and the metro and with some research, some great local restaurants. The neighborhood is a little down rev, but not specifically unsafe just feels a bit off, and for Italy, pretty grim. . The grounds do include a pool (smaller than it looks on the website but clean) and a lovely garden on the property. We spent each later afternoon there with our own bottle of wind and snacks, a great rest from the city noise.

Gebühr in verschlossenem Hof mit Alarmsicherung. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und alle anderen Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Traumhaft der Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und altem Baumbestand. . • Daniela (10/5): Residence Corvetto eccellente effetto! - Personale cortese e disponibile, check-in veloce e possibilità, chiedendolo, di last check-out fino alle ore 14 gratis. Nel complesso sono a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente: wi fi, sky tv e, sia il parcheggio sia la colazione, sono inclusi nel prezzo solo di alcuni monolocali. La struttura molto confortevole e pulita si trova in posizione silenziosa e strategica vicinissima alla metro. Il residence include la possibilità di praticare gratuitamente sia la sala fitness sia la piscina ( portarsi telo sennò si è obbligati a noleggiarlo ). Ottima scelta, da consigliare.

Ligging ten opzichte van winkels, restaurants is prima (leuke buitenwijk), evenals de afstand tot de metro (500m) met een directe verbinding naar het oude centrum (10 min. ). Kamers zijn eenvoudig maar netjes. Tuin is mooi groot met een leuk zwembad. Aantal ligbedden is erg beperkt (4 stuks).

Voor een korte of langere periode prima te gebruiken als je vervoer hebt. Dichtbij Linate airport

• arnaud (6/5): rien a dire - pour un séjour d'affaires court (si vous avez une voiture), je vous recommande cet établissement. propre, wifi convenable. mais le quartier est très triste, et il n'y a rien a voir. j'ai eu du mal a trouver l'établissement tant il est confondu avec les immeubles environnants. privilégiez une chambre sur le devant, car ma chambre sur l'arrière était un peu bruyante. sinon, personnel sympathique et salle de sport convenable.

• MONICA (10/5): tutto ok - perfetto per noi che avevamo anche il cane accettato senza problemi. la sorpresa anche di un parcheggio custodito recintato con tanto di cancello o sbarra. camera nuova.. unico neo.. saltata la pulizia della camera.. ma soggiornando solo due notti non è stato un gran problema. nel complesso davvero da tornarci!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Vada per una volta per la comodità di poter cucina - Abbiamo prenotato un "appartamento" superior ma in realtà non era molto diverso da una stanza d'albergo di buon livello. Esternamente la struttura non si presenta un granché bene e la zona è pessima, al punto che il personale ci ha consigliato di mettere l'auto nel loro parcheggio video sorvegliato (punto assolutamente a favore!). Abbiamo visto due appartamenti vicini perché nel primo assegnatoci non funzionava la tv ed abbiamo notato parecchie differenze. Del tipo in uno fornello ad induzione nel secondo vecchia piastra; nel primo canali sky criptati nel secondo visione completa gratuita di tutti i programmi. In ogni caso letto piccolo con coperte vecchie da caserma militare. Ben fatto invece il bagno con buoni rivestimenti. Leggevo in altre recensioni di un supermercato vicino aperto h24, in realtà e' vicino alla fermata Brenta e non porto di mare e pertanto la zona non offre proprio nulla se non giardinetti mal frequentati.
• Irving (8/5): Estupendo! - El hotel es realmente agradable, el servicio es estupendo, la zona es muy céntrica y en 10 minutos se alcanzan loas principales atracciones, el hotel está un poco escondido y la zona está tan sola que intimida, pero es segura, yo lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!

• Joachim (8/5): Kjempefint hotell, rett utenfor sentrum! - Vi var der i 4 netter, og ble positivt overrasket. Hotellet ligger kanskje ikke i noe særlig fint strøk, men er til gjengjeld en av de finere bygningene i området. 4-stjernes hotell, hvor vi hadde en studio-leilighet med et koselig lite kjøkken, og middels stort kjøleskap. Vi var veldig fornøyd med størrelsen, og hadde god plass på både bad, kjøkken, og soveplassen. Det er åpen kjøkkenløsning, med avskjermet soveplass. Sengen var stor, og behagelig selv om den var noe fast og hard. Velfungerende air-condition, og tv med en drøss kanaler. De fleste var selvfølgelig på italiensk, men de hadde flere nyhetskanaler på engelsk. Utenfor har de et lite basseng, som til tider var helt tomt for folk bortsett fra oss. Dette gjorde at vi koste oss mye ute i solen, og kunne kjøle oss ned i bassenget. Vannet kunne virke noe kaldt i begynnelsen, men dette ble fort utrolig deilig, ettersom temperaturen etterhvert ble veldig høy! 10 minutters gange til nærmeste supermarked, som hadde alt man kunne ønske seg. Metrostasjonen "Porto di Mare" er den nærmeste, og ligger 5 minutter unna hotellet, og bruker 10-20 minutter på å komme seg sentralt inn mot Duomo eller sentralstasjonen. Alt i alt var vi veldig fornøyd med hotellet, og veldig glad for at vi booket nettopp dette.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - A clean and well run hotel. I liked the ability to prepare my own food in the room on occasion. The staff were helpful and friendly. Great pool area - very clean and private. Take mosquito repellant - lots of mosquitoes!! Fairly close to the metro with an excellent trattoria across the road. No shops nearby to buy necessities.
• ronald (8/5): Quiet, but close to Linate Airport. - This is more of an apartment-type place, with most residents in longer term stays than just a few days. Still, it is in a relatively quiet area, and was fine for our needs. The security is almost too strict. The car parking requires that the desk clerk open and close the "automatic" gates and this can be a tedious wait, if he has others at the counter. Even so, it was quite satisfactory overall.
