• Lori (10/5): Great friendly and helpful staff. - Francesco was an amazing host. He arranged our travel from airport to hotel and from hotel to cruise port. We arrived early before checkin and he held our luggage, and messaged me when rooms were ready. He answered all our questions and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues.

• Marianne (7/5): Alt i alt et bra hotell for å slappe av. - Shuttelbussen til hotellet gikk bare til Vatikanstaten. Måtte gå 2km for å komme til f.eks Trastevere. Vi oppgraderte til Juniorsuit delux med solsenger. Verandaen lå desverre i skyggen hele dagen.

Äänieristys meidän deluxe huoneistossa 3 kerroksessa oli huono. Viereisen huoneen äänet kuuluivat aika selvästi läpi. Ei kuitenkaan häirinnyt nukkumista tai muuta.
• Kenneth (8/5): Nice comfortable hotel - good beds - nice staff. - Good location. Nice that private apartments and hotel are mixed throughout the building. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. I was promised a 65 euro rate from airport which this hotel set up for me. Cash or card. Driver said card was 10 euro more. Argued but he would not change. Was forced to pay cash even though wanted to pay with card. Hotel apologized but didn’t give us anything in compensation - for example a round of drinks at their bar would have been a nice gesture.

• Vesna (3/5): Bad value for money - The staff was really nice and kind. Always offering help or coffee. Both the day receptionist and night one were great. We like the location, even though it was a little far from a couple of the sites. It was a quiet area and had several bus stops right across the street or a couple of minutes away. The property shows to have parking, which isn’t the case. There is a garage about 5 minutes walking away, which is fine. However, this was another couple hundred euros we didn’t expect to have to pay. The rooms we had were very, very old. Especially the bathrooms. It felt very unclean. The silicone in the shower was moldy & we had hair in our bed.

The rooms is comfortable and I particularly appreciated the black out that made the room super dark and cozy to sleep. Ningún tipo de leche a la vista ni yogures ni cafetera de bar. Entrar a mi habitación accediendo por una comunidad de vecinos en un tercer piso y un ascensor nada seguro de cientos de años. Ver solo el día de entrada un responsable del hotel. En cuatro días no hemos visto a nadie. Hemos salido y el camarero nos ha cobrado tasas y no se nos ha dado ninguna factura.

• Mitchell (9/5): Very much enjoyed my stay once acclimated to it's quirks. Would definitely stay again. - Real old school charm. Walking distance to many attractions, but bus system is right in front of the hotel. Building is very secure and requires key access to the building and floor levels. Excellent staff. We must have met 4 different staff members at the front desk, all were very helpful and accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. In addition, they set up a golf car tour and made arrangements for car service pick up and taxi to the airport. My wife had been missing her prescription sun glasses for days and upon our leaving the cleaning lady rushed to the lobby to catch us before we left because she found them on the window sill. My wife burst into tears, she was extremely grateful for her courtesy. The the elevator/lift was kinda cool, really old school, manually controlled. But it was really tiny and could only fit three people with small luggage. Didn't create a problem for us, but something to be mindful of if you're planning a long stay with lots of luggage. Also, finding the front desk lobby was a little tricky because you enter by way of the bar and have to ring for the clerk. Who then leads you up stairs and through a couple of doors to a tiny lift and then another door before finding your room. All of which requires your room key, that if you leave in your room, after going through any of those doors, you are stuck in the hallway and have no way to reach the front desk. I was unfamiliar with the fact that you have to keep the key in the key slot of your room in order for the room to get power. I left the key in the room so my wife could have power, but it left me without a key and stuck in the hallway. So make sure you secure more than one key when you check in.

• ferreira (10/5): Excepcional 5⭐️ - Amei a minha estadia no Hotel Valeri. Localização excelente, a menos de 10 minutos a pé do coliseu. Avenida principal com paragem de autocarro à beira. O hotel fica a 10 minutos de autocarro da estação Termini o que facilita imenso nos acessos. Fomos super bem recebidos no Hotel pelo Francesco, que nos ofereceu um café e nos deu um mapa com todos os pontos turísticos de Roma e trajetos dos transportes públicos. O Francesco sabe falar português e explicou-nos como visitar Roma em 2 dias, quais transportes apanhar, onde comer... Atendimento 5⭐️. Fomos numa viagem em casal, primeira vez em Roma e não podia ter sido melhor. Tivemos um upgrade gratuito no quarto. Os rapazes que trabalham no bar/pequeno almoço são muito gentis e prestativos e as meninas que efetuam a limpeza do quarto também são muito simpáticas. Recomendo vivamente a ficarem hospedados no Hotel Valeri, pois não se vão arrepender! Todas estas pessoas contribuiram para esta viagem maravilhosa 🙏🏻 Nada a dizer.

Easy access to the main attractions with bus 81. Bed was a bit too firm for me, but my mom liked it. We could hear the sirens passing by, but they are everywhere in the City so you can't really control it.

Precisei de uma reserva em um restaurante que só aceitava ligação e ele disponibilizou a fazer para nós. Sensacional! 10/10
• Zülfiye (1/5): Leider nicht nochmal - Uns hat besonders die sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels überzeugt. Viele Attraktionen konnten wir problemlos zu Fuß erreichen, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Zusätzlich war die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr hervorragend, sodass wir auch weiter entfernte Ziele bequem und unkompliziert mit dem Bus erreichen konnten. Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen haben. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus anderen Bereichen deutlich wahrnehmen konnte, was den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Zudem ließ die Sauberkeit leider zu wünschen übrig. Es waren deutliche Kalkablagerungen vorhanden, die Toilette wirkte vergilbt und auch an den Schränken fanden sich noch Verschmutzungen sowie ein unangenehmer Geruch. Im Kühlschrank befand sich zudem kein Wasser. Auch nach der Reinigung durch den Zimmerservice hatten wir nicht den Eindruck, dass gründlich gereinigt wurde, da beispielsweise Zahnpastaspuren zurückgeblieben sind. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war, dass die auf der Website dargestellten Bilder nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Zimmer übereinstimmten. Die Erwartungen, die durch die Fotos vermittelt wurden, konnten vor Ort leider nicht erfüllt werden. Uns ist bewusst, dass es sich nicht um ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel handelt. Dennoch sind wir der Meinung, dass grundlegende Hygienestandards, insbesondere bei diesem Preis, erfüllt sein sollten
• Patfromchicago (8/5): Hands down the best service in Rome. Perfect for tourists - The staff here were extremely accommodating and friendly. They really help new tourists enjoy their stay with tips and suggestions. It wasn't their fault but they offer you coffee when you first come in. I thought it was free along with the breakfast, but it's not. I was just so enamored with their service that I didn't realize until I got the bill.

La habitación de 3 muy amplia, limpia y las camas comodísimas. Y el baño igual también espacioso y limpio. A parte estáva muy bien ubicado a 15 min a pie del coliseo.

• Simone (8/5): Perfekt für ein paar Tage Rom - Die Lage war sehr gut, 10 Gehminuten bis zum Kolloseum, ein paar Restaurants in 7 min. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten und somit ruhige Nächte in hervorragenden Betten. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Nettes Personal. Wir sind absolute Frühstücksmenschen. Uns war es zu spartanisch. Mal waren die kalten, harten Eier alle, oder es gab nur Instant Kaffee.

• Adriana (4/5): - Nettes Personal! Gute Lage für den Rom Marathon. Zimmer sind sehr klein & eher runtergekommen, alle Zimmer sind komplett verschieden. Badezimmer sehr eng, Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft, dadurch ist, dass ganze Bad inkl. Zimmer überschwemmt. In der ersten Nacht war kein Duschmittel in der Dusche. Alles war klebrig auf den Ablagen. Vieles wurde provisiorisch repariert. Beim einen Zimmer hat die Türkarte erst nach ca. 7 mal funktioniert und Tür konnte erst dann geöffnet werden. Gewisse Zimmer sind im 3 Stock, andere unten. Zimmer sind extrem ringhörig.

• Patricia (9/5): Great location-a quiet area, but yet close to walk to all the highlights of Rome. - We were greeted by Wissem who looked after us for the weekend. He was very informative about what to see in Rome and how to get there. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were over to take part in the Rome Marathon and the hotel is only 20 minutes from the start & finish line. Very comfortable beds and lovely quiet hotel. We didn't have breakfast included in our stay but paid extra one morning to have it, it was basic but nice. Highly recommend this hotel to stay in, quiet location but very close to all you would want to see in Rome.
• Edson (10/5): Incrível - Todo mundo é muito educado e incrível, sempre tentando te ajudar Infelizmente o Wi-Fi não estava bom durante minha estadia, e como preciso de internet para trabalhar foi um ponto negativo para mim, mas somente isso!

• Angela (10/5): - Los trabajadores tanto en recepción como las de limpieza eran encantadores, no hablaban español y aun asi intentaban adaptarse ellos en vez de que nosotros tuvieramos que hacerlo. En especial Francesco fue un 10, ayudandonos hasta con un mapa para que no nos dejaramos nada por ver, y el otro chico que estaba por la mañana también genial. Muchas gracias :)

• Ana Valéria (10/5): Excepcional! - Nossa experiência nesse hotel foi simplesmente maravilhosa! A localização é perfeita, muito perto do Coliseu — dava para ir a pé tranquilamente, o que facilitou muito nossos passeios e deixou a viagem ainda mais especial. Fomos extremamente bem recepcionados pelo anfitrião, sempre muito atencioso, simpático e disposto a ajudar com tudo o que precisávamos. Nos deu até um mapa explicando como explorar melhor a cidade e os ônibus que deveríamos pegar. Além disso, o hotel era muito confortável, limpo e acolhedor, proporcionando noites de descanso excelentes depois de dias intensos explorando a cidade. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos de olhos fechados!
