Verified traveler (6/5): Good for metro but noisy and uncomfortable. - B&b is run by a nice Italian couple, be sure to let them know when you are going to arrive by email and be prepared to use your mobile phone to ring them. We stayed two nights. The rooms are in a flat and are reasonabley sized, unfortunately they are a bit noisy, between the other guests in the flat and the locals, there is lots to spoil your sleep. The mattress was very 'sagged' in the middle also so you don't get the best night sleep. Breakfast is basically a bit of cake, piece of fruit, biscuits, hot beverage and orange juice. Shower was like having a bucket of water poorer over you, it has a shower head, but the water just pours out - that being said, it was actually quite nice! Go for the hotel of you want to be near the metro line and after a budget visit to Rome. On our last visit to Rome we had a shuttle bus provided by the hotel into Rome, personally I don't believe the quick access to the metro and cost saving made up for the poor nights sleep at the B&B, wish I went for a hotel/shuttle.
Verified traveler (10/5): Very Good. The owner is so friendly and helpful. - Owner is so helpful and friendly. He is so resourceful. Good location in a very safe region. All restaurant for dinner and cafe for ice cream are so good and tasteful. I highly recommend you book this B&B. Free parking will be provided and keep your car in a pretty safe place. A big park is within walking distance. My wife and I like it very much.
Joe (10/5): Unique and great accommodation. Near CIA airport. - This place is different in a good way! It is a B&B in a real Roman apartment. Location is good -5 minute drive from Ciampino (CIA) airport -3 minute walk to Subaugusta metro (on the main 'A' line) -Right next to the huge green park including the ancient aqueduct (hence the name). We had hired a car at CIA airport, so this location was just fantastic to survive the short drive without hitting hectic Rome traffic. Marco, our host was a great character and had a lot of good tips for Rome. Also an espresso on arrival!! Breakfast is epic and delicious - gets you ready for a full day of sightseeing. If you prioritise "living like a Roman", character and convenience to the airport + Metro (rather than walking to the centre of the town, soul-less business-style accommodation) then check this place out. We really enjoyed it!
