Frigo bar, cassaforte e tv. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nulla, ma qualche elemento da “aggiornare” (es. porte), scarsa luce naturale (forse solo nella mia camera).

Per il parcheggio dell'auto c'è qualche problema, consigliamo un parcheggio privato sul lungo Tevere. Per la colazione l'host ci ha consigliato un Bistrot molto carino non distante dalla struttura.

• VAY (9/5): Muy recomendable! - La habitación está muy bien, la decoración es bonita y actual, muy bien todos los detalles. Se encuentra en una ubicación inmejorable al lado de la plaza Campo de Fiori. No es un hotel tradicional, es como un piso en una finca de viviendas, así que te sientes como un vecino más en Roma. Eso nos gustó. Además Francesco nos esperó para recibirnos a nuestra llegada, muy amable y simpático, nos explicó todo y tuvimos acceso directo a él a través de WhatsApp lo que da mucha tranquilidad. El desayuno muy divertido, en una pastelería maravillosa muy cerca del hotel, te dan una bebida y una pasta a escoger de todo lo que tienen disponible. Muy rico, sobre todo si te gusta el dulce! El grifo de la ducha era horroroso. Muy muy dificil de regular la temperatura, casi imposible conseguir una temperatura fija. Y la presión muy floja.

• Doina Mihaela (8/5): O vacanță superbă la Roma - Locația excelentă, aproape de toate obiectivele turistice. Nu am avut mic dejun, dar se poate mânca foarte bine în locații foarte apropiate. Personal amabil și foarte receptiv la necesitățile noastre.

Edificio con ascensor y comodidad en el acceso de llegada a través de llave virtual. El desayuno se sirve en la cafetería "I Dolci di Nonna Vicenza" y, aunque se limita a zumo, café y pieza de bollería, la calidad es excelente. El hecho de que solo haya personal en recepción durante unas pocas horas hace que casi toda la comunicación deba hacerse a través de mensajes de Booking. La habitación era bastante justita de tamaño para 3 personas. En la cafetería de desayuno hay pocas mesas.

The manager was very helpful in assisting me get into the property. The place was kept very clean. The room was smaller than it seemed in the pictures which seems to be the way with everything. Also, there was a very tiny tiny little window to the outside. I would recommend definitely renting one of the rooms that have a window to the street.

Il B&b si trova in una posizione ottimale per poter visitare Colosseo, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona e tanto altro! Quando torneremo a Roma sicuramente alloggeremo di nuovo qui!

I liked the color light in the shower very much; clean; there were toiletries and hygiene products 4. It was an easy self-check-in.

• Jonathan (10/5): Amazing central base when visiting Rome. Great hosts, great location. Live like a local. - Best place to stay in Rome. El Centro has the right mix of being in the middle of everything without being overly touristy crowded. We were steps away from Campo di Fiore a lively daily market until 3 PM. 6 minute walk to Piazza Navona. 18 minute walk to Vatican. 10 minute walk to Trastevere. The hosts: Francesco and Stefano were so friendly and gracious - sharing their recommendations and answering all of our questions via Whats App. Rooms were comfortable and turned down daily by the lovely staff. The breakfast is at a classic Italian cafe 5 minute walk away- good coffee and pastries. Elevator. Not their fault but a crying baby next door the last 2 days of our stay ruined the perfect vibes.

• soderstrom (3/5): My stay was disappointing due to stained bedding and towels, lack of staff available when needed. - The area is the best, honestly you are right where you want to be During my stay, I experienced several issues that led me to leave a day early: The mattress cover had a visible bloodstain. One of only two towels provided was badly stained. When packing, I discovered a hole in the bedding. I texted the property Friday evening asking for blankets and about breakfast, but I did not receive a reply until the next afternoon. There was no staff present to speak to in person except by chance, and I had to return later in the day to have the bed changed. The property later suggested I had not raised concerns during my stay, which is not correct. I have photos of the stained towel and mattress cover if needed. I have already reviewed the property honestly to reflect this experience. This note is to document that I did attempt to resolve these issues while on site.

• Steven (3/5): Loved trip just accomdation issues - The location of our townhouse, restaurants and adventure were fantastic!!! The highlight of the trip was the sunset wine tour with Dominque, Max and Christine! The WOW factor was when we stepped into St Peter's Basilica and walked through the Holy door. We also absolutely loved our cooking class with Fortuna. Our tour guide, Barbara, gave us the most wonderful, passionate and informed tour of all three levels of the Colosseum. For breakfast we really loved 7 Grammi! The people were so friendly and wonderful and the coffee, sandwich and pastries were delicious! Dinner favorite restaurant was Osteria Da Fortuna in Campo De` Fiori. Orlindo was awesome! We said we wanted to split our meal and another server brought it in one bowl, which we're fine with. However, Orlindo didn't like that so he got two bowls and divided it for us!! Camillo a Piazza Navona was also great. Our server was splendid and spoke English Very well. He joked around with us too. Arrival - Okay we had a few struggles on our visit. When the Campo De` Fiori 43 townhouse set up our shuttle from the airport the driver did not drop us off at the townhouse. They just pulled up and said the road was closed and pointed down an alley and said it's down there. This was our first trip Rome and had no idea how the addresses worked. We wandered around asking questionsand finally found it. The room - No one was there to greet us. The pictures look WAY better and nicer than it actually was. There was mold on the shower walls and one night we came back to the room and there was sand all over bed. There were 2 distinctive lines of sand on the bed like someone placed something there. Contacted them and they said no one was in the room that it was sand falling from upstairs while doing work, and due to it being an ancient building. Don't really believe sand can fall from 10 feet and land in 2 sharp lines. The Safe wasn't secured to anything so someone could just walk off with it. Don't put anything in a safe that is not mounted to something. Curtains were great to blackout sun. Walls are pretty sound proof from noise but not windows or door. They don't replenish coffee packets. The large bed was two double mattresses pushed together and was really firm. Departure - Once again no one at the desk when we left. Just left the keys on the desk and went down for the taxi that the townhouse set up for us. Told us they would be waiting outside townhouse. Waited and no one showed up. Taxi called and once again had to walk to find them because they said the road was closed. I tried to tell them it was open and she just argued with me and said you're not Italian you don't know.

Very kind host, who offered lots of suggestions for off the beaten path restaurants and activities. Was able to let us in the room early, knowing we had early entry for the Vatican Museum. I was traveling with my sister in law and we were accommodated with two single beds! The hotel is well located for walking to the major sites. All was fine for our needs. Have no complaints or issues.

• Thomas (2/5): Very poor - Location was great just steps to Camp Fiori. It was 100 F (39 c) degrees each day and the air conditioner did not work. The first night I was so hot with sweat and couldn't sleep. I felt sick in the hot room. They said they couldn't fix air, couldn't move me to cool room or couldn't refund so I could find an air conditioned hotel elsewhere. They finally put a fan in my room that helped a little. They never offered a discount or anything else. The hotel manager is absentee and never saw him. All communications on phone.

• Tormod (9/5): Rome in 4 days - Friendly staff that gave sound advice on food, activities etc. Nice room, good daily clean. Great location, walked everywhere (Trevi, Vatican, Colosseum, Trastevere...). Elevator, so no shuffling suitcase up the stairs. Mattress bit firm to my liking, but managed to sleep OK, more of a personal preference. Sound travels well from the lobby to the room as the door is adjacent to the front desk. Few rooms, and as such little activity, so not a big deal to fret about.

The staff is really helpful, the recommendation for restaurants was great! The keyless access to the building and the apartment was amazing. The window in the apartment was tiny, so there was very little light inside. There could have been slightly more clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

• mtite93302 (8/5): Great hotel and perfect location, but breakfast included only until 6:30am - Great, clean hotel with an amazing location, just steps away from the campo di fiori market and very short walks to Trastevere and Pantheon. The staff member Stefano gave us great restaurant recommendations nearby that weren’t tourist traps. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because “breakfast included” was at a nearby cafe and you could only go until 6:30am, so we wouldn’t have paid the extra if we knew that going in.
• Brennan (9/5): Superb - This property was in the ideal location for what we were looking for on our vacation. Walkable to everything but also not too in the center of the very touristy things. There was amazing food nearby and the host offered an amazing Google list of places to go that were less touristy and more local. We followed their list for coffee, drink spots and some food and every place we went was great. Also, the AC worked phenomenally which is a big bonus for us.
• Francisca (3/5): Bad experience - Location Unfortunately we have to report a problem that occurred during our stay at the Campo Fiori Town House in Rome. A toiletry bag containing Chanel perfume was stolen from our room, even though we had locked it. We were initially surprised by the carelessness with which the manager, Francesco, handled the matter, and then by the fact that the establishment does not respond in the event of theft. As for the flat, it's well renovated - a little dark though and the room rather cold - it was May though - and well located, but we won't be returning there on our trip to Rome.
