Tout le mobilier et la décoration sont très vieux, on a l'impression d'être en 1970 tellement c'est viellot. Les oreillers étaient très plats, le sèche cheveux réparé avec du scotch. Le petit déjeuner très limite, les yaourts n'étaient pas maintenus au frais. L'hôtel est situé à 1.8 km du centre historique et il n'est pas facile d'utiliser les bus qui ne circulent pas toujours...L'accueil moyen selon la personne en service.

In pictures 104 room number is visible on the door, received 110, which was in semi-basement. Asked man behind reception why did not got my ordered room - answer was that they have same 7 double romos and pictures are same for them. But they are not same as visible. Offered ask Booking if it is not ok for me. So asking☺️ 2. Mosquitous. I know they are part of the nature. But tired to fight them 2 nights in a row. No net on windows preventing them, no other options of fresh air come inside except windows. Bad air or mosquitous in the room. 2 bad options. 3. Spider nets everywhere, discovered when was fighting mosquitos🙂 4. Mold or fungus on the ceiling of bathroom (photo) 5. Breakfast - some pieces of ham and cheese only. (not counting sweet dishes, crousans, cookies were available, yougurt as well), no fruits and vegetables. No napkins at all. The only good thing was espresso during breakfast 6. No bottle openers, no cups or glasses to pour drinks in the room. 7. Personel hardly speaks English. To communicate with Chat GPT is not an option, especially when having problems like described above. Totally bad experience, I want my money back.

Il mio letto e pavimento erano pieni di acari della polvere rossi e il lettino singolo era scomodo, ho dormito malissimo. Ho trovato anche dei peli pubici in bagno appena arrivata.

Il faudrait donc BAISSER D'UN TON surtout le matin très tôt !!!!

A localização fica a 20 minutos de caminhada da maioria dos pontos turísticos, mas não há muitas opções de transporte público. O café da manhã é ok, com opções limitadas de paes, queijos, presunto e iogurte. Também fazem um café para você. O quarto no subsolo é frio e o aquecimento aparentemente não estava funcionando (ou desligado) e o wi-fi não pega bem. O senhor que aparenta ser o dono por algum motivo se sente muito ofendido quando os hóspedes não o entendem em italiano, embora seja dono de um hotel, e não fala inglês. Os outros funcionários são ótimos.

La habitación fría. Quizá las instalaciones puedan ser tolerables porque el hotel no es feo. Pero el personal es terrible, no se siente una pizca de alegría, no se preocupan porque tu estancia sea agradable, ni los buenos días dan. Llegamos saludamos y el señor nos respondió ‘’pasaporte’’ Al registrarnos se levantó y tuvimos que adivinar que debíamos seguirlo para ver la habitación. Si esperan cordialidad y que su estancia al menos sea agradable y amena, este no es el lugar.

- Ilenia (5/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La posizione era comoda per raggiungere a piedi il Nelson Mandela Forum che era il nostro obiettivo. Possibilità di parcheggiare a pagamento nelle strisce blu proprio nella traversa dell'hotel. La struttura è datata, andrebbe ristrutturata o almeno rinnovata. La pulizia non è il massimo e si vede la completa mancanza di attenzioni per i particolari. La colazione è scarsa, qualità molto bassa. La porta finestra della nostra camera, che dava su una terrazza interna e comunicante con un'altra stanza, era rotta, quindi non si poteva chiudere del tutto, inaccettabile per quanto mi riguarda visto che da fuori si vedeva tutto.
