Staff were friendly and gave informative suggestions as to what we could do in Florence. A cosy little stay. The breakfast at the Florerè Caffè Bistrot was lovely. Quite a dark room, small space though suitable for a couple of days. Although the room was cleaned and tidied every day, it would have benefitted from a deeper clean initially.

El inconveniente que puede tener por la noche es que se oye el jaleo de la plaza pero es asumible por su situación privilegiada .

- Carolina (10/5): - O alojamento ficava mesmo no coração do centro histórico de Florença. A dona do alojamento era incrível, indicou-nos vários pontos para visitar, muito simpática e acolhedora. Era como se fosse família. A limpeza era feita diariamente e impecável! Inclusive o quarto estava equipado com jarro térmico, café e chá. Podíamos também usufruir de água com e sem gás. Podíamos comer o pequeno almoço em um dos dois estabelecimentos indicados no check-in. Na qual optamos sempre por ir comer na esplanada da Caffetteria Museum, onde tínhamos a magnífica companhia do Duomo. Sem dúvida que é um sítio para voltar :)

- MIHAELA (10/5): - Cazarea este la cativa pasi de piata Domului si de atractiile turistice. Camera a fost curata, s-a facut curatenie in fiecare zi. Pentru mic dejun, am avut 2 locatii ca si optiuni pentru a lua masa. Micul dejun curpinde cafea,suc, patiserie dulce si sandwich iar pentru noi a fost suficient. La cazare exista dozator de apa plata si sifon si poti sa faci refill cand doresti. Gazda a fost foarte amabila si ne a oferit sfaturi despre ce nu trebuie sa ratam in vizita noastra din Florenta. O sa revin cu drag si o sa recomand aceasta cazare prietenilor. Nu exista ceva ce nu ne a placut. P.S. Aceasta este o cazare in centrul Florentei, asta inseamna ca noaptea exista sansa sa fie galagie pe strada. Nu e vina gazdei/cazarii. Domul este o biserica. Dimineata la 7 si cand se tin slujbe, suna clopotele. Cazarea este la etajul 2. Liftul nu deserveste aceasta cazare. Urci 2 etaje pe scari. Nu am vazut nici o tragedie in asta. Nu mi s-a parut nimic iesit din comun. Am stiut toate aceste detalii cand am facut rezervarea si mi le am asumat.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unser Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war klein, aber in Anbetracht der Lage und des Preises, wobei Frühstück in einem naheliegenden Café (bestehend aus Kaffee, Saft, Sandwich/Panino und Croissant) inkludiert war, waren wir zufrieden.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Gastgeber sind authentisch, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Super, dass man mit einem Tee im Zimmer starten kann und dann eine Wahl beim FrühstücksCafé hat. Auch der kostenlose Wasserspender war hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Mille Grazie! Florenz ist eine hübsche alte Stadt mit Charme. Leider aber auch sehr touristisch und mit Billigwaren überschwemmt.

El baño es mínimo y ni hablar de la ducha. No hay shampoo ni jabón de baño. El aire acondicionado no funciona y si abres la ventana, el ruido de la calle es muy alto. Todo……pésimo y muy caro.

- Gabriele (8/5): La comodità di poter raggiungere ogni posto con passeggiate di 10 minuti rende la posizione della struttura ottima - Posizione ottima e personale super professionale e accogliente , ottima anche la convenzione con i 2 bar sotto. Fantastico anche la colonnina automatica per riempire le bottiglie. Ottimo anche per la pulizia e la stanza essendo di dimensioni molto ridotte da la possibilità di riscaldarsi immediatamente grazie al climatizzatore. Il bagno della stanza non aveva un box doccia , il pavimento fungeva da piatto doccia. Estremamente scomodo. Lavandino troppo piccolo e bagno in generale davvero ridotto in dimensioni.

- Furkan (9/5): Odanın boyutu ve banyo, tuvaletin dışarda olması dışında her şey gayet iyi ve yeterliydi. - Tesisin kanum, kahvaltı imkanı ve çalışanların yaklaşımı gayet iyiydi. Odanın dışındaki özel banyo biraz sürpriz oldu. Bookingde bu belirtilmişti fakat gözümüzden kaçmış ve odalar çok küçüktü.

- Gastón (10/5): - Lo mejor del lugar es la ubicación y, por tanto, la vista inigualable de la Piazza del Duomo. La atención fue muy amable y atenta, siempre a disposición de las preguntas y pedidos que pudieran surgir. La limpieza es excelente y el servicio que ofrecen para el desayuno es muy bueno. Todo estaba ordenado y limpio. Cuando me fui pedí dejar las valijas por unas horas en custodia hasta la hora de mi tren, y no hubo ningún inconveniente con ello. Sin duda, volvería a elegir este lugar para alojarme.

- Chiara (8/5): Bene ma migliorabile - La proiezione della proprietà è fantastica: centrale e vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali della città. Un punto in più va dato alla pulizia e alla gentilezza del personale. La camera in cui alloggiavo presenta il bagno davvero piccolo e senza piatto doccia, non sarebbe complicato aggiungere un piatto doccia. Il problema è proprio il fatto che essendo il bagno senza finestre, una volta fatta la doccia, il bagno non è più agibile per diverse ore successive.

La struttura è pulitissima, l'arredamento accogliente ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Letto comodo, frigobar in camera e wifi gratuito. La titolare è gentilissima e attenta a tutte le possibili esigenze della clientela. Comoda apertura porte con codice e possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio una volta riconsegnata la camera. Colazione in convenzione con un bar vicinissimo.

Stock of umbrellas in reception (we needed one) No lift but we knew this in advance. Breakfast wasn’t at the property but we also knew this. Breakfast was standard Italian offering but did the job.

- Katherinemarie (10/5): - Luisa was a great help throughout my stay. She made my stay memorable by telling me what was available to see and do including dinner recommendations. She helped me know that my train was certain to go in spite of the strike. My room was quaint and comfortable. The location was ideal, and the only downside is the people who party late and kept me awake, but this is true of any big city.
