• Edvin Mojtaba (2/5): Considering the price, I would not recommend staying here. - was polite and responsive. They quickly provided restaurant recommendations and solved issues like the lack of toilet paper. The location was also convenient, with a bus station right in front of the building and the metro about a 10-minute walk away. Considering the price, I would not recommend staying here. Before booking, only the shared toilet option was available. The host told us that a private toilet could be arranged later for an extra charge, but one week before arrival we were informed that it was no longer available and cancellation was not accepted. The property itself was disappointing. The first floor had a very strong smell of dampness and humidity. The rooms on the second floor had old beds and uncomfortable bed covers and cushions that did not feel clean or comfortable to sleep on. The listing mentioned air conditioning, but the split AC was not working and only a weak fan was provided. The curtains were old and dirty as well. The elevator was extremely old (looked like it was from the 1980s).

• Maria Keyllane (10/5): Ótimo - Ótima localização, literalmente na frente de uma parada de ônibus e alguns minutos a pé da estação de metrô. Anfitriã simpática e prestativa. Quarto limpo, organizado e confortável. Dois banheiros compartilhados disponíveis, ambos limpos e agradáveis. Cozinha com geladeira disponível para necessidades (mas lembrar que o ambiente é compartilhado). Acredito que havia mais dois quartos com inquilinos, porém quase não os vi e não fomos perturbados em nenhum momento. Passamos 5 noites muito tranquilas. Com certeza iria novamente ☺️

• Marko (9/5): - The room was very cozy, clean and the location was amazing close to everything! The bus station is right in front of the house with busses that take you to all highlights of Rome! The other guests of the apartment were a bit noisy with the doors and stuff but overall okay!

• Constanza María (6/5): Soportable - Tenía muy buena conexión con locomoción colectiva. El precio era bueno para Roma. Habían locales cercanos para comer. El agua de la ducha con excelente temperatura. La ropa de cama y las almohadas estaban muy viejas y tenían mal olor (a cuerpo, como si ya estuvieran ocupadas o mal lavadas) tuvimos que cubrirlas con nuestra ropa, fue lo más incómodo sin duda. En general el espacio no era muy cómodo, pero por el precio para el promedio de alojamientos en Roma, es soportable. No había closet para dejar tu ropa.

• Malgorzata (1/5): A scam !!!! - Nothing Highly scam 110€ for that room is a joke. This is the example how people want to take money with Airbnb selling a storage for 110) The room was super small as well the bed it was very uncomfortable for 2 person, additional the fridge and ware boiler infront of the bed was so loud that you could not sleep. As well is seems that the apartment was converted to earn as much money as possible. The shower was juz in front of the door and bet. There was no real wall it was like a “carton box”. Every time someone was leaving on 2am, 5am you were awake. It was impossible to sleep on that bed in that room and you pay 100€ for that. The worst is the check in is automatic with code and owner wanted to ask us 50€ for checking later. For what ? Because she came with a nice concept to screw people?

• Janosi (8/5): ha kibírsz egy kis kényelmetlenséget, akkor kiindulópontnak egy pár napos városnézéshez jó lesz - - a megadott időpontnál jóval hamarabb, már 11 órakor elfoglalhattuk a szállást - szállást átadó lány kedves és segítőkész volt - lakás tiszta volt és rendezett - az A és C Metro állomása (San Giovanni) csupán 400 méterre van a szállástól - a Colosseum kb 2 kilométerre van a szállástól, így gyalog is könnyen elérhető - a lakásban található 4 szoba számára rendelkezésre álló közös konyha és a két darab közös fürdőszoba felszereltsége elegendő volt (gáztűzhely, hűtőszekrény, mikrosütő, vízforraló, kotyogós kávéfőző, fürdőkád, zuhanyzó, bidé, hajszárító, mosógép) - a szállásadónknak két lakása van az épületben, a miénk a második emeleten volt, az épülethez egy 2-3 személyes lift is tartozik - az épület földszintjén található kávézóban ételt is felszolgálnak és rendkívül kedves ott a személyzet - mi kora reggeltől késő estig a várost jártuk, ehhez kiindulópontnak, pihenőhelynek a szállás teljesen megfelelő - a szoba kissé sivár, ágy, íróasztal két székkel, beépített szekrény és két éjjeli szekrény tartozik a berendezéséhez, ami mennyiségre elegendő lenne, de olcsónak és szedett-vedettnek látszanak, a hatalmas üres falfelület pedig lehangoló tud lenni, az ágy puha, de nekem jó volt - a szobánk az utcára nézett (a négyből 3 szoba utcára néző), ami nem lett volna baj, de a vékony fémkeretes ablak nem sokat szűrt a kinti zajból, sokszor azt hittem, hogy nincs is becsukva, pedig be volt csukva - a szállás kutyabarát, aminek az a hátránya a többi lakó számára, hogy hajnalban ugatásra ébredhet, ezt be kell kalkulálni - a két fürdőszoba és az egy közös konyha néha kevésnek bizonyult, de erre szintén lehetett számítani

• Thiago (8/5): Fantastic location! - Very comfortable bed and location, excellent! The shower doesn’t get hot all the time, but it’s manageable.
• Karim (8/5): Emplacement idéal - J ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement du logement. Franchement l'idéal pour se déplacer a pied. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. Le lit est très vieux, les draps également et les oreillers.il faut donner un coup de neuf à tout cela vu le prix de la chambre. Merci quand même pour les efforts fournis pour garder l'ensemble propre.

• Katherine (10/5): Great location and lovely room! - CAN’T RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Our room was big, spacious, and comfortable and the en suite was great too. We slept really well every night. For the price it’s an exceptional location! The shared bathroom for other guests also looked nice and spacious. The apartment is in a lovely location, near the basilica of San Giovanni. There’s a bus stop basically right outside, and the metro is around a 10 min walk away. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the colosseum and we would also get the bus or metro to the center (driving past major sites like the Roman Forum!) which was always pleasant with mostly local Italians on their daily commute. There’s a wine bar (Enoteca) about a minute away which we went to every night for €6 aperols (!) and a Carrefour down the street. The owner was lovely and gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit across Rome. + when we first got there, we had an issue with the WiFi and Emilia sorted it right away! If you want an amazing price for a lovely room in a welcoming and well-located neighborhood of Rome then stay here! Nothing, everything was great.

There was odd smell from sewage at night, the furniture is very old and the whole place needs renovation. Shower is so small that it's almost impossible to take a shower. Sheets are also old and have a strange smell.

Siempre la comunicación fue en nuestro idioma, eso nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Nos dio muchas sugerencias para actividades y lugares para comer. Tenemos preferencia en estar en contacto con el personal , ahora es todo online. Pero todo bien para nuestra estancia. La comunicación por teléfono siempre atenta y clara con las indicaciones.

• Nicolas (6/5): Logement assez rudimentaire mais conforme aux photos. - Hôte très disponible et sympathique. Flexible sur les horaires de check-in/out. Petit balcon au soleil. Doubles sanitaires (douches et WC) ce qui était top et pratique. Logement et chambre assez austère. Les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas vraiment, pas de rangement pour ranger ses affaires. Des équipements de manière générale très rudimentaires et pas très bien entretenus. Une bouilloire et un micro-ondes dans le couloir, donc assez bruyant si on a des rythmes différents de ses voisins.

Quartier safe avec plusieurs très bonnes adresses pour manger loin des arnaques du centre ville. Además la chica era muy simpática y flexible con la hora de llegada El único inconveniente fue que en nuestra habitación se escuchaba ruido de la calle por la noche pero tampoco era muy exagerado. • Justine (6/5): Ok place but problem with hot water - Great location, easy to find, clean and the check in girl was very kind and responsive Could be more funcional with more spaces to leave the luggage and clothes. There was no hot water on 2 of the 3 days we were there, the host try to fix it but nothing changed for us. They told us it never happened before when several comments on booking say so. That’s why I put only 6, they should change the system.

• Melek (8/5): - The location is great, the door is right in front of the bus station, with plenty of affordable restaurants and cafés nearby. The owner was super kind and helpful; she even shared her WhatsApp number in case I needed recommendations or advice on places to visit. The room was spacious, much bigger than I expected, and even had a large wardrobe where you can easily organize your things. It was well-ventilated, with a big window letting in lots of fresh air. The main house is equipped with a microwave, hot water, dishes, cups, and everything you might need. Everything was clean and tidy. The only small downside was that the shower was a bit small.
