Richard (10/5): Perfect quiet friendly hotel for a solo traveler visiting Dublin City - Very helpful and friendly staff, room was great, great location, quiet neighborhood. Excellent for solo traveler. Just a 10-15 minute walk to places like Trinity College, St. Stephen's Green. Got in early before check in and they stored my bags for me.
Richard (10/5): Second time staying here, still 10/10 - I stayed here the first and last nights of my trip, so this is my second review but still 10/10. This second stay was one of the smaller rooms, still plenty of space for a solo traveler. Quiet room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. To give an idea about the location, it was about a 20 minute walk for me to O'Donoghues Bar. Weather was perfect so that worked out for me, but there's also plenty of great places closer also.
Elaine (10/5): We will absolutely be returning here relaxed, great room with good facilities and local gems! - Location was great with some lovely local bars & restaurant's - the recommendation's for for dinner & brunch were exceptional! Cow bar & Kitchen for dinner was excellent as was the Press for brunch. Very friendly and inviting welcome with parking!! The only thing and it is minor was the vending machine not having more choice of flavoured crisps!! Would have also been nice to have had a bar (but again not major)

lynne (9/5): - Roxford Lodge hotel was a welcome lux break from our normal bnb experience, so nice to have a lovely heated bathroom, good lighting, parking and the added extras (coffee maker, cookies etc). The bed was a little small but didn't really bother us.

Marcella (9/5): Great location and value for money - Lovely spacious room, we were in the Coach House which was quiet and well furnished. The bed was huge and comfortable. Everything was clean. We did not end up using it but there was a jacuzzi bath as well which was a nice extra. The staff were also really lovely and helpful. It's a bit of a trek through the main hotel to get to the coach house but that wasn't a big issue for us.

Eunju (10/5): good hotel, good value for money - I stayed in a coach house so that I would not be disturbed by noise from other guests. It was very quiet and I had a restful night. The neighborhood is safe and if you want to take an aircoach, you can get to a stop in 4-5 minutes by foot, which was quite convenient. Lighting in the room was good. There was no BBC channel. Also, the jacuzzi and sauna in my room did not seem to work when I stayed there. A bit of walk to get to the centre of the city.

Janet (10/5): Excellent boutique hotel. - A lovely neighbourhood with great restaurants and great transit options for airport bus, local transit and Hop On/Off Bus. If you’re looking for Dublin centre activities there are closer options, but we loved the feel of this very walkable neighbourhood.

Jo (10/5): Amazing place to stay. Beautifully decorated rooms and staff super friendly. - The accommodation exceeded my expectations and I wish I had stayed there before I actually did. Staff so friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself is wonderful. So central with a bus stop outside the door There was nothing I didn't like.

Wyposażenie pokoju też było bogate (kawa, herbata, ciasteczka w cenie) - dostępna mini lodówka i suszarka do włosów. Codzienne sprzątanie. Ściany między pokojami co prawda cienkie, ale nie było hałaśliwie. Na duży plus przystanek autobusowy tuż pod hotelem, nieopodal odjeżdża też autokar Aircoach prosto na lotnisko. Brak

Izaskun (9/5): Hotel maravilloso para conocer Dublín - La habitación aunque pequeñita tenía de todo y era preciosa, muy acogedora. Según entrabas se encendía la tv con una imagen de una chimenea, que daba gran calidez a la estancia. Las camas eran muy cómodas y con varias almohadas. Tenía también una Nesspreso, y te reponían las cápsulas todos los días. La tv tenía posibilidad de ver netflix, amazon, movistar...La ducha también estaba muy bien, caía en forma de lluvia. También había espejo de aumento en el baño. En resumen, la habitación contaba con todas las comodidades. El personal del hotel tb encantador y hablaban español, lo cual agradecimos también. En cuanto a la ubicación, no está en el centro, pero está en una zona muy tranquila y segura. Y se llega a todos los sitios andando sin problema, dando un bonito paseo. También hay una parada de bus en la puerta que te lleva al centro. La parada del bus del aeropuerto también está a 5 minutos andando del hotel. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la altura de la bañera y de la taza del váter. La bañera había que tener cuidado al salir, por la distancia al suelo, aunque contaba con diferentes sitios donde agarrarse y no era un gran problema.

Elizabeth (10/5): Great stay in Dublin. - We had to bring the whole family to Dublin for an appointment. The hotel has parking (which is limited) but there was plenty of spaces available when we got there and they let me keep the car there for an extra two hours after checkout so I didn’t have to move our vehicle during our appointment. We were in a family room so it had two twins and a double bed. The room was absolutely massive which was such a plus as we have two kids under 5. Hotel was in a great location and we were able to walk to nearby restaurant for our dinner. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very nicely appointed rooms. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

almanasm (10/5): great location - A great stay at Roxford Lodge Hotel — perfect if you want comfort and location combined. Set in a quiet, elegant area, it’s just a short walk to both Aviva Stadium (around 8–10 minutes) and 3Arena (roughly 20 minutes on foot), making it ideal for concerts or matches. The rooms are cosy and well-kept, and the whole place has a nice boutique feel. If you’re visiting Dublin for events, you really can’t beat this location — everything is within easy walking distance.

Davis (9/5): - Location was great- 5 min from train. Loved the deep bath tub and tiled shower. We had sliding glass doors onto a cute courtyard- that was super nice. Staff was super friendly. My mother had the breakfast one morning and said it was a great value. Very clean- overall very happy The only thing that could have been better is that we asked for 3 twin beds… and only one was a normal Sized twin. The other two were a teeny twin size… very narrow and shorter. It wasn’t said that they wouldn’t all be the same size standard twin. My 18 year old son fell off the bed once. They really are for children- not grown adults- I’m 49, was comfy, but when I had to roll over I woke up, as I would fall off if I wasn’t careful.

I was very surprised there was such limited space, which resulted in me not wanting to spend anytime in room. Also, the breakfast was so limited there was no point in purchasing.

MiguelAngelD (9/5): Comfort and Convenience in Ballsbridge - A lovely place. Looked and felt very fresh and new as if recently redecorated. A beautiful old building in Ballsbridge.Spotless. Comfortable. Great location. Enjoyable stay. Excellent on site parking, a real bonus in Dublin. Room was just a little cold when we arrived back at night. But we should have looked at the heating controls before we left as it was easily solved just took some time to heat. If we had set it before going out all would have been fine.

Bit far out from some things in town but you kinda know that when booking. Staff were nice. Parking tricky with how some customers parked but that’s out of the hotels hands.

0073 (8/5): First time in Dublin - Wanted so much to give this hotel a 5 however i had one issue that shouldnt be ignored in what was overall a great stay. Great staff. Room lovely with the best facilities I've experienced in a long time. Attention to detail was also impressive. 20 ish minute walk from centre. Only negative was a smell within what was otherwise a lovely bathroom. I assume it was from the drains and being on the basement level this may have been tricky to control. Would it stop me rebooking, no. It does however need attention.
nataliacN6563LE (4/5): Good location but several areas need improvement - ⸻ The hotel is overpriced for the level of service it provides. Room 108 is very noisy, as you can hear everything happening outside on the street. In the morning, there is construction work nearby, which makes it impossible to sleep. The carpet in the room is old and not very hygienic. Also, if you are taller than 1.60m, your feet will hang off the bed, which is quite uncomfortable. There is no reception service after 11pm, so you need to remember a code to enter the building, which is not very convenient. The breakfast service is very limited, offering only pastries with no protein options or hot food. In my opinion, there is a lot to improve before this hotel can be considered a true 4-star standard.

IrishRoadTrip (10/5): Little gem in a great location!! - Lovely little boutique hotel in a great location for attending events in 3, aviva and bord gais, which are all in walking distance. Our family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was perfect - bright and airy, cool decor and comfy beds. And the staff were super friendly. Would definitely book again!

The team is 100% professionals polite and really helpful. Now the room was perfect having everything one will need for a sort trip like ours, clean and tidy everyday. Thank you for your hospitality.
