There was no place to park at the hotel and get the bags out before getting the instructions on where the garage parking!!! The pedestrian zone was completely parked up and we ended up parking in an independent garage across the street at a greater expense! I would offer a valet parking service!!!!

- Takashi (10/5): - まず場所が良い。ホテルは時計塔のすぐ近くで、正時毎に教会の鐘が聞こえてきて良い雰囲気です。スタップも丁寧な対応で気持ちよく過ごせました。あと、朝食会場の柱に聖クリストファーの像が掲げられているのが、いかにも旅の宿という感じで良かったです。

- Ninghetto (10/5): We are glad we found it. - It’s a top place in the very heart of the city. Easy to reach despite being in the pedestrian zone; the staff guides you to your parking slot in a private courtyard (we have a SUV and still managed). The rooms are fabulous, the entire building has elegant interiors and common places. Also, we travel with two kids and the staff is very kind and helpful. Definitely a must! —

(A estas 2 les doy un 10) Me estresó un poco leer las reglas.... por todo te cobran, si dejabas más basura que tantos litros, si sacabas algo del desayuno, si dejabas sucio a su criterio,, solo me explico esto que probablemente para Oktoberfest les dejan un desastre pq no me hacía sentido que escriban todo eso. En la habitación hay hervidor y cafetera pero te cobran por el té y café lo que en otros lugares dan de cortesía... El aseo a las habitaciones se nota que es medio a las rápidas pq las camas se ven hasta desordenadas. Las instalaciones son algo viejas y el tamaño es pequeño. El precio lo pagas realmente por la ubicación y el desayuno. Vale la pena si viajas por poco tiempo y quieres conocer bastante. Sobre el personal diría que es variado, algunos muy amables, algunos serios.
- Klaus (8/5): Alles sehr gut - Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt in der Innenstadt neben dem Brauhaus. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Wurst Käse Müsli Obst Rührei Süßes und sogar Vegan war zu finden. Alles soweit in bester Ordnung. Nur das Zimmer (101 )war für ein Doppelzimmer sehr klein aber wir wollten ja auch München kennen lernen und uns nicht im Zimmer den Tag vertreiben:-). Alles in Allem hat uns der Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Nur das Zimmer (101 )war für ein Doppelzimmer sehr klein aber wir wollten ja auch München kennen lernen und uns nicht im Zimmer den Tag vertreiben:-).

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Not a criticism, but the rooms meet your basic needs. As a solo traveler, I had all the space I needed; however, parties with many more belongings or expectations of lounging in their rooms might not be as satisfied.

- juan (7/5): Per una visita curta fantastic - Esmorçar molt correcte. Situació ideal, a prop de tots els llocs d´interes a peu. L´habitació molt justa de mida i ubicació del llit extranya per dos persones.
