Also helped book a taxi for us on departure to the airport. The hotel was modern, room was clean, bathroom was comfortable with a nice shower and it was great it was tidied during our stay as well. Location was excellent; so easy to walk around the Gothic Quarter and easily find all kinds of delicious food nearby and also stroll along the waterfront. Nothing!

Das Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl, alles frisch und sehr freundlich. Großes Lob an Bernadetta, die sehr auf unser Wohl geachtet hat. Das Hotel können wir empfehlen. Die Bequemlichkeit derbetten. Für uns zu weich.

- Sascha (9/5): Zentral und ruhig, ideal für den Städtetrip. - Sehr ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Plaça Jaume, and den Ramblas und am Meer. Direkt neben dem Hotel eine feine Bäckerei. Extrems freundliche Mitarbeiter, besonders an der Rezeption. Leider fehlte ein Bidet und es gab keine kleine Waschlappen.

- Josef (10/5): Sehr schönes und komfortables Hotel in Top Lage - Die Lage ist sehr komfortabel, etwa 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn "Drassanes" und zum Hafen. Im Umkreis von 10 Minuten gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants sowie Tapas-Kneipen. Das Zimmer auf der 4. Etage war nachts sehr ruhig Richtung Pool gelegen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Bett mit einer richtigen Matratze, kein Klappbett. Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage in einer schmalen Seitengasse vorhanden. Für spanische Verhältnisse grosszügige Garage für Skoda Kodiaq. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Alles perfekt!

In a world that sometimes values efficiency over empathy this was a welcome interaction that spoke of kindness and patience. It reminded me of my dad who looked for people with those qualities -people who make your vacations memorable. I can easily recommend this hotel because of stellar staff.
