Pedi para repor os pães e colocaram apenas bolinhos no estilo “Ana Maria”. Pão salgado só tinha no primeiro dia. Apenas uma cápsula de café por dia e não haviam talheres.

- Seunghyun (1/5): 내 신혼 여행을 망친 비상식적인 대단한 숙소 - 단 한가지도 없음 최악의 숙소 내 신혼여행을 망친 주범 <비상식적인 시스템> 우선 숙소 체크인을 위해선 전용코드를 받아야 했고 사전에 그런안내를 받은 적이 없음 오후두시반 한창 로마 시내 관광지 구경하는 와중에 전화로 따지듯이 쏘아붙이며 부킹닷컴 메세지를 확인하고 링크를 눌러서 셀프체크인을 진행하라는 연락을 받았음 전화 온 번호는 예약했던 숙소 전화번호와 일치하지 않는 번호였고 불안했던마음에 숙소이름이 무엇인지 재차 물었으나 의사소통은 일방적이였고 제대로 된 답변 얻지 못함 무조건 메세지에 링크 눌러서 폼을 작성하라는 협박성 안내만 받음 어쩔수없이 링크를 눌러 폼 작성하려했는데 광장 한가운데서 여권을 꺼내 정보를 입력하고 신분증을 얼굴앞에 들고 찍은 사진을 첨부하라는 폼이였음 스위스 이탈리아 10박 이상하는 와중에 신분증을 요구 한 호텔은 단 한군데도 없었으며 이 상황이 도저히 이해가 되지 않아 관광 중단하고 곧장 숙소로 갔음 물론 숙소 올라가는 대문 중문 통과하는 여정마저 절대 순탄치 않음^^ 대문밖에서 다른손님 나올때까지 기다리거나 호스트랑 전화나 메세지 연결 될때까지 기다려야함 숙소엔 객실 청소 하는 메이드 밖에 없었고 메이드가 호스트와 통화하며 객실로 들어갈수 있게 도와주심 객실로 들어가긴 했으나 결국 링크를 눌러 숙소에서 여권정보와 신분증을 들고 찍은 사진을 첨부해 체크인을 완료할수 밖에 없었음 체크인 당일 아침 짐을 맡기기 위해 미리 숙소를 방문했을때는 직원이 있었고 그때까지도 이런 시스템에 대해 설명들은적이 없음 설명들었다면 무식한 광장 중간이 아니라 안전하게 그장소에서 바로 진행했을거임 이런 비상식 적인 시스템으로 체크인을 해야했다면 숙소 광고를 할때나 하다못해 결제 완료후 메일로라도 미리 연락을 주는게 맞다고 봄 당일 체크인 하기 30분 전에 그것도 여행객들 한참 여행하고 있는 시간에 다짜고짜 광장 한복판에서 신분증을 들고 사진을 찍으라니 도저히 납득이 되질않음 신분증 사진들고 사진 찍는 개인정보를 등록해야 하는 시스템이였다면 예약조차 안했을거임 본인들도 알거 아니겠음? 로마 치안 얼마나 악명높은지 본인이 광장한복판에서 직접 해보라고 하고싶음 <조식 받지못함> 당일 아침 조식이 방으로 올거란 안내를 받아서 혹시 기다리게할까 싶어 아침 7시부터 기다렸지만 식사는 받지못함 조식포함된 숙소가격 지불했으나 결국 식사 없이 체크아웃함 <시설노후> 좁아터진 샤워부스 시냇물 흐르듯 졸졸졸 샤워기 샤워를 대체 몇분을 했는질 모르겠음 좁아터진 엘리베이터 최악 총평 : 비상식적이고 모욕적인 너희 숙소의 시스템 덕분에 잊지못할 경험을 했고 최악의 신혼여행을 겪게 됨 로마에 있는동안 체크인때문에 계속 고생했지만 니네 숙소가 최악이었다는것만 알아두길 그 따지듯이 몰아치는 전화 받고 멘탈이 와르르 털려서 그뒤로 여행접고 숙소에서 칩거생활하고 저녁에 나가서 밥만 겨우 먹고 다시 들어옴 숙소 낡고 노후화 되고 그런거 다 이해할수 있는데 니네 시스템이 그렇게 비상식적이라면 다른 손님한텐 미리 메일을 써라 당일날 그난리 치지말고 제발

- Divina (1/5): A nightmare experience - The location. Lovely places to eat nearby. Vatican is only a few steps away. The area seems quiet and safe. The host/owner and the receptionist. The air conditioner was not working since we arrived. The room was very hot and very uncomfortable. Instead of rectifying the problem, I have been spoken like I never seen an air conditioner or don’t know how to operate the controller. The host/ owner asked us to leave the accommodation straight away without remorse only because I ask them to resolve the problem. I felt degraded, and discriminated. We were rushed to find another place to stay last minute on a weekend where most of the places are fully booked. Our holiday was badly interrupted because of the whole situation.

Dobry dojazd komunikacją miejską. Wcześniejsze zameldowanie przyspieszyło proces. Wejście było bezproblemowe, bez kontaktu z obsługą. Śniadanie jest tylko w nazwie. To słodka bułeczka i soczek.

Based on email information, three additional doors opened automatically after pressing the appropriate button on the email. The opening time was very short. It was stressful on the first day, but by the end of the stay, I had mastered it.

- Jennifer (10/5): Great location near the Vatican, clean neighborhood, responsive host, and a comfortable setup—perfect for a small family - The property was ideally located with easy access to the Vatican. The surrounding neighborhood was clean and filled with charming restaurants and cafés. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow—even with our late-night arrival. It was a perfect setup for the three of us, with the couch converting into a spacious twin bed for our 6-year-old daughter. After long days exploring Rome, it was exactly what we needed for a comfortable and restful stay. We would highly recommend this apartment. A little small, but it did not bother us as we spent most of our time wandering the city.

- José Miguel (8/5): BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO PERO COSAS POR MEJORAR - Son apartamentos ubicados entre el Vaticano y el Castillo de San Ángello, en una buena calle, bastante tranquila. Para acceder a las instalaciones se hacía, además de con las llaves, desde el móvil lo cual está bastante bien. La habitación en sí es bastante pequeña pero la cama es muy cómoda, Lo que no me gustó es que la ducha es muy pequeña, hacía un calor horrible en la habitación hasta el punto de tener que abrir las ventanas y lo que menos me gustó fue el "desayuno" que era un croissant de bolsa, un zumo de brick y un café en cápsula, ni tan siquiera había leche para el café.

La hora para dejar la habitación era a las 10 de la mañana y no había una opción (segura) para dejar las maletas. La opción que te ofrecen es dejarlo en una sala a la que todo el mundo tiene acceso, y al no haber recepción, no había ningún control.

I received a message 2 days before the stay that access to the property is not allowed for guests without a credit card. Debit or prepaid cards are not accepted. Well I am already in Italy and I do not have a credit card... I wrote them- they say it is OK, I do not need it. 2. One day before the stay they send me a message, that I have to do online check in or I wont recieve information how to get in the property. I wrote them, because that day I left my ID at hotel and I was in a tour. They answered that it is mandatory. 3. I came back tired at hotel around at 11. pm and I had to do online check in. Because if I dont they wont give me info how to get into apartment. Online check in was not easy. As I was tired it took around 40 minutes of my time. I had to do 3 photos, with me, my ID. I had to read few pages of rules, and sign Hose rules, General conditions etc. 4 They send me info, how to get in. It was a link, where you can open doors. (If no internet, no getting in). 5. When we arrived there was nobody there, we did not see anybody there, even in next day. Did not like this "expierence".
- Lícia Sena (9/5): Boa opção - O quarto é bom, tem tudo que a gente precisa. Achei que tinham poucas tomadas, então tinha que desligar as luminárias pra por o celular pra carregar. Tem uma cafeteira no quarto e uma chaleira elétrica e tinham vários saches de chá. O café da manhã era 1 cápsula de café, um suco de caixinha e um pãozinho doce( bem gostosinho). O quarto está reformado e bem bonito. É próximo da estação Octaviano, da uns 10 minutos andando, mesmo tempo pro vaticano ou pro castelo santo Ângelo. O banheiro é pequeno, o box é minúsculo, nao dava pra agachar dentro. Passei muito nervoso qdo cheguei por ja era 23h e o link enviado que abriria a porta nao funcionava. Foram 5 min que a dona demorou para responder no WhatsApp mas pra mim pareceu 1 h pois estava cansada e nervosa. Também nao sou fã de elevador então queria subir pelas escadas mas era 5 andar. O elevador funcionava super bem. Depois do perrengue pra abrir as portas, foi super tranquilo.

We had a small technical problem with getting into the room at one point, but we got immediate help through whatsapp. Would recommend to anyone who is traveling to Rome and will probably check for a room the next time we visit Rome.

La posizione vicina al Vaticano e a castel Sant'Angelo è top! La doccia era un po' piccolina e mancava la possibilità di lasciare I bagagli in un deposito prima del check in e dopo il check out. Mancava il sapone del bidet..

- Tânia (10/5): Recomendo a 100% - Alojamento excepcional, a 5min a pé do Vaticano e do metro para qualquer ponto da cidade e a 20min a pé do Panteão. Está localizado numa zona calma e tranquila da cidade, com restaurante, cafés e supermercados a poucos metros. Situado no quinto piso com elevador e com limpeza diária. O alojamento foi renovado à pouco tempo e é muito limpo e confortável. O colchão e almofadas são ótimas e a decoração é lindíssima. Água bem quente, ar condicionado, comodidades para fazer chá e café. Os funcionários são muito amáveis e atenciosos, sempre disponíveis pelo whatsapp. Pude deixar as malas antes do check-in (aliás o meu quarto já estava pronto) e depois do check-out.

Ook een hele dag geen elektriciteit gehad. Traag contact met host. Verbouwings geluiden ‘S morgens vroeg enz.

Kaffee (zB Einweglöffel) wären ganz nett gewesen. Die Duschkabine ist sehr klein und der Brauseschlauch ließ sich nicht ordentlich befestigen.

- Diogo (7/5): - Even though that I was transfered to a new location ( very close to the one I booked), the place was really in a very good location, 10 min walking from Vatican City. It was comfortable and clean and the communication with the host/company was quick. There were available towels at our disposal and a well equipted kitchen. Eletric plugs were plenty and near the bed! The bed was really uncomfortable, there was a wooden bar missing and therefore a hole in the matress. Breakfast was poor and it was not delivered the last day. Cleaning was also not performed one time.

Não consegui fazer o café na cafeteira, pois não estava funcionado, dificuldade de sair pois não tinha ninguém para recepcionar

- Olga (10/5): Отлично място на добра цена! - Идеално разположение. Голяма удобна стая с всичко необходимо. Чисто, уютно. Домакинът е постоянно на връзка по месенджери, и ако има въпроси, моментално реагира. Бих отишла там и следващия път за престоя си в Рим! Няма.

- Agustin (6/5): - La ubicación Dice que tiene desayuno incluido pero solo la primera noche había un bollito y un zumo de pera para cada uno en la habitación. La segunda noche nada. Podías hacerte un café que tenian cápsulas en la cocina. En la descripción pone que hay hervidor en la habitación y tampoco había. En cuanto al check in online a mi se me hizo muy pesado y complicado. Los primeros enlaces que me mandaron no funcionaba ninguno y hay que dar tu tarjeta de crédito y todos tus datos personales a través de una página web que solo estaba en inglés y no tengo claro que era, te cobran por ahí las tasas y te hacen mandar fotos de tu DNI y rellenar un montón de datos.

- maria helena (1/5): Quero o reembolso - A única vantagem foi a localização. O tratamento desrespeitoso (após o pagamento da taxa de turismo), calefação não funcionou a contento, Wi-Fi não funcionou, o “café da manhã” era um suco, café e um bolo intragável, colchão desconfortável, ouvíamos muito barulho no corredor, enfim, o que está anunciado no booking é mentiroso e quem gerencia não respeita hóspedes.

- Natasa (9/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα, φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες, δεν υπήρχε μυρωδιά υγρασίας που ακούω πολύ συχνά ότι συμβαίνει στη Ρώμη.Γενικά είναι εντάξει αν δεν έχετε υψηλές απαιτήσεις και θέλετε κάτι οικονομικό, καθαρό και σε πολύ καλή ασφαλή περιοχή και τοποθεσία. Κυρίως το ότι δηλώνει ότι περιλαμβάνει πρωινό που σερβίρεται στο δωμάτιο καθημερινά, ενώ πρωινό δεν υπάρχει στην ουσία! Επίσης το ότι στο μέιλ ανέφεραν αλλαγή πετσετών κάθε 2 μέρες, εκεί έγιναν 3 και τελικά μείναμε 4 βράδια και δεν τις άλλαξαν καθόλου, ευτυχώς είχαν αφήσει από ένα σετ για τον καθένα μας και τις χρησιμοποιήσαμε όλες.
- Fer Lordani (8/5): - A localização é ótima, cama super confortável. O apartamento é no 5⁰ andar e não foi possível utilizar o elevador, ele é bem velho e antigo. Subimos as escadas todos os dias, foi bem cansativo.

- Marianna (8/5): - We really enjoyed the location, as it was conveniently close to everything, both within walking distance and near the metro station. It also offered great value for money, with a very good price for such a central location. The only aspect we did not particularly like was the bathroom arrangement. Although it was listed as a private bathroom (and it was indeed for our exclusive use), it was located outside the room, which meant we had to leave the room to access it. This was something we were hoping to avoid from the beginning, and it was not entirely clear from the listing, as the photos shown were of other rooms.

- Mercedes (9/5): Roma - Esa no era mi habitación. Me gustó q el personal era muy amable. Las luces del pasillo toda la noche encendida. Nuestras paredes eran cristaleras y aunq tenían cortinas se filtraba mucha luz.
