• mari (10/5): Perfect! - Everything! But first of all - the location! All the other aspects were great too! When asked, we could arrive earlier, which was great. You had to take the rubbish out quite far - 0.5km.

• Tabita (10/5): Fantastic location! - Location Is fantastic! Large apartment - spacious. Only one flight of stairs to the door and easy check in / check out. Very comfortable towels and sheets and soft beds. We enjoyed our stay very much. Bathroom is a little dated but everything works well! Not an issue!

• Guest (7/5): - Great location. Host was very helpful when we had to make a last minute one-night emergency booking - they let us drop our bags off early, and were very accommodating of our needs.
• Laura Florina (8/5): City break in the heart of Rome - Big apartment in such a great location, close to everything but still a quiet neighbourhood. Good restaurants and shops nearby. The host, Andrea, was so available to help. The mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable, even the beds are big. A rack for towels in the bathroom would be great. Water pressure pretty low and not enough toiletries for the number of persons acomodated. A washing machine would be great.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very cozy and suitable for a group of four. Its location is very central, and it's within walking distance to basically anywhere in the city center. The kitchen was cozy and spacious. We were slightly disturbed by noises coming from upstairs and outside, as well as the springs pressing into our backs. So, the beds weren’t very comfortable, but we still managed to sleep. There were plenty of mirrors in the apartment, but more hooks and counter space would be appreciated. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a proper wall and door, just slats and a curtain.

• Keith (7/5): Clean in good location but needs some attention - The property was clean and in a good location to walk to Romes landmarks. The bedrooms were roomy. A couple of things were not good. A broken (in half) toilet seat had been screwed together. This dangerous. 2nd bedroom does not have a full wall and door. Wooden slats go half way to a wall and then there is a curtain which covers only over the entrance. This falls down if pulled too hard. The bathroom is not well laid out, hence why toilet seat broke.
• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - The Pellegrino apartment is in an excellent location, right near Campo de' Fiori. Everything is within a 15–20 minute walk, and there are markets just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean and has everything you need to feel at home. The first night was a little noisy, but it wasn't a problem for our family

Big thanks to Naomi. A little road noise outside but hey it's a city break.

The host provided us with clear info for accessing the property, which was by key in a lockbox. Property was lovely and the beds were super comfy. We had a small problem in the property and it was dealt with very quickly. Would book again! Nothing

• Anthony (2/5): Very disappointed for the price - Great location We booked 3 apartments in this area. This was the worst. All had a €25 late check-in fee after 9pm but this was the only property to look for it. We arrived very close to 9pm and had to wait on the road until nearly 10pm for the check-in staff to arrive. He was very rude and argumentative when challenged over the late check-in fee. Bathroom could do with updating and shower drain partially blocked. Very noisy and couldn't open/close windows properly due to rusty hinges. Had to use the washing machine in one of the other apartments due to the door in this apartments machine being broken.

• Oliver (7/5): Lovely Location, - Perfect location 20-30Mins walk from all major attractions, Staff was great easy to get along, and when we were late, they stayed on and made everything easy for us. Found apartment very dusty, Mould in the shower walls, Smell from sewage coming back up from toilet. The bathroom door broken and won't lock, We had to wash all cutlery and cups and plates Looked like they hadn't been washed in a while.
• Blair (10/5): Great stay in a great location - Apartment was very clean. Fantastic location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to public transport and within walking distance (around 30 mins) of Vatican City, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Andrea was in touch regularly and very helpful WiFi was unreliable but that didn’t really effect us. One evening was a little loud outside but this was a Saturday night and did not last long.

• Nikki (9/5): Fabulous location and great facilities. - This is an amazing located apartment right in the centre of it all. Loved the size and ability to have a working kitchen. We even got some laundry done. It is on a popular restaurant strip so the Saturday night was a bit loud until midnight but every other night of our stay was quiet.

• Valentina (5/5): Passable - Excellent location close to Campo dei Fiori and plenty of restaurants. It was quite a spacious apartment but could do with updated furniture. - Sofa bed was extremely noisy. - Not recommended if you're a light sleeper. You can easily hear people speaking outside and movement from the apartment above. - Bathroom had an unpleasant sewage odor making it uncomfortable to use. - The apartment was not cleaned properly (dirty dishes in cupboard and dusty floors). - Although there was a kitchen, no dish soap, sponge or tea towel was provided. Insufficient crockery for 4 people (old & dirty). - Mouldy shower. - Air conditioner was old and noisy. - Coffee table was broken and basically collapsed when I placed something on it.

• Patricia (7/5): Depends on the purpuse of your visit - Location is excellent! From the kitchen, view is really likeable. There was bidet which is absolutely positive. Internet connection was fine, king bed matress was very comfortable. Soap was provided and innumerous blanket. Host was really really nice, helpful, kind. Air conditioner was really noisy and disfunctional. Shower cabin cant be closed properly. Mold in shower block. Sofa is not for sleeping, it slanted and creaking.

• Janice (9/5): Good location in Campo de’Fiori, walk to many major attractions. - We enjoyed the location of the property as it was walking distance to many of the big must sees. The courtyard was cute and gave us a real Italian feel when we opened the windows. The host continually gave good communications with us, before and during our stay. It was also nice to have an entire apartment with living/kitchen/bedroom all separate. We thought it would be quiet at night as it was on a side street. However, it got quite noisy at times as it was a walking route to some good restaurants and bars. Lots of partiers carrying on into the wee hours. We also wished coffee was provided.

Not a great service from our hosts. A lot of noise could be heard from outside and from floor above. Bathroom always had an unpleasant smell

The accomodation space is spacious and could have great potential. The accommodation needs a deep clean, some floors, surfaces and appliances were dusty. It didn't feel completely comfortable because of this.

• Danny (10/5): Stay that worth of money and connected with alot of convenient store and restaurant - The property located at a very strategic location , it saved us alot of money from transportation. Big shoutout to the owner as he guided us and shared some tips and advice on the metro and restaurant for us during check in. Highly recommend to stay here in rome with this apartment 😁 Nothing to complaint

• Eric (4/5): Disappointing - The location is great, all the attractions are within walking distance, there are buses close by and many restaurants. Très bon emplacement, proche des sites principaux, nombreux bus a proximité. The person from the agency made us pay more than what was planned on Booking and in cash. The bedroom door doesn't close and the bathroom door doesn't lock. The bathroom tap is half broken. There was only one bag for the garbage, two toilet rolls for four people, and no kitchen towel. The place you are supposed to bring the garbage is 7 minutes away. Also, the street is very noisy, we couldn't sleep until 2am the first night.

Although it is a self-check-in apartment, the landlord's service is very considerate, and all my questions are answered in time. Thank you very much. Would recommend it to my friends. The house is not well soundproofed.

Also, the instructions online on how to find the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Thank you for the good time!
• Stela (3/5): great location, but nothing else. - location is superb. you only pay for that. Another thing I liked is that the apartment is spacious. However, renovation and some new appliances are needed. It wasn´t entirely clean. The washing machine is too old and the door is fixed with a screw. One pays so much for the location, yes, but also for the facilities in the apartment. The price of a new washing machine is less than what I paid for 4 nights.
• Baian (9/5): Superb - Great location, spatious and cozy apartment. Communication is with property manager was poor. They’ve provided two phone numbers to inform before arriving for check in. We’ve informed the main phone number however the property manager was not informed. So we had to wait for almost 2 hours to check in. Kettle handle was damaged so it was very risky to use it with boiling water inside, this was raised to the manager on the first day, however the issue was not resolved.

• Eileen (9/5): Fantastic location, great size for a family and very responsive host. - The property is in a fantastic location - close to all of the attractions as well as great bars/restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and was able to arrange a late check-in for us (10:30pm) as our flight was arriving at night. We placed the kids on the sofa bed in the living area and still felt that we had a lot of room as the kitchen and bathroom is at the back of the apartment and quite seperate.

Quite large for middle of Rome. Well equipped kitchen. We were very happy with our host and our stay!! Stair were not a problem for us, but may be for others
• Lydia (9/5): Amazing location! Large apartment! - The spacious apartment is located in an ideal spot! It's steps from Campo de' Fiori (outside market and lots of restaurants). The pizzeria at the beginning of the street (Mariuccia) is amazing! Also, the restaurant Osteria da Fortunata is worth the hype! Note: there are 3 locations by Campo de' Fiori. The apartment was convenient for walking to all the sights in Rome. Everything was good.

• Marcella (9/5): Superb - The apartment fits comfortably 4 people. Despite the noise in the streets because of the nightlife, it is in a perfect location! Campo di Fiori is my second favorite location in Rome, because there is good restaurants around and you can do everything on foot. We really enjoyed our time in Rome and in the apartment 😊 The air conditioning is a little noisy.
• Lynn (10/5): Excellent location, easy check-in, smooth communication and lovely apartment in Campo di Fiori. - The location was excellent, with the piazza, open air markets, restaurants, and stores close by. Communication and checkin was very smooth even though we booked at the last moment. The apartment was lovely, an amazing view out the kitchen window, the air worked well when we opened the windows at night. We didn’t use the kitchen so not sure how it was stocked. The stairs are quite steep when you enter the building which was no problem for us. We walked everywhere from the Pantheon to the Vatican City, on to the Colosseum, but we are used to walking. Others might prefer public transportation or an Uber to the Colosseum. We would definitely recommend the apartment for the excellent location. Thank you. Everything met our needs.

Right beside Camp F’iori square where there are ample restaurants, ideal for people watching and relaxing with a drink. Our flight was delayed and we were 2 hours late arriving at apartment. Raffael was brilliant and waited for us even though it was early hours of morning. Nothing. All good.

• Sayaka (8/5): Very convenient location - - very good location, walking distance from Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Trastevere - host's colleague Rafaelo came quickly for check-in even though I forgot to inform the host of arrival time in advance (but it would've been nice if I could communicate with the host about check-in through e-mail instead of calling because I was traveling and didn't have cellular connection - I had to borrow a phone from a nearby cafe) - the bathroom door made a big squeaking noise - I wish there was a little stand for amenities inside the shower booth - the windows were not soundproof so it was a bit hard to sleep with people's shouting and bikes passing by - I wish the cleaning fee (70 euros) was a bit more reasonable
