Parfait pour un citytryp, à moins de 10min à pied de Rialto, Place, StMarco, 25min de la Garre/ bus Emplacement au croisement des ruelles commerçantes et touristiques fort fréquentées, toutefois une bonne isolation acoustique.

• Aurélie (9/5): Superbe séjour vénitien 🤩 - Superbe emplacement dans une petite ruelle vénitienne dans un quartier animé se situant à 7 min seulement du Rialto et de la place Saint Marc. Marina est une hôte très accueillante, vraiment adorable et hyper réactive. Petit déjeuner copieux.

• Camilla (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt in einem stilvollen venezianischen Zimmer in der Nähe des Markusplatzes - Die Nähe zum Markusplatz ist grandios. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und kommt zu Fuß überall schnell zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war super. Eine tolle Auswahl! Es gab sogar laktosefreie Milch! Besser geht’s nicht! Der venezianische Stil des Zimmers ist authentisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Marina ist eine tolle herzliche Frau und hat sich super um uns gekümmert und uns tolle Tipps gegeben.

The place is strategic, near everything and really easy to get from the Rialto. The breakfast was served to our room it was incredible. Nothing, everything was great.

• Hoffmann (10/5): - So many things. First and foremost, Marina, the proprietor. She was not only very welcoming but she helped make arrangements for private water taxis and a private evening gondola ride. She made sure we had map directions to everything. She took such good care of us as if we were family. We communicated many times both before and during our stay to make things went smoothly. Second, the location. It is 5 minutes to Piazza San Marco, the Basilica, Doge's Palace and the water taxi. Finally, a few tips beyond this excellent B&B. Take a day trip to the Dolomites, incredible mountain views. Second, if you want a great dinner, Osteria Enoteca San Marco is delicious and real Italian- get reservations. If you want a great sandwich, Bar Chiaranda and finally, the best Gelato we found (after trying 3 others) was Gelateria Mastro Cono, all within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. We had to leave

• Mikołaj (10/5): - Świetne, klimatyczne miejsce w samym sercu Wenecji. Obiekt jest bardzo przytulny i ma wyjątkowy charakter – czuć prawdziwy wenecki klimat, a nie bezosobowy hotel. Ogromnym atutem jest przemiła Pani Gospodarz, która dba o gości i zapewnia bardzo dobry, szybki kontakt (również przez WhatsApp), co daje duże poczucie komfortu już przed przyjazdem. Bardzo doceniam elastyczność i indywidualne podejście – można się łatwo dogadać w różnych kwestiach, co dziś wcale nie jest takie oczywiste. Lokalizacja jest idealna – tuż przy Placu św. Marka, a jednocześnie w spokojniejszej uliczce. Zdecydowanie polecam osobom, które szukają miejsca z duszą, a nie dużego, anonimowego hotelu Wszelkie formalności powinny być dopełnione w dniu zakwaterowania, a nie odkładane na później. W momencie wyjazdu spowodowało to pewien dyskomfort, ponieważ spiesząc się na dworzec, łatwo było o czymś zapomnieć. Polecam obiekt i jest to miejsce do którego warto wracać.

Staff was vwry communicative and helpful, and the breakfast was continental but plentiful! Nothing, really. Maybe the fact that some of the appliances/fixtures were old, but that’s how old buildings in Venice are

A cute room upstairs from a door in an alley way, next to Gelato shop.😀❤️ Had all we needed and we enjoyed our night in the heart of Venice. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and sights. Only minutes from St Marks Square Only had time for one night here.

You can hear people walking and talking from the alleyway and also because there are shops just below the room, it took time to go to sleep.

La posizione che è una cosa positiva può divenire un problema se si va in alta stagione, per il rumore, visto che è a 2 passi da piazza S.Marco e sotto c'è un ristorante. Quindi è un continuo via vai di persone che a fine Gennaio alle 22 finiva, ma in estate o sotto il Carnevale credo si protragga di almeno un altro paio di ore minimo.

• Tricia (8/5): Charming - The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. It was easy to find and close to San Marco Plaza. It has charming decor, tasty breakfast, and Elisa was friendly and accommodating. It felt authentic to Venice. For us, it wasn’t a problem however others may have to consider that there is a staircase into the property.

• bagia (10/5): Καταπληκτική επιλογή - Όλα ήταν άψογα. Καταρχάς, η τοποθεσία. Τόσο κοντά στο κέντρο, που άμα κουραζόσουν ή χρειαζόσουν ίντερνετ, επέστρεφες άμεσα, έπαιρνες δυνάμεις και ξανάβγαινες. Η Σάρα ήταν ευγενέστατη. Το πρωινό που μας έφτιαξε ήταν αξιοπρεπές. Επίσης είχε την πατίνα του χρόνου, ένιωθες πως ζούσες στην Αναγέννηση. Τέλος ήταν ζεστό δωμάτιο, ενώ έξω είχε ψοφόκρυο. Όλα ήταν μια χαρά.

• MINAMI (2/5): 管理人さんは親切ですが部屋がとにかく寒い - 管理人さんはとても親切で、チェックインが夜遅くなることを伝えるとホテルまでの行き方動画を送ってくれたため迷わず辿り着くことができました！翌日の朝ごはんもちょうどいいボリューム感でとても美味しかったです！チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。 部屋の暖房が効かず、WhatsAppで連絡したところ朝6時まで付かないと回答がありとても寒い夜を過ごしました。結局朝も暖房は付かず風邪を引いてしまいました(T_T)また、扉の鍵の開け方が特殊で毎回開けるのが大変でした。 日本人向けの宿ではないかもしれません…

• Luís (8/5): Uma hospedagem à moda antiga! - A sua localização é perfeita, pois é próxima do cais onde se pode apanhar as vaporetas e próxima da principal atracção da cidade, ou seja, a Praça de São Marcos. A rua onde se situa não oferecer muita luz, não estar devidamente assinalado no edifício o nome do estabelecimento e de de não haver check-in personalizado. O facto de não terem cumprido com o horário do pequeno almoço inviabilizou-nos o mesmo o que nos fez sentir, de certa forma, defraudados!

• Sonia (10/5): - La struttura si trova in una calle tranquilla ma molto vicina a Piazza San Marco. Camere finemente decorate in stile veneziano. La colazione è servita in camera dove è possibile gustarla su un tavolino con due comode sedie. La camera è dotata di bollitore elettrico e del necessario per preparare tè e caffè. Le ragazze che gestiscono la struttura sono molto gentili e simpatiche. Ci torneremo sicuramente e la raccomanderemo agli amici.
