• Riccardo (7/5): - Molto gentile e disponibile la signora. Pulito. Comodo rispetto alla Metropolitana (10 min a piedi). Il bagno piccolo è non era in camera ma era necessario uscire e percorrere un corridoio. Un po’ scomodo.

• CECILIA MENEZES (7/5): - A Glória foi muito amável e me recebeu antes do check in. Tinha garrafas de água e caixinhas de suco na geladeira. Máquina de café expresso e chaleira elétrica e, à minha disposição, um pacote de madelaines! Quarto grande e cama confortável. Apesar de o banheiro ser privativo, era fora do quarto, no final do corredor, o que se tornou inconveniente, principalmente nas madrugadas. Não gostei dessa experiência. O box também era pequeno, um pouco apertado. A estação de metrô fica a 700m e tem um ponto de ônibus que passa por algumas atrações quase em frente a acomodação. Supermercado fica a 500m Poucos restaurantes no local

• Cistulli (10/5): La struttura è perfetta per stare alcuni giorni a Roma. - La posizione della struttura è eccellente, vicino ci sono diversi supermercati e ci sono le fermate dei bus e metro a pochi passi. La signora Gloria è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Ha superato le nostre aspettative!

• Rob (8/5): Very good - I was vey late coming off a trip & they waited in for me. A huge thanks for that (It was hosing it down with rain at the time & I would have had to look for alternative accomodation if they had not waited in & gone the extra mile for me.) It was also very central that helped.

• Noelia (7/5): Amazing staff and location! 100% recommend! - Loved everything about the property. Gloria was super nice and helpful and knowledgeable helping me navigate the area. The property was clean and comfortable. The location was great, not too far not too close to all the tourist locations. The bus to everywhere was directly across the street. There was a great cafe right across the street, supermarket 2 blocks away and even a laundromat right down the block! If I had to pick just one thing I did not like about the property it would be that at night it was a little cold. It would eventually warm up but it would take a while. Other than this we loved it!

• Jasna (10/5): Exceptional - We were warmly welcomed. The host gave us all possible information about transportation to the places we wanted to visit. The accommodation is near the market, which has a variety of offers, and the Bologna metro station is also nearby, from which you can reach the Termini station or the Colosseum without a stop. Of course, you can always use the bus. There are many small restaurants and cafes in that neighborhood, so the choice is wide. Since this is a student area, it is always lively and cheerful. The neighborhood is safe.

• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was kind, the room was nice with a private bathroom and towels. It was clean. It's in a nice neighbourhood which is good for families. Metro station Bologna on B line is very close and you can easily reach all the important tourist destinations from there. It's also easy to get to Ciampino airport too by metro and bus. There is also breakfast consisting of coffee (capsule coffee machine, capsules), toast, butter and jam. It's not much but good for starting the day. There is a fridge with mineral water and fruit juice as well. There is a Lidl shop in 7 minutes reach and streetfood restaurants which have long opening hours. We would definitely want to go back if we travel to Rome again and we recommend it.

• William (8/5): Good location, Good host and Pleasant Rooms - The close proximity to the B line metro made it easy to access and easy to travel to the main Rome highlights. The room was clean and tidy. Sheets and towels were changed every 2 days. The owner was immensely helpful! She was quick to respond to any questions, gave a useful insight into travel means and locations( giving bus numbers that would lead back to the hotel and such) and was nice enough to hold our luggage after check out for the few hours we had before our trains back to the airport which allowed us to squeeze in some extra sightseeing before we left. The bathroom had multiple utilities: a shower, sink, toilet and bidet and included soap, shampoo and body wash. While the shower itself was very small it did have wonderful water pressure. Small shower as mentioned above but this room was Ensuite so a worthwhile trade for me. There was no breakfast being served at the time of our stay (09/2023) so if that’s a dealbreaker for you then be aware. For us there were plenty of cafes and places to grab food nearby so a non issue for us. The locks were also a little stiff to open and close. However overall for the price and locations I consider these to be minimal issues.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the bus stop, walking distance to the metro.I did't expect that the toilet with a bath would be outside the room, I think this should be written in the conditions. For 1-2 nights, great place! A bath is outside the room.
• Jorge (8/5): Very good - Nice place to stay if you want good price/quality. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and perfect to get good rest. I would recommend it. They provided a second pair of keys which was really helpful for us. There was a lot of water dropping in the floor all night from the a/c. The bathroom sink and shower have drainage issues. It need a little bit of an upgrade.

• Felix (1/5): Bad - The location was okay.on a Main street Air conditioner - bedsheets were dirty and i put my clothing on the bedsheets so i could avoid to come in contact with the bedsheets. I confronted the host the after the second day (Check Out day) cause i had no energy to cancel my stay and all the argumentations..i showed him for example a red spot (blood??) on the pillow and he said sorry and tried to blame the cleaning woman. He did not refused when i Said that the bedsheets were not washed! ( they also smell unwashed) - the whole room.was so uncomfortable, It felt very unhygenic, with old left of guests in the fridge, the furniture was broken cause the bed made noises.the room was a real bad. - in the bathroom it was with hair, dusts and spots. It was so small and warm ahhhh i felt so ungood there too. Furthermore i did not used the towels, cause they did Not smell washed too - the frame of the doors should BE fixes - Ii is big No Go at all but so i paid I guess 120 Euro and this offer was awful. I changed the hotel and was so happy about my decision. - i would never stay again here and I also can't recommend to other people.

• Girtih (9/5): Best option for the price - The owner was great. Really the best option for this price. We enjoyed the stay - everything is clean, we had a bathroom in our room, it was normal size. 3 towels for each of us. AC unit, blinds can fully go down, snacks in the fridge and many other great things. Great public transport options nearby You can hear if someone is walking outside the door, but it was not loud and every guest was rather quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room with ensuite bathroom. Fridge and table in the room. Owner was polite and friendly and offered us free drinks and snacks, thanks a lot for that! 🙂
