• Kashma (10/5): Get in Rome. - What a gem of a boutique hotel/ guest house in Rome! Location! Location! Location! This boutique hotel was just perfect for our 5 night stay. Situated in a Vibey location just a few steps away from so many cafes/ restaurants and bistros. Situated in an amazing shopping district of Rome with designer shops just around the corner and the Spanish steps. Room: Charming, cozy room which has everything you need. Luxury Bedding and towels. Loccitane amenities in the bathroom were a treat. Room a bit on the small size. However in Rome you are touring most of the time. Kitchenette with fully stocked fridge with beverages were such a treat. Hosts: Very friendly and kind hosts Francesco and Gerald. Who greeted us with a smile and carried our bags up the stairs. Gerald was super helpful with advice/ tips and even calling our next hotel for us. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for your stay in Rome! Rooms are a little small. However expected for Europe.

The location can’t be beat, just minutes away from the Spanish Steps and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and iconic sights. The hotel itself is elegant and peaceful, with beautifully restored rooms that blend antique charm with modern comfort. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Gérald. He went above and beyond to make the celebration extra special, and it was so appreciated. We felt completely safe, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for a luxurious, intimate place to stay in the heart of Rome, look no further than Crossing Condotti. • Sheiling (10/5): - Crossing Condotti was absolutely charming. The guesthouse feels homey while still providing the luxe hotel experience (eg bathrobes and slippers). Everything is beautifully appointed, bed comfortable, and staff (especially Gerard) were incredibly nice and helpful. I was surprised at the level of noise insulation in the rooms given how old the building is; I heard some movement from other guests one morning and one weekend night there was music playing outside which was audible, but windows and wall seemed to be modern and it wasn’t an issue. I would note that there was no elevator but Gerard was helpful getting the bags up

Elegant room with thoughtful attention to detail and beautiful antique furniture. Bed was divine. Every member of the staff was gracious and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday whilst there and was touched to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a very sweet note wishing me happy birthday. Thank you Gerald.

We will return to Crossing Condotti next time we visit Rome! We expected the hotel to be more spacious, but its size did not affect the quality of our stay.
