Natalie (7/5): - It was 10 minute's walk from Central station. It was clean, cheap and cheerful just what we needed. We would stay again. If you have any sort of mobility problems this isnt the place to stay it has lots of steep stairs to the rooms and no lift. It didn't bother us but I know if we were here with other family members they couldn't done them.

Ryan (8/5): Cosy and convieniant - Its not the freshest of hotels, scuff marks on the walls and well pver due a lick of paint. I satyed in room 206 and it was comfortable. Small, but clean enough (shower cubicle door a little grimy) but other than that it was perfect. You can hear the histle and bustle from the main road which didnt bother me too much (light sleepers would hate it) but it was cosy, bed comfy enough, fan in the room and perfectly located near the train station and the food in the restaurent below was lovely! I would return. Friendly staff I interacted with on arrival, and departure. Paint work needs a touch up.

Luciënna (1/5): VERSCHRIKKELIJK! - Helaas beviel er helemaal niets aan de accommodatie. De kamer was vies, slecht onderhouden en totaal niet hygiënisch. Daarnaast was het personeel onvriendelijk, onprofessioneel en totaal niet behulpzaam of begripvol. Deze ervaring was zeer teleurstellend en ik zou deze accommodatie absoluut niet aanraden. Het verblijf was ronduit verschrikkelijk. De kamer was extreem vies: er zat bloed in het bed, haren op en onder het beddengoed, overal lag stof, en zelfs op de muren van de douche zaten haren. Toen ik dit aankaartte bij het personeel, kreeg ik als reactie: “Hoezo kijk je in het bed? Je slaapt toch op de lakens?” — een totaal ongepaste opmerking. Zelfs de lakens waar ik op moest slapen zaten onder de vlekken, waaronder bloed, wat afgedaan werd als “stift”. Ik heb drie andere kamers mogen bekijken, maar die waren net zo onhygiënisch. In plaats van begrip, kreeg ik kritiek dat ik de lakens afhaalde: “Wie gaat dat opruimen?” was hun reactie. Uiteindelijk heb ik mijn geld niet teruggekregen en voel ik mij totaal niet serieus genomen. Ik ben dan ook van plan verdere stappen te ondernemen.
