- Jerome (8/5): Friendly staff, great location, great value for the money. - Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and major shopping center and sky train station, fairly quiet for a good night's sleep. Good value for the money. The rooms are The rooms and washroom needed to be renovated, and poor lighting, also rooms had a poor odor,
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Close to SVB airport & comfortable & great staff. Perfect for a layover close to the airport.
- Darren (5/5): Passable -
- Md (5/5): Passable - It wasnt clean.
- Joeboy66 (1/5): Bad -
- Hossen (5/5): Passable -
- James (8/5): - - good location to many places, good for short term stay, not long term, outdated, need to be renovated asap, especially all the doors **
- Henry (4/5): Unprofessional booking staff. Avoid the hassle. - Cheap I guess? They must have overbooked, said my booking wasn’t confirmed even though I had the confirmation on booking and email. Told me to cancel on my end with no compensation offered, implying it was my fault. Eventually transferred me to their other location for a room. Staff was nicer there, but furniture in the room was old and LOTS of road noise.
- Sridhara (1/5): Bad - Nothing I did not get my booking room. I booked for twin bed and when i reach property , they say, don't have room. Then they offered me a very small size room with single bed for 2 people to sleep in one bed. The size of the room was so small, that, when i get down from bed, i directly land in to bath room. There is hardly 1-2 feet from bed to bath room. And on top of it, The AC was not working. It seems the AC was never serviced. I wonder, this kind of rooms are offered to paid guests.
- Negin (4/5): - The room and bed were generally clean, however there were details such as dirty rags in the closet which were off putting during our stay.
- Marco (1/5): Horrible experience - Nothing It was dirty and dusty. The lights are too dark. Everything was broken, the blanket was dirty. They didn't clean the room or refill the shower gel.
- Shahar (2/5): - Gross
- zhalinn (2/5): WORST HOTEL ON THIS planet - THE MOST DISGUSTING MOST AWFULL HOTEL ON THIS PLANET!!!!!! I said sorry but this is not acceptable so they said i had to contact the agent were no where to be found i said am gonna clean my own room well give me some products they didn't even hadd products in the first place they just cleaned it with water the receptionist at night shift called son was sooooo rude after all that i saw a hugeee rat in my room and said i saw a rat ahe acted as if i should say sorry most disgusting place please do not book HERE!

- Asif (6/5): Pleasant -
- Masoud (7/5): Good -
- Junaid (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sharul (4/5): Would not recommend, pay the little extra and go somewhere else. - Location Ants in bed. Mouldy showers, old and rock hard pillows and beds, stained furniture, broken fridge, horrible stanch. Not soundproof.
- Marco (7/5): Ok - Location, lady receptionist It is not super clean and modern facility
- Thomas (4/5): Not worth the money 1584baht room 409 - Big room, next to a 7-11 store Only cash payments. The room badly cleaned.
The room haven’t hade any maintenance for a long time. The worst was the bathroom/shower. None of the shower nozzles worked. The shower glass never cleaned I think.
- Mohamed (5/5): Not satisfied - One of the receptionists was very nice to my kids, that's the only good thing The room and its contents do not match those shown on the website
- Abdullah (1/5): Bad -
- Abdullah (1/5): Bad -
- Mirza (1/5): Bad - Not clean and also bad staff and washroom quality very bad
- Matthias (6/5): Pleasant - for one or two night is ok. Room OK. Service Personal freindly.

- Anna (7/5): Good -
- Adriano (8/5): Hotel on soi 11 - Nice ,clean room ,quiet as well , the staff is friendly and kind , I had a good sleep .. at the side of the bed there was a pylon which disturbs the passage
- Sam (1/5): Overwll my experinced was not good hotel management need to improve the seevices - Good location Lack of basic services
- Braszell (2/5): Very poor -
- Vivekkumar (6/5): Affordable, good location but Thai Baht only policy! - Location. Rooms are ok. Affordable. They said they accept only cash payment which was wierd!
I was not carrying sufficient Thai Baht, the receptionist wanted me to go out & withdraw Thai Baht....I was not in a state to do so.
Then I offered US dollars....she was not ok with that also & insisted on only Thai Baht 's.
Very strange.
Some how she agreed to take the dollars as a deposit to be exchanged for Thai Baht 's later
Very inconvenient.
They need to change this for International travellers atleast.
- Matti (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good and soundproofing was great. Reception lady was nice. Room was old and bathroom was disgusting.
- Kage (5/5): Value for money, but brace for challenges, if staying for long. - Location was just close to eateries, pubs etc Hotel room needs deep cleaning. Fridge not working, wash basin drain leaking, shower mixer not working in various rooms, I was in.
- Ian (2/5): Very poor - The lady on reception who was brilliant and deserves to be working somewhere better then there , the location was ok and that's it The room was cheap and just as well as it was a dump , shower wouldn't stay in holder as it was broke and a lot of mould in the bathroom, paint peeling off walls and damaged wall around air con , dust everywhere including hanging from the ceiling, not going back there again
- Van (3/5): Poor -
- An0n1me (8/5): A very cool hotel near Nana station ! - - Very well located (7/11, money changer, restaurants nearby)
- Nana station accessible by foot in 15 minutes
- A lot of bars and coffees to go out near by
- Very close to busy areas but distant enough to have quiet nights
- People working in the hotel are very cool and available any time of the day - The bathroom is a bit small but still usable
- We have to give a 1000 bath deposit in cash before the check in
- Roger (1/5): Gross - Location in good, lady during the day was so friendly Dude working night was a cranky old man, he needed a nap?
Place was filthy. We paid extra for a larger room on a higher floor and got a tiny double bed on the 2nd floor. Dude actually argued about it like we didn't notice.
- Gerrard (4/5): Disappointing -
- Safwaan (2/5): - The only reason anyone should stay this property is the convenience of its location - everything else about UPAR Hotels was horrible to the point where we checked out a night early to go stay on the floor of a friends apartment.
For starters, the staff at reception was exceptionally rude, especially the man who works the night shift. During our check in, we were treated with complete annoyance and being asked irrelevant personal questions. Our asks for extra towels and hair dryers were completely ignored during our stay.
The property itself was disgusting - the cleaning staff did not clean the bathrooms at all. The showers were disgusting and the rooms had garbage in the corners. The tipping point, however, was the number of rats we saw during out 2 night stay. Due to garbage being left out on the common area floors, we saw many huge rats running around outside our rooms and fighting over garbage that was left by the cleaning staff in the open for many hours of the afternoon. Our friend who stayed on the floor below us said he heard rats running around through the walls and ceiling.
To add to the above experiences, the toilet in our bathroom randomly stopped working. After a whole day out, we came back to our hotel to discover the flush was not working and were given no explanations on why and no one sent to fix it.
Overall, please do not consider UPAR Hotels for your next stay. There are other hotels in the area for the same price that do not have rats running around.
- Peter (7/5): Good - Quiet street. Bathroom need maintenance. Showerholder and door handle was broken.

- Babu (4/5): Disappointing -
- Einat (6/5): Pleasant - Very basic, it main selling point for us was being equidistant to the two airports, as we arrived by one late at night and left by the other the following morning.

- JainArpit (6/5): Nice small room hotel at good location - The hotel is in a very good location, very near Sukhumvit Soi 11 night market, and the location of the hotel is where the noise of the road is minimal and 5 minutes away from the main street, so it is less noisy. I don't understand the concept in Bangkok, but most of the hotels provide rooms on the top floor to Indians and Asians, and they give the best rooms to English or French people. The room that they provided me was small, but the AC was working perfectly. They have a breakfast option as well; you can include it. You can ask for the taxi service from the hotel itself, but I recommend booking through the Grab app. The lady at the reception desk is polite and gentle. I could have given it a higher rating, but because of one incident, I feel I have given it an average rating. Actually, they provided an RFID-enabled key, and somehow we lost it. When we told them about the incident, they told us to charge us 1000 TBH, and then we negotiated with them a little, and they agreed to charge us 700. As per my knowledge, an RFID card only charges less than 5 cents, and you need to only programme it. How can they charge so much? Otherwise, location-wise and people-wise, the hotel is perfect.
- Raymond (5/5): Nothing special about this hotel. Better value elsewhere - location Internet poor.

- Jerome (8/5): Very good -
- Jerome (7/5): Great location and value for the money, - Great location, close to restaurants shopping mall and public transportation system. The rooms are a bit old and needs an upgrade, the lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter.

- Daniel (9/5): A really nice hotel for Sukhumvit 11, great prices and a super-friendly team working there! - The staff were really friendly, even by the high standards of Thailand, with a great welcome, helpful interactions and just general friendliness. The rooms are straighforward, clean, good en-suite and enough desk space to work comfortably with a laptop. The location is in Sukhumvit 11 is perfect for getting around the city as well as enjoying what is a very lively neighbourhood at night (the rooms are quiet though, so no worries on that front!).
All told, a great little hotel and the price for 4 nights was a real bargain. I'll be back!
- Winona (4/5): Disappointing - Great Location and quiet rooms Old facilities that doesn’t look like the pictures. air-con didn’t work properly. Was a bit dirty.
- Yakun (3/5): never come back - location is ok. extremely small and dirty. facilities old. and other …
- Lawrence (9/5): Superb -
- Zoysa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Saad1404 (6/5): مقبول فقط - The location and the reception treatment....just to be honest The rooms are narrow and the furniture is frankly worn out... and the price is not suitable for it to be honest
- Holidaymonger (10/5): My second stay here! - This is a small-sized hotel but at a great location and a compelling price point. Based on my experience here a few years ago, I booked myself into this hotel again and was happy that I did.
The staff are so cheerful and always happy to assist. Without a second thought, they allowed me an early check in as well as accommodate me in a larger room when I had mentioned to them that my room that was allotted first was a bit cramped. On the day of departure, it was raining heavily and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to hunt down a taxi for me. Much appreciated!
Great location within an area that offers endless restaurant and 7-11 options.
- Harikumar (9/5): Great value for money! - Good hotel at a great price point. Very friendly staff who were always eager to help and allowed me an early check-in. They offered me a larger room without a second thought when I mentioned to them that my room was a bit cramped.
- Debbie (3/5): Poor - . no hot water, ripped bedding.
