- André (1/5): - Das schlechteste Hotel was ich jeh erlebt habe. Zimmer sind dreckig insbesondere das Bett. Es kam so rüber, als ob das Bett nicht neu bezogen wurde. Am Hotel selbst keine Möglichkeit jemanden zu erreichen. Das Bett habe ich dann selbst neu bezogen. Einfach nur extrem widerlich. Kann jedem nur abraten dort zu übernachten!

- Sulaiman (1/5): BEDBUGS - Booked the hotel for 3 nights, found bedbug on the first night itself went down to the reception in the morning and they blamed it on us lol, i havent seen a bedbug my whole life. After arguing for a bit i requested a refund for the full 3 nights and the hotel staff or whoever said no u slept a night ( yeah cuz ur reception is closed at 3am ) he just said he is gonna refund the 2 unstayed nights, i couldve gone to public health and complaned and received full refund and 300 for damage in clothes, but i was short in time ( pls always check ur bed and room before entering that place ) Ich hatte das Hotel für drei Nächte gebucht und gleich in der ersten Nacht eine Bettwanze entdeckt. Am nächsten Morgen ging ich zur Rezeption, und die gaben uns die Schuld – unglaublich! Ich hatte noch nie in meinem Leben eine Bettwanze gesehen. Nach einigem Hin und Her verlangte ich die volle Rückerstattung für die drei Nächte. Der Hotelangestellte (oder wer auch immer) meinte nur, ich hätte ja eine Nacht geschlafen (klar, weil die Rezeption um 3 Uhr morgens schließt). Er meinte lediglich, er würde mir die zwei nicht genutzten Nächte erstatten. Ich hätte mich ans Gesundheitsamt wenden und eine volle Rückerstattung sowie 300 Euro für die beschädigte Kleidung bekommen können, aber mir fehlte die Zeit. (Bitte überprüft immer euer Bett und euer Zimmer, bevor ihr so ein Hotel betretet!)

Nachdem wir das Hotel verlassen mussten, da meine Partnerin aufgrund er Kälte eine Mandelentzündung entwickelt hatte, wollte das Hotel die restlichen Nächte nicht kostenlos stornieren. Die Rezeption war nicht zu erreichen. 200 Euro für nichts.

Çocuklu odadaki kale görüntüsü çocukları çok eğlendirdi. Genel olarak fiyat performans oteli Bina çok eski olduğu için genel eski kokusu vardı. Oda sıcaklığı düşüktü( ben evimde 24 derecede uyurum. Otel 20 derece gibiydi) sıcak su çok az akıyordu duş almak zorlu bir süreçti.

- Liudmila (10/5): - Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber und hell. Das Zimmer war sehr warm und gemütlich. Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet – immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: In der Nähe gibt es viele Cafés und schöne Spaziermöglichkeiten. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein kinderfreundliches Café mit einem überdachten Spielplatz. Ich bin sehr glücklich darüber, wie schön wir die Zeit mit meiner Tochter verbracht haben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

- Josef (5/5): Good location, basic hotel, noisy neighbours. - Hotel is well located close to centre. Walking distance in about 20 minutes, one can be close to the ZOO. There is also a U-bahn station and a bus 134 very close to the hotel - easy to get to and from the main bus station. There is a REWE shop also very close. Hotel is in a previous block of flats. Not all flats are part of the hotel. One night, there was a all-night party. This made it impossible to sleep. Without a running reception, it was difficult to ask for help.

Muzyka była tak głośna i z tak silnymi basami, że w moim pokoju na czwartym piętrze drżały ściany. Personel hotelu nie był w stanie nic z tym zrobić, a ja nie mogłem zasnąć aż do około czwartej rano, kiedy impreza tych osób się skończyła

- d67 (5/5): - Die Lage passt ganz gut, die U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist in 1 min zu erreichen. Das Bad ist nicht akzeptabel. Die Dichtungen an der Dusche lösen sich und sind schwarz vor Schimmel. Insgesamt hat alles seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Für den Preis nicht ok.

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr persönlich. Toll ist der alte Aufzug, der dem Haus eine sehr persönliche Note gibt. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig.

- Torsten Janine (6/5): - Vorab - es waren fast jeden Tag Angestellte vor Ort, die sehr nett waren. Das wurde vorab anders kommuniziert. Gut war außerdem die Erreichbarkeit der U-Bahn. Schlecht waren das durchgelegene Bett, fehlende ARD-Programme (+ sogenannte Dritte) in TV + Radio (letzteres im TV integriert) sowie die Enge im Bad. Die Straße ist lauter als eins denkt, daher ist ein Zimmer zum Hof empfehlenswert.
- Pino (6/5): Se non pretendete troppo, sceglietelo - Positivo per la posizione, a 50 metri fermata U7, vicino a strada con negozi e servizi. Apprezzabile la presenza del bollitore per l'acqua, consiglierei un distributore di acqua fresca. Letto accettabile, magari andrebbe reso disponibile un cuscino in più . Migliorabile lo stato dell'edificio in generale (soprattutto l'ascensore). La nostra camera ha la porta proprio dietro al portone di ingresso al piano, le due aperture vanno in contrasto e talvolta ciò ha intralciato il transito. Se volete un punto di appoggio per il vostro giro di Berlino, a un prezzo abbordabile e con una qualità accettabile, fa per voi.

I booked the hotel for a couple of nights...after that I rebooked it trough booking.com for extra two nights.In one moment some guy started to knock 10 o'clock in the morning(I went to bed really late)on my door and he told me,that l have to change my double room for another double room,cause this one was reserved for someone else...what?!Completely destroying my sleep...and even he had the audacity to tell me that I have half an hour to move,cause the check-out time is 10 o'clock and now is 10 o'clock.What check-out time biobot,I paid for another night???

- Jaana (6/5): - The surroundings were quiet, it was easy to reach diffrent places from the hotel.
- Kellogg (10/5): - This is an economical but agreeable hotel in an excellent position near Konstanzer Strasse. Very good value for money. The management is very friendly. No breakfast offered, but there are several nice cafés nearby.

- Gayle (6/5): - This hotel, I learned, was a favorite with Russian tourists before the wall fell. The architecture of the building is roch and fascinating. As a hotel, there is a lot to wish for. With proper vision, care, and improvement in key areas, it could really be a gem and still hit an affordable pricepoint. As it is now, it is a cheap place to stay in a great neighborhood and it close to the UBahn station and bus stops. It suited my needs.
