Le nom hotel n'est pas très approprié nous avons été surpris en arrivant. L'immeuble contients plusieurs appartements appelés "hotel". C'est une chambre avec salle bain privée, et nous déjeunions dans la chambre. Malgré cela nous avons passé un bon séjour.

• Yi (10/5): - The location is very convenient, quite and on the safe side of the Termini station. The room is clean, comfortable and practical. It has everything you need. The breakfast has ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries, coffee, tea and etc. The common room is equipmented with hot water kettle and a microwave oven. It has coffee, tea and fruits all the time. The host and lady are super friendly and accommodating. They allow store luggage before and after. We had great stay. I recommend it! Nothing

The location is perfect: 4 minutes from the station, yet it’s dark and quiet in the room - perfect for a good rest. Only 12 minutes walk to the Colloseo or 15 mins to Trevi fountain. Also close to the subway station - you can reach anything from the place. Breakfast is simple yet nourishing. It’s obvious the hosts are doing their best to make you comfortable. • Julianna (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Our stay was absolutely lovely! We were made to feel very welcome, and everything was clearly explained (keys, breakfast, etc.). Breakfast was a really nice surprise: simple, but just what you need! And the freshly made cappuccino was delicious. The location is excellent: very close to public transport (metro and buses), but also only about a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and Fontana di Trevi. We also loved the little extras in the fridge, like Coke-Cola and beer, such a thoughtful touch! We’d definitely recommend staying here. GRAZIE MILLE!!!! N/A

• Helen (10/5): Thank you massimo, we really enjoyed our stay. - Massimo and his wife give us a friendly welcome. The room was very clean and modern. It was very quiet. The breakfast was lovely. As we had a very late flight back massimo let us leave our luggage and we collected it later. Nothing, it was fabulous.

• HENG (9/5): Good location, good service with kettle and micro oven, comfortable - Near Terminiwin walking distance, lift to 2nd floor, owner are very nice. Room is little small, and bathroom no window but it equipped exhaust fan, in Roma, it is fairly good.

Also the woman who is one of the owners of the hostel behaved very rude to me. When I tried to use coffee machine I pulled the wrong point of it by accident and its cover opened. She came to me and started to shout in Italian. Although I tried to explain myself she didn’t stop although coffee machine wasn’t broken and there was no permanent damage or anything else. No hospitality, very rude behaviours, unsafe environment.

• Ana (9/5): Ótima estadia, recomendo - Tudo estão limpo. O quarta era grande e a casa de banho também muito limpa. O quarto era limpo todos os dias e as toalhas mudadas todos os dias. O estado do apartamento está top. O dono assim como a senhora eram muito simpático e sempre prontos para ajudar. A localização é excelente e seguro. Muito silencioso. O senhor sempre deixa fruta café e chá há disposição para toda a gente. Há microondas o que ajuda na preparação de comidas rápidas. O pequeno almoço è bom mas poderia ser melhor, achei que quase tudo era empacotado incluído croissants, pão, queijo…. Mas há variedade de bolinhos.

• Mette (10/5): Fantastic location and value for money. - Very close walking distance from Termini station, just 32 minutes on the fast train from Fiumicino airport. There is a lift to Roman Residence which is on the second floor. A warm and personal welcome upon arrival. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was spotless with drinks provided and replenished every day. It was really quiet. Breakfast was a good selection of items and a very large choice of teas. Correspondence with the owner, Massimo was really good, he responded swiftly to my enquiry. Roman Residence is an ideal location for sightseeing and there are many traditional Italian restaurants close by. Very good value for money. All was good, there was nothing we didn't like.

• Carin (9/5): Basic and good value accommodation - Breakfast was self serve and quite varied. Clean room, quiet area and close to train station. The area appeared safe when we walked around at night. The hotel is upstairs in a building that houses other hotel rooms. It was freezing. We did use the control that came with a heat and air conditioner unit but it was still freezing. Slept in our clothes with lots of blankets. We should have asked about the heating before the room manager left.
