Comodo e vicino sia a metro che funicolare , al centro storico, Piazza Dante, Spaccanapoli , Vomero , Via Toledo , Quartieri spagnoli..... Supermercato vicinissimo . Situato al 4^ piano di un edificio, ha una terrazza utilizzata dal Sig. Giulio per servire l'ottima colazione e che , inoltre, in modo discreto, fornisce consigli x gli spostamenti, le visite e come vedere nel migliore dei modi la città. Consigliatissimo!!!!! Nulla

A localização é ótima, tendo em conta que dista 3 minutos da Piazza Dante, que tem metro e está pertíssimo das atrações do centro histórico a pé. A ajuda do proprietário a reservar taxi para o aeroporto foi super eficiente. O pequeno almoço pode ser melhorado.

Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et très disponible. Les chambres sont assez spatieuses. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Pas de miroir dans certaines chambres ni de poubelle

Collocata a due passi dalla metro Dante e a poca distanza dalla funicolare per il Vomero. Collocata in un vialetto tranquillo e ben tenuto, stile vintage con stanze spaziose. Colazione buona in terrazza e gestore molto cordiale e disponibile. Nulla!

• Olivia (9/5): Make sure to take lots of 10 cents for the lift! - Very central and was close by to everything you would want to experience in Naples. Breakfast was pretty good, nice selection of pastries. Shower was good and beds were comfy. Hot tap only worked after running a hot shower.

• Kat (10/5): Naples holiday - This is a great place to stay in the heart of Naples near the Dante Metro. Clean and comfortable but what makes it outstanding is the host Giulio. He does his best to make your stay one to remember. Definitely recommend!
• Anne (8/5): Well situated to discover the historic centre of Naples - An excellent base for discovering the historic centre of Naples. Julio is an attentive host and gives good advice for getting around the city. The B&B is in the heart of a historic residential district and in a historic building, so you get a very authentic experience. Breakfast on the roof terrace is a really nice touch. Come with a stack of 10c coins for the lift! The only small issue was the low water pressure in the shower of the second bedroom for our party, and a slightly soft mattress in that room.
• Joshua (9/5): Superb - The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom facilities were decent, perfect for a short stay in the heart of Naples. The breakfast was plenty and tasty. The best part about our stay was the helpful and friendly host. Can’t fault how hospitable he was. Highly recommend this property. The stairs to the property on the 4th floor are steep and the lift is very small .

• Eric (10/5): WE LOVE THIS B&B AND KEEP COMMING BACK. - We have been here several times and keep on coming back. In the heart of Naples just off Piazza Dante. Loads of bars, restaurants and near the Metro. Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace and owner and staff very helpful if you have any problems.
• Slox78 (9/5): Superb - Very good location - nearby the Metro Dante stop, nearby a grocery store (100m), also atmospheric restaurants on the street via Port Alba. Great place for trips related to sightseeing in Naples. Traditional Italian breakfasts - croissants with various fillings, delicious coffee to choose from, water and juice served in jugs. The apartments are located on the 4th floor - to get there you can use the elevator (cost 10 cents). The owner was very helpful - we arrived very early around 8:00 AM and we could leave our luggage in the room. The paid elevator is a bit of a nuisance because you have to stock up on 10 cent coins - but you can also get there on foot, especially after a meal ;-)

The instructions for how to find the place and use all facilities were very clear, and we could leave our bags at the B&B after checking out for our last few hours in the city before travelling home.

• Eric (10/5): I LOVED MY STAY AT B&B SORIANO 44 IN NAPLES. - A beautiful b&b on a side street next to Piazza Dante. For 10 cents you can go up in a lift to the b&b which is on the top floor. The rooms are very clean with air conditioning and the internet. It as a lovely roof terrace for breakfast and the owner and staff are very helpful and pleasant. There is a supermarket at the end of the street. Across the road in Piazza Dante is the metro, bars and places to eat. Also nearby Pizza Bellini and the museum for Pompeii.

Nothing too much trouble Wonderful breakfast on the roof terrace. We have been welcomed here for the last 15 years by this family run b&b and will be returning next year.

• Silvia (8/5): Great stay in Naples - Great stay, we had a beautiful room, spacious and clean, with old and charming pieces of furniture. The structure is also very charming and authentic, in the historical centre of Naples. The location is strategic, and the host kind and helpful. The breakfast is nice on the terrace, but it would benefit from more care and attention for some details. Too much plastic/paper in the first place (plates and glasses). And one would expect some typical food offered, which is not the case, especially consistently with such a nice, authentic place in a gastronomic paradise as Naples.

It is dirty old and the furnitures are you are living in the 50s. When we said we don’t want to stay and explained the above reasons the owner of the property blocked our numbers. DO NOT STAY

Right in the heart of the old city on Napoli Very close the metro Dante. 3 mn from the hotel. 3 mn from the supermarket. 3 mn from restaurants. All is around this place. The air conditioning works very well in my room. This room number 6 is very quiet with view on the street. You have to consider that in this old part the streets are narrow. Because of that you have to use the curtain for privacy. This room is large The breakfast is good and served on the terrace. It is nice People in charge are helpful on the best way For me the bed and the pillows were not enough soft. For others it will be perfect We must paid 10 cents for use of the lift. This is the system in this building

There were steps to maneuver & - The location It was on the 4th floor of an old building accessed by a tiny elevator that cost money in both directions. The neighbourhood felt very safe. Giulio is a great host. I read another review that said the furntiture and decorations were a bit odd, but I think they really added to the charm of the place and gave it character.
• Blanka (10/5): It was perfect for a few nights stay! Thank you! - The host was very very kind, he recommended us places to visit, restaurants, gelateries, and gave us other useful information. The appartment was in the heart of Naples, in a cute, totally safe street. The room was very clean and comfortable for a few nights. The breakfast was mostly sweet like everywhere in Naples, and very delicious and totally enough to start the day. we could leave the baggages until the night after the check out. It’s not an “i didnt like” thing but useful: bring 10cents with you for the lift because the apprtment is in the 4th floor. The hot water came a little bit slowly, but it was also totally OK :)
• Michelle (10/5): Lovely, authentic B&B - We really wanted to experience Naples in the most authentic way possible and this quaint B&B provided exactly that. Situated just off Piazza Dante, yet so peaceful and quiet. The room was very spacious with large wardrobe and extra storage space. Everything was spotless and the room was cleaned every morning. The host was a lovely, kind gentleman who met us to check in after we arrived on a late flight and showed us were we were on a map of the area and the different places to go. Breakfast was served on the lovely roof terrace and included fruit, yogurt, different types of croissants, juice and a choice of hot drinks. Butter wasn't served but after asking for it, the host served both butter and cheese every morning after that. The location was excellent, we could walk pretty much everywhere, all the starting points for tours we had booked were within walking distance and Dante metro station was a two minute walk from the B&B. Montesanto station was also within walking distance for the funicular. Our flight home was late, but the host provided us somewhere to leave our luggage and also gave us a key to a bathroom on the terrace and organised our taxi to the airport. Our stay at B&B Soriano 44 was excellent and we would love to stay here again when we come back. We were happy with everything.
