• Grall (7/5): Viel besser als erwartet. - Sehr schlicht, aber sauber. Das Zimmer wurde offenbar vor kurzem renoviert. Das Zimmer hat eine Dusche und - anders als angekündigt - auch eine eigene Toilette. Das Bett war gut. Ein Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle standen zur Verfügung. Das türhohe Fenster geht auf einen winzigen, kahlen "Innenhof", darum kein Straßenlärm. Die Lage im 11. Arrondissement ist sehr gut: kaum 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Place Voltaire mit guter Anbindung an Metro und Busse. Gereinigt wurden das Zimmer und das Bad für die Dauer meines Aufenthalts nicht. (Aber das ist bei diesem Preis OK).

• MATIAS JESUS (10/5): Práctico, cómodo y limpio - Alojamiento bien ubicado, limpio y cómodo El único pero es que estábamos en una quinta planta y no tiene ascensor 😅 así que tenerlo en cuenta porque si tienen muchas maletas podría ser un problema

Habitaciones sin climatizar y además nos tocó en la 5° y última planta. Todo el edificio SIN ASCENSOR y las escaleras viejas, desiguales y estrechas. Las almohadas son bastante altas (no malas) pero duele el cuello de tenerlo tan alto. Los colchones aceptables.
• Charlyn (4/5): - En realidad la atención del personal era bastante buena, nos guardaron el equipaje hasta el check in. El edificio es demasiado demasiado viejo, debimos subir 4 pisos con maleta en mano, las escaleras de madera en mal estado, nosotros pagamos por baño y ducha en la habitación y el inodoro es un chiste no se puede cerrar la puerta por no te caben las rodillas, la ducha con puerta transparente dentro de la misma habitación, osea debe ser una habitación para pareja no para amigos, por lo menos habían baños compartidos afuera a la mitad de les escaleras de cada piso y así tuvimos que hacer ya que era imposible la privacidad en la habitación al bañarse o al utilizar el inodoro. Importante nunca hicieron como tal limpiaza, al segundo dia de estancia nos cambiaron los paños y recogieron la basura, eso es todo.
• marie ange (4/5): offre commerciale pour le prix de la chambre mais franchement çà ne vaut pas plus. m^me si le Person - l'équipement et la vétusté de l'ensemble glace cassée dans la chambre, drap housse troué, lunette wc, grilles d'aération bruit du frigo, bruit des grooms des portes qui claquent escalier dangereux, rampe d'escalier en piteux état... minimum dans les fournitures de linge et produit de toilette... beaucoup de bruits entre les étages et les chambres voisines...

La douche est face au lit pour l’intimité c’est horrible. L’eau était froide 0 eau chaude .Pas d’ascenseur. Nous avions booké avec ma pote pour être proche d’une soirée à Paris . Mais grosse déception sur la douche.

Sperate che non vi diano le camere al 5° piano perché non c'è l ascensore. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti e non ci mai fatto la pulizia della camera.

Arr. von Paris - sehr ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Bett, sehr hell durch gute Beleuchtung, Dusche/WC im Zimmer (ganz neu), Wasserkocher und Microwellenherd im Zimmer. gute Verkehrsanbindung (Metro-Station Voltaire und Buslinie), mit Metro nur ca 10 Minuten zum Gare du Nord und Gare de l Est; ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss zur Bastille (Ausgehviertel von Paris) kein Lift, kein TV, kein Trinkglas (obwohl Wasserkocher im Zimmer), leider kein Frühstück, bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt muss die Zimmerreinigung an der Rezeption angefordert werden. Keine Seife und kein Duschgel

• Axel (1/5): Cauchemar - Lors de mon arrivée, le réceptionniste m’informe qu’il n’y a plus de chambre disponible pour moi, mais qu’il a réservé une chambre à l’hôtel voisin, LPL hôtel. Lorsque j’arrive dans la chambre de cet hôtel, stupeur, odeur insupportable, le sol est si gras/sale que ça colle à chaque pas posé. Il n’y a pas de taie d’oreiller La salle de bain commune est dans un état lamentable En retournant à Hotel Richard, ma seule option est d’être remboursé et de partir. • Michael (9/5): Preis und Lage - Das Zimmer war für Paris sehr preiswert aber sauber. Das Bett war bequem und die Dusche heiß. Die Toilette war so klein, dass man sie nur bei geöffneter Tür benutzen könnte. Außerhalb des Zimmers ist alles etwas heruntergekommen.

• Yasmine (8/5): Clean and good location, but very basic amenities, and quite a bit of street noise. - The area was good, close to transport and a nice area to walk around. Everything was clean, and the reception staff were friendly. My room was next to the street, so there was noise at times from people walking around and talking outside. There was no shower gel or soap in the bathroom, just hand wash. There was a kettle, but no tea/coffee or mug with which to make myself a hot drink. The wifi was also not working, and the reception staff was unable to help me connect.

Présence d'une bouilloire et d'un frigo ( si on veut prendre un petit déjeuner). Attention, aucun gobelet, ni couvert. Manque d'intimité si on est 2 dans la chambre : les toilettes de la chambre ont une porte mais qu'on ne peut pas fermer car ils sont trop petits : nos pieds et genoux sont dans la chambre. Heureusement, il y a des toilettes sur le palier à chaque étage. Un détail : quand on est arrivé, on a dû faire notre lit.

• SEBASTIEN (2/5): Déplorable - Les services du personnel Une chambre en très mauvaise état et froide avec : Carrelage mural de salle de bain, énorme cloque d'humidité au mur derrière un papier paint industriel, odeur de renfermé et d'humidité dans les sanitaires, état déplorable de la cage d'escalier, pas de TV et le prix (122€ la nuit) !! 3e déception booking, à la prochaine je supprime mon compte pour aller vers la concurrence !
• Alexander (6/5): A decent budget option - The price of the room reflected what I got. The room itself was fine, if a bit updated in a slap-dash manner. They picked the best cheap options for everything, so you didn't NEED anything else. It is located near a good metro line and multiple bus routes. The hotel had a bit of flop-house feelings upon arrival. I did not actually have any issues, just seemed like it had been converted from a single room apartment style place into a mix of normal rooms and bathroom-less rooms a bit on the cheap. The internet was not working, and had not been for at least a week, and the staff was aware.

• Gilles (1/5): Catastrophique. A éviter absolument - À part la proximité du centre, il n'y a vraiment rien d'autre de positif à ajouter Un des pires hôtels que j'ai vu à travers le monde. Le lit n'était pas fait, pas de gel douche ni shampoing, la chambre n'était pas très propre, une porte était défoncée, la porte des toilettes ne se ferme pas, la douche était si petite qu'il m'était impossible de me laver la porte fermée, impossible également de fermer la porte des toilettes, les cintres étaient à 2.50 m de haut, les bruits dans les couloirs était tellement forts et fréquents que je n'ai pas pu dormir. Un enfer pour 136€ la nuit... J'étais dans la chambre n°4

Il faisait froid car la chauffage a du être coupé : les températures extérieures lors de notre séjour ayant beaucoup baissé le chauffage n’a pas été remis en fonction. Résultat pour dormir il a fallu demander une seconde couverture ( il n’y a pas de couette dans les lits : un drap et une couverture) et garder le pull ( la température devait être inférieure à 17 degrés ayant pour habitude de dormir dans une chambre non chauffée habituellement je ne crains normalement pas le frais dans une chambre ) . Sortir de la douche dans le froid n’est pas non plus très agréable.

• Anna (7/5): Проживання у цьому готелі і цьому номері мені сподобалися! - Якщо ви плануєте весь день гуляти по Парижу, а не перебувати в номері, то цей варіант оптимальний. Номер був маленький, але в ньому були комфортні ліжка, санвузол з душем, маленький холодильник, чайник, мікрохвильовка. В номері було чисто, постіль і рушники теж чисті, можна було включити або виключити опалення - дуже зручно регулювати температуру. Район теж непоганий, не дуже далеко від центру і від метро. Були дрібні несправності: неробочий фен (думаю, якщо звернутися на рецепшн можна було замінити, але ми цього не зробили), у санвузлу дверцята душу погано зачинялись, кнопка зливу унітазу весь час відпадала, в номері не було взагалі ніякого посуду, але ці дрібниці не зіпсували загального позитивного враження. Також у номері не дуже хороша шумоізоляція, але шумних компаній поряд не було.

• Romane (7/5): Fine for the prince in paris - Close to Gare du nord, for the price of 50€ a night in paris it’s ok The room wasn’t the most clean i found a couple of hair here and there, dust in some places, if you’re a light sleeper wear earplugs i was woken up multiple times by people closing their doors, the people next to my room felt like they we’re literally IN my room with how much i heard their voice.

• Michèle (7/5): Pour deux nuits, c'était correct, plus difficile si prolongation - Hôtel bien situé. lLa chambre donnant sur la rue était très calme, l'hôtel également. Les sanitaires étaient en excellent état ainsi que la robinetterie. Excellents éclairages. Petit déjeuner ( plus loin) Les lits n'étaient pas faits (draps et couverture posés dessus) Lits non faits et poubelle non vidée après la 1ère nuit Les wc étaient minuscules, et les cintres penderie placés à une hauteur impossible à atteindre pour des gens d'1,6m Pas de petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel, même s'ls proposaient de le prendre dans un café tout proche où il s'est révélé copieux et à un pirx dérisoire (6€)

• Thaller (7/5): - Ce n'est certes pas le confort d'un palace mais il faut savoir qu'au cœur de Paris, le tarif demandé était imbattable (45 € la nuit). de plus, le gérant a accepté de me surclasser, ce qui n'était pas prévu au départ. Donc a recommander pour les petits budgets qui n'accordent pas une place prépondérante au confort. Le dispositif de verrouillage de la fenêtre était cassé. Elle ne fermait pas correctement.

• Mouesca (4/5): Éviter l'hôtel CENTRAL BASTILLE - Suite à un problème technique au niveau de la chambre réservée, l'hôtel RICHARD s'est organisé et à pris en charge la réservation d'un autre hôtel à proximité. Je n'ai rien eu à faire. L'hôtel choisi " HOTEL CENTRAL BASTILLE" était soit disant de catégorie au dessus mais pas du tout. Je n'appelle pas ça un hôtel. Pas de hall d'accueil mais un simple couloir. La porte de la chambre se fermait difficilement et pas de lumière au palier. La chambre était minuscule, à peine la place autour. La Tv ne fonctionnait pas dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel. La salle d'eau était minuscule avec bouche d'aération très sale voir moisie. Mauvaise literie. Pas d'isolement entre les chambres. Je me suis réveillée plusieurs fois dans la nuit à cause des voisins de palier qui ouvraient leur porte. A fuir.

• A (7/5): Fijne locatie met veel eetgelegenheden - Schoon, netjes, prima bed, vlakbij de metro. Veel eetgelegenheden. Ontzettend gehorig. Sliep in kamer 43. Naast de weg op de begane grond. Je hoorde letterlijk alles. Van gesprekken tot aan de bus die om de zoveel tijd voor de deur stopt. Is een bushalte voor de deur. Bij inchecken gevraagd of het mogelijk was om van kamer te wisselen aan de andere kant van het gebouw. De (oudere) meneer zei dat er alleen maar kamers op de voorkant zijn. Ik kreeg 30 seconde tijd om te beslissen of ik naar de 3e verdieping wilde gaan zonder enige info over hoe het geluid daar is en/of ik de kamer had gezien. Dat voelde erg onprettig. Uiteindelijk besloten om te blijven waar ik zat, omdat het maar voor 1 nacht was.

• Mamadu (10/5): - We’re considering one of the biggest and most important cities in the world. It’s not easy to find something affordable and in good condition. At Hotel Richard, not only I was properly welcomed as the room fulfilled all of my needs, allowing me a place to stay while enjoying the city. Yes, indeed the room was a small one, but it had everything, from the toilet to the mini bar, establishing a perfect relation with the price paid and the location. People might find faults in the room, as nothing is perfect, but I can say that it was a very practical and pleasant experience as the room was more than enough for my needs. Mind that the staff was also very attentive and kind as I had reserved a room with shared bathroom and they provided me one with the shower and toilet included, which helped even more. Totally recommend!

• Dr. Harald (7/5): - Das Zimmer war klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage im 11. Arrondissement hat mir gut gefallen Die Treppenstufen sind z.T. beschädigt und sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Hat man den Weg durchs Treppenhaus hinter sich findet man ein sauberes Zimmer.
