• David (5/5): It was ok for the purpose of my stay. - Staff were pleasant & courteous. Only 10 minutes walk from Stonebridge Park train station. Location was good for me as I was attending the cup final at Wembley so just a half hour walk. Replenished the tea, coffee & milk which I had used (why is there 2 coffee sachets & two teabags but only 3 milk & 3 sugar sachets?) Took ages to check-in. I'm not sure if it was the computer programme or the operator that was the problem as there was a lot of keyboard operations & changing views on the monitor but got there in the end. I did not order breakfast at the time of booking however at check-in it was not mentioned & I was not asked if I would like to order breakfast. In fact there was no mention of any dining options. Wi-fi connection was not mentioned at check-in however I found the name & password in the room the following day. I was not aware of the bar until I asked later that evening at reception if there was one. The varnished shelf in the room felt sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned which gave a sense of uncleanliness. The carpets could do with a steam-clean. The light over the washbasin didn't work & emitted a loud buzzing noise. The tv reception was poor on some of the channels, making them impossible to watch.

• Angelica (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! FILTHY DIRTY SMELLY HOTEL! - Nothing! Stay away from this property! We was put in room 303 and this was dingy, the lights were dark. I went to use the bathroom for a shower, the bath tub had holes where it had rusted off in several places! The mirror was all marked and not usable. I went to speak to reception about the bath as my son wanted a bath after a few hours of travelling. They didn’t know what to do. We was then moved to room 304! This room wasn’t as dingy but smelt of smoke really bad. The hotel only has single glazed windows and this room is directly onto a main road! There were cars, motorbikes, ambulances every 30 seconds all night! At one point I had ear phones and a pillow over my head and I couldn’t sleep as the noise on the road was too loud! Then the next morning I went to have a shower And there was black hairs all up the wall. The basing of the shower was cracked and broken, then when I got in and tried to shut the shower door it does not shut! It was on a slant and off the rails! After getting dressed I went to speak to reception and they said they didn’t understand what I was explaining to them. I showed the pictures and they offered another room. I told them I didn’t want to stay another night due to how dirty and awful the hotel was. They said they can’t contact mangers as it’s a weekend and they work hard all week so they can’t do anything, I got given an email address to email. Because I wouldn’t leave they rang someone who agreed to refund me for Saturday night as I wouldn’t stay there due to the state of it. When I booked and uber to take us to premier inn he even commented on how bad it was and that no one stays there as it’s awful.

The location and the possible car park for free is a great extra. The bathroom was very outdated (took a long time get hot water going) and turning off the water was an actual struggle!!!! The desk/table in the room was sticky so not great to enjoy a cup of tea. Quite a noisy place (plus the alarm going off at 2am did not help).

Ein Tesco ganz Nahe am Hotel, auch Imbisse. 15 Minuten zur nächsten Bahn. Bushaltestelle gleich gegenüber. Ausstattung ist ins Alter gekommen. Könnte etwas renoviert werden. Aber für den Preis okay.

We phoned to ask what time the restaurant closed and we were told it was 24 hours, when we tried to order food to the room we were told the kitchen was closed which was frustrating, sink was clogged in the room

Bed was comfy Physical keys instead of a key card (I'd prefer a key card but didn't really mind the physical key) Windows are single glazing so being on the front of the building wasn't amazing as could hear some loud cars go by every now and then

The ransom hairs on my room where a little gross. If you look behind the bathroom door its clear they've never closed the door when cleaning. Like a giant black area.

Poor cleaning standards. - Friendliness and nice people working there The fact that I found a faeces inside the toilet in my hotel bathroom means a lot about this place cleaning standard. Sticky table, loads of dust everywhere. Nothing against the people who works there cuz they are very lovely but the standards must be higher, doesn’t matter how many stars the hotel has.
