• Hatice (1/5): Personel iletişimi çok kötü. Temiz değil. Beğenmedik - Sadece konumu güzeldi Personel biz yokken iznsiz odamıza girmesi çöp vs değiştirmesi bizi çok tedirgin etti. Çok kötü bi deneyim oldu. Konumu dışında hiç olumlu tarafı yok.

• Emine (2/5): Die Person an der Rezeption war sehr unhöflich und das Management ist schlecht. - Es war durchschnittlich in Bezug auf die Lage. Die Mitarbeiter waren überhaupt nicht freundlich. Ich hatte wegen der Check-in-Zeit Kontakt aufgenommen und meine Anfrage wurde bestätigt. Deshalb sind wir mit unserem Gepäck zum Hotel gekommen. Danach wurden wir jedoch sehr unfreundlich und respektlos wieder weggeschickt. Wenn meine Anfrage nicht akzeptiert worden wäre, wäre das kein Problem gewesen – dann wäre ich einfach zur angegebenen Zeit gekommen. Aber da sie bestätigt wurde, habe ich meinen ganzen Plan danach organisiert und musste deshalb unnötigerweise sehr viel laufen.

• Prof. Amitabha (5/5): The stay was just manageable. - Bathroom, though shared, is clean. The owner allowed me to keep my luggage for the whole day. The bathroom in the reception was clean. Before reaching the property from St. Louis station, I called the property several times, but he did not pick up the phone. Before going to Venice, I messaged the property about direction, but he did not answer. I had a tough time locating the property. The owner allotted me a room on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator. It was tough to reach the room during check-in. The washing machine in the common area was not functioning. The heater was not working in the room or toilet. The utensils kept in the common area were not clean. The electric kettle was dirty. Very few cups or utensils were kept. The room charge was very high compared to the facilities provided or the ambience of the place.

• Lorena (2/5): - La posizione ed il bagno in comune abbastanza pulito, ma solo appena arrivati. Camera sporchissima, dal pavimento, ai vetri, al lavandino in camera, alle tende grigie e con macchie. Strati di polvere ovunque. Un deumidificatore con tubi all'interno di un secchio in camera. Una finestra bloccata che impossibilitava l'apertura per chiudere gli scuri, quindi la luce dell'alba ci ha svegliate. Un solo bagno per 4 camere: poco. Una cucina con porta aperta impossibile da usare per la sporcizia: ma forse non era un servizio incluso. In questo caso sarebbe meglio chiudere la porta. Il tutto per una cifra spropositata. Ovviamente non tornerò mai più.

• Barbara (4/5): - o quarto tava cheio de mofo, era impossível respirar com as janelas fechadas. Quando eu abri, fomos quase carregadas por mosquitos, tive uma reação alérgica. A janela do banheiro (compartilhado) não fechava, e era bem em frente ao boxe. Muitas escadas pra subir. O anfitrião concordou com meu horário de check in mas não chegou a tempo do horário combinado, perdi um passeio que eu tinha no dia por causa disso. A recepção fede.

• Lea (1/5): Absolute Frechheit und nicht buchbar! - nichts! Es war äusserst schmutzig, es wurde wohl kaum geputzt. Viele Möbel waren kaputt. Toilette musste ich nachputzen, und die weiteren sanitären Anlagen waren eine Zumutung. Eine Frechheit überhaupt Geld dafür zu verlangen!

J’avais plus l’impression de loger dans une collocation que dans un hôtel, même si je n’ai croisé que très peu mes voisins de chambre. Les avis ne décrivaient pas réellement le logement.

• Valentina.Casu (5/5): Per carità. - Facilmente raggiungibile, buona posizione. La struttura risulta datata e necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione. La stanza, situata in mansarda, non offre un comfort adeguato: presenta un forte odore di chiuso e di polvere, e le condizioni generali appaiono fatiscenti. Il bagno è particolarmente deludente: la doccia non è paragonabile a quanto mostrato nelle foto, e lo scalda salviette si presenta arrugginito e non curato. Anche la porta d'ingresso della stanza lascia a desiderare, poiché scorrevole e priva di una chiusura efficace senza l'uso della chiave, risultando comunque non perfettamente ermetica. Nel complesso, il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

• Panagiotis (1/5): Πολύ κακή εμπειρία - Φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα στις 11 το βράδυ. Ήταν ένας ξένος στην υποδοχή που μίλαγε αγγλικά με δυσκολία. Μας είπαν ότι ήταν ο ιδιοκτήτης. Δεν ήξερε ούτε τα στοιχεία της κράτησης να καταχωρήσει και ζήτησε από εμένα να τα πληκτρολογήσω στον υπολογιστή του. Ήταν και λίγο μεθυσμένος. Αφού πληκτρολόγησα εγώ τα στοιχεία μας, μας πήγε στο δωμάτιο. Άρχισε να λέει κάτι περίεργα και είχαμε τρομάξει. Το κορυφαίο που μας είπε ήταν να μην κάνουμε μπάνιο πολύ ώρα γιατί τρέχουν τα νερά στο από κάτω δωμάτιο. Το κτήριο είναι πάρα πολύ παλιό και ετοιμόρροπο. Επίσης δεν είχε σαπούνι και αφρόλουτρο και η ζέστη δεν ήταν επαρκής.

• Somayyeh (5/5): Location was good and access to the city was easy - Location was very good and the staff was available. The room was old but clean and beautiful and historic. We were informed that the air conditioners were broken just a day before our arrival!!!🤔🧐, which was quite disappointing given the heat during the day. When we opened the windows to cool the room, there were many mosquitoes, and we were bitten throughout the night. The wind at night was also very noisy, which made it hard for us to sleep properly. While the kitchen was not part of the agreement, it could have been cleaner. There were no soap in the toilet.

• francesca (10/5): - La familiarità del luogo e del proprietario che sembra davvero una persona di famiglia, benché sembri un po' sbadato, è accogliente e ti aiuta con i bagagli, cosa non da tutti. La posizione e il prezzo vantaggioso sono i plus della struttura. Le zanzare sono un punto a sfavore, munirsi o farsi dare apparecchio elettrico o zampirone.

Je conseille fortement cet établissement, les chambres sont grandes confortables, même si la salle de bain et les WC sont partagées. Tout est très propre.
