I would not recommend the studio apartment on ground floor. the noise from the door buzzer was very disturbing, particularly in the late evenings and early mornings. we also had a really bad smell from the drain in our shower that was nauseating for the first part of our stay; the staff did come fix this the following day. The smart tv also gave a few issues, but i didn't come to florence to watch tv (it was more to help with noise). .

It was noisy early in the morning, we could hear the street cleaning truck and people turning on their motorbike but I suppose it would be quite tricky to soundproof the property. Secondary glazing would help but might look odd.

• Holly (9/5): Beautiful Palazzo - Beautiful, spacious, high ceilinged rooms, and wonderful remains of frescos. Great location a few minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. Helpful staff showed me the first aid kit in the amenity room after a minor cut. 24 hour amenity room to replenish tea, coffee etc. The bathplug didn't fit well, kept coming out during baths! The kitchen facilities were a bit limited, the dishwasher had some problem where the tablet didn't dissolve, and there was no plug to hand-wash dishes in the sink. Generally very well appointed. No information about recycling, and chatbot could not assist. Found local bottle banks ourselves.
• Simona sciarretta (5/5): Totale mancanza di presenza dell’assistenza dell’hotel - La colazione NON era inclusa nel soggiorno, la posizione era buona, i letti erano comodi, la casa era ben riscaldata, La cosa peggiore del soggiorno e’ stato interagire con un contatto whatsapp che NUMA aveva lasciato per eventuali problemi e rispondevano con delle frasi prestabilite da in computer, non hanno risolto i nostri problemi, la TV non funzionava con i canali pubblici italiani e non hanno inviato nessuno a configurarli, nel bagno principale la luce era bassissima, sembrava una catacomba, e non hanno fatto nulla per potenziare l’illuminazione. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato la tenda della camera da letto scucita (inviando anche foto) ma nessuno in quattro giorni e’ venuto a ripararla. Molti punti delle pareti sporche e con intonaco scorticato, le maniglie piccolissime e durissime, difficili da manovrare, in cucina mancavano le tazzine da caffe, non c’erano piatti fondi, mancava un bricco per riscaldare il latte, mancava una brocca per l’acqua, uno scolapiatti. Il terrazzino quando siamo arrivati era sporco con cacche di piccioni, ma dopo la mia segnalazione hanno inviato qualcuno a pulire. Nessuno mai e’ venuto a chiederci se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa, nonostante i miei reclami continui nella chat di riferimento. Un’altra cosa da segnalare e’ che quando ho prenotato apparivano le foto di un appartamento affrescato, molto piu’ grande, invece l’appartamento era carino ma di un livello molto piu’ basic. Inoltre una cosa che mi ha dato molto fastidio, la mattina della partenza alle 6 e’ arrivata una mail in inglese (altra cosa fastidiosissima poiche’ siamo in Italia e i clienti sono italiani) in cui ci dicevano che la stanza era cambiata con un livello superiore (allo stesso prezzo). Questo crea disorientamento nel cliente. La nostra esperienza e’ stata molto frustrante soprattutto pervla mancanza di una presenza del personale, che risolvesse i nostri problemi segnalati: canali TV e mancanza di luce nel bagno. Ho piu’ volte scritto sia nelle note di prenotazione che nella chat che avrei festeggiato il mio compleanno, non hanno lasciato nemmeno un fiore!

Era prevedibile perché ce sono solo 2 Abbiamo dovuto lasciare i nostri bagagli incustoditi. Dovrebbero aumentare la quantità dei locker visto che lo spazio c’è In più si accede ai piani superiori solo per le scale che sono tante e ripide.

• Annie (10/5): Old world charm meets modern day comfort and convenience. - Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, plenty of place to spread out as a family of 5. Access to the basement communal washer/dryer was nice. Didn't cook much while there but the kitchenette had what we needed for simple meals. We did not realize the address was within the ZTL and having a rental car, the kids and I had to walk the last 1km with all of our bags rather than hail a taxi while my husband took the car elsewhere.

Hablamos el primer dia para comentar que no encontrabamos los cubiertos que estaban en un cajón de una mesa en la entrada , pero la verdad es que sólo nos decian que si tenian y ya. Nos costó un poco encontrarlos. Y lo más importante es que ese primer dia la calefaccción apenas funcionaba y no salia agua caliente nos duchamos con agua fria y en las habitaciones hacia frio . Nos propusieron un descuento del 15% por las molestias , pero no lo hemos recibido ( ha pasado una semana)

У номері дуже чисто, затишно й продумано до найменших деталей: були вода, чай, кава, навіть беруші. Заселення зручне, господарі завжди на зв’язку та готові допомогти. Є всі зручності для комфортного відпочинку. Дуже рекомендуємо! Єдине невелике зауваження - не було столових приборів. У квартирі є все необхідне для приготування їжі: каструлі, сковорідки, черпаки, приправи й олії, але ножів, виделок і ложок не виявилося. Ми помітили це вже пізно ввечері, коли сіли святкувати день народження, тож вийшло трохи незручно. Я написала господарям, і вони одразу відреагували та запропонували принести прибори зранку - це було дуже приємно, хоча на той момент потреби вже не було.

Flat tv v kuchyni. Kuchyně zarizena vcetne lednice. V každé místnosti AC. S nikým nemusíte nic resit, vse pres jejich app Numa Je to poctivý starý (zrekonstruovany) dum, takze je vse slyšet z ulice. Naštěstí boční klidná ulice, nicmene každý, kdo projde po ulici, tak slyšíte.

But the fire alarm’s battery needed to be changed and the entire 4 days we were there it beeped and I communicated and they didn’t fix it. Other than that, it was great but you can imagine that constant beeping all night when you are super tired wasn’t ideal at all.

We reported it to the customer service and no actions were taken. She would also yell in the middle of the night and caused disturbances. The lack of action from the hotel is very disappointing.
• Varun (6/5): - Overall it is in a pretty nice area as everything is walkable. Biggest Con is that there is not lift and you have to carry your bags to 1st or 2nd floor. The luggage storage is limited to 3 bags hence if you have three bags no one else checking in on another day can store luggage. It says it is an apart hotel but no one available in person to assist you.

• Emanuela (2/5): - It is like a pull the straw game - if you are lucky you are lucky, if not you will sleep in a dungeon with locked windows and views not ‘on’ but ‘from’ the road. With windows that give on the road directly, you won’t be able to pull the curtains unless you want to give a show of yourself to the passers by. So the net effect is - the room is in the dark, day and night. They say the pics give the idea - they don’t - they say pics show clearly that there is a building right across the road. Find a building in Florence where there isn’t a building across the road. The groundfloor rooms are probably refurbished cellars and should have remained so. I spent hours texting to have a better room with some privacy - to no avail with one advisor who just worked to find all the impossibilities and all the luck with another advisor who could do all the first one could not. Overall not an experience and quite a headache. There is plenty of choice in Florence and this to me was not a good one.

• Sandra (10/5): Perfect apartment for a family of 5 with 2 teenagers. - Beautiful apartment, comfortable for a family of 5, clean and well maintained, thoughtful touches (water bottles, earplugs), iron & ironing board,, quality furnishings and decor. Well equipped kitchen, 2 and a half bathrooms. Great location. Loved everything.

• Shannon (10/5): - We had a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms that was perfect for a family of 5. The apartment was an old world vibe that was perfect for Florence. They even had a washing machine and dryer for guest to use in the basement. Extremely easy check-in! Everything you need to see in Florence is within walking distance.

• Ashley (10/5): - We absolutely loved this place—it felt so homey and was perfect for our family stay. The location is ideal, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. The old-world charm of the home is just lovely. It was great to have space to gather as a family, as well as room to spread out and enjoy a bit of privacy when needed.

• Kolera (9/5): Superb - The location was walking distance to many attractions, shopping, and food. We felt safe in the area and the building. The pin code entry was also very convenient. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Florence. There was only one washer and dryer for the building and the dryer did not dry our clothing. We had to hang dry.
• Michelle (10/5): - Our room was great for group or family with upstairs and downstairs sleeping and 2 bathrooms. Be careful on stairs though and if a light sleeper this is located in a neighborhood so you will hear the noise. Easy walk to fabulous local restaurant, bar and gelato plus easy walk to all the local tourist attractions without having to be in the tourist district. We lived our stay and would return.

• Wael (8/5): Very good - The first apartment we were given was on the second floor, which was quite challenging for my elderly parents. However, the management was extremely kind and accommodating, and they promptly moved us to a ground-floor apartment. The new apartment was perfect ,it comfortably fit the four of us. That said, while it does accommodate four people, it would definitely feel more spacious and comfortable for two.
• DANIEL (10/5): - Very nice and spacious property. Good ambience in the room. We were a family of 5 and all of us slept on a bed. We had two complete barhrooms. Clean and wakable to the iconic sites in Florence.
• Cynthia (10/5): - The stay was amazing! Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and a cute courtyard. Close to the sites and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
• Tami (6/5): - Location of the property was ideal. However, we had to go up several flights of stairs to get to the second floor with lots of luggage. If you choose this hotel, make sure you are aware that there is no elevator. Pack light the room was spacious, but very loud area. The hotel even supplies, earplugs.

• Leo (4/5): - Impossible if you need to be in contact with them, dealing with a Robot over WhatsApp until finally a human calls back, however they are not in Italy but somewhere else in the world trying to be helpful but have not got a clue

• Jennifer (10/5): - We loved the location in a wonderful neighborhood between Santo Spirito, the Pitti Palace, and Ponte Vecchio. It's close to many restaurants, cafes, gelaterias, and enotecas. Close enough to everything to be convenient and fun but far enough from the crowds for quiet. The little apartment is beautiful and clean with 2 baths, a tiny kitchen and eating area, and an upstairs sleeping loft with a comfortable bed and a great shower. (Probably the downstairs one is fine, too. We never tried it.). One caveat: watch your head upstairs. Low ceilings. We also loved the easy in and out by code lock. Thank you to the friendly cleaning staff!
