Il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e attento a ogni mia necessità, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più confortevole. Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla stazione di Roma Termini, comodissima per spostarsi. Consigliatissimo!

Ciasno , ale na jedną noc wystarczy Niestety okolica nie jest bezpieczna . Sama bałabym się wychodzić. Nawet we dwójkę nie czuliśmy się komfortowo. 2 dzieci spała na rozkładanym łóżku i było im bardzo niewygodnie.

• Daniel (5/5): - Problemless checkin available 1 hour before planned. Noisy and dangerous surround, mold on the bathroom's wall, uncomfortable mattresses. Doorbell was ringing always.

• Samuel (3/5): Bookings.com should review what they put up please. - It was closer proximity to the train station. The pictures online were misleading. Pictures had a kitchen and gas burners with oven but wasn’t working and I had to visit before I figured. The attendance on phone was very rude. Entrance of the building was always smelling with dirty and unpacked thrash. Towel was bad and pulling wools, apartment it was overused and old. There wasn’t even cups for coffee. Bedroom was small and you could hardly move around. Bedroom had no bathing soap. Elevator was not advanced, you sometimes have to go upstairs to bring the elevator downstairs. There wasn’t a place to iron. Walkway had no AC(sitting area). Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. It was just all shitty and a shitty experience. And it was freaking overpriced.

• Sonia (7/5): Everything ok - Everything was ok and we really enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately shower didn't work. ..so not hot water for those two days was a not good thing especially when we walked a lot and we couldn't refresh ourselves as we wanted.
• Vaibhav (1/5): Super Sketchy building and stay. COUPLES beware. - Nothing. Super sketchy building and rude guest house owner. Super Sketchy location and building. COUPLES BEWARE. We thought its an independent property but you get one room in a 3 bedroom apartment hence kitchen is shared with other two guests. We simply asked if anyone else is occupying other two rooms because of privacy concerns and this sarcastic asshole was rude and oversmart. Super old bad building. The business owner didn't let us check in on time because he wanted us to pay tourist tax upfront which is usually charged at checkout. We tried 4 different cards and it was failing with all. Even a guy would be scared living in this shithole. See the conversation below.

• pablo (3/5): No recomendable - El aire acondicionado y la TV, estaba al lado de la estación de tren y de los dos museos nacionales romano. En los alrededores había gente durmiendo en la calle, ratas en la entrada, dentro del portal 10 cubos de basura que olía mal. En el ascensor suciedad, en la habitación olía a comida araba del patio, ruidos nuevos inquilinos en horas de descanso. Está bastante lejos de los grandes monumentos. El primer día no tenías forma d entrar al portal, poca claridad y ayuda.

The kitchen has no cooking facilities so not suitable for families with kids who might need to prepare food. The check-in time is not even marginally flexible.

The kitchen was a bonus, and was equipped with different kitchen appliances that came in handy. The property was walking distance to many attractions. it was also walking distance to the train station Roma termini. There were many restaurants near by and other convenient stores. I would recommend and stay at this property again.

Staff were cooperative and responsive even at night. I had an accident in one of the rooms and they’ve immediately arranged me another room. There was no early check in. We had to wait until 3 pm. Toilets are tiny. Lift in the building is tiny.

Replies were super fast as well The sound isolation is not very good, hence if there are other tenants and they are loud, it can be clearly heard.

Its clear that only sheets are changed but matrass and matrass cover are not cleaned and extremely dirty. Mold in bathroom and shower. Very expensive for what you get, we were expecting much better considering the other positive reviews, but the hygiëne was very much below the standards of any other hotel and airbnb we have stayed at...

• Joana (8/5): Very good - The room was very comfortable and clean, they came to clean and tidy up every day. You also have a common kitchen and free coffee. The building where it is located it’s also very cool. They had the room ready before the check in time and allowed us to leave our stuff in the room as soon as we arrived. The host was lovely. The location is convenient if you want to get the trains but can be a little sketchy at night. But overall we were very pleased with the stay. This particular topic I’m about to mention it’s not something I didn’t like because everything worked out perfectly in the end. But I still need to mention it because I didn’t see anyone talk about this in the reviews and I think it’s important. The check in process made me a little nervous (I’m an extremely anxious person). Since this is a guest house, they don’t have a reception. You can expect that the host will contact you through whatsapp to get everything organized. Prior to our arrival the host sent us a link to fill our personal details, a link to pay for our stay and requested that we sent a photo of our ids. This for me was very unusual and I couldn’t help but worry it might be a scam. But of course it wasn’t and everything worked out great and again - the host was lovely and help us through the whole process. I hope this review helps someone that may get worried about this as well. You can trust it.
