- Atilla (10/5): Maravilhoso! - A localização é excelente.

- Style (10/5): Armonia is centrally located in Rome where it's ultra close to Termini & all the sites - There were no breakfast for my deal. However, since we are in low season, we got an upgrade to the suite, which was unexpected. The suite is quite nice & roomy. There's no view outside the window, even though we are facing the street. We ran out of toilet paper 🧻 in the 2nd day, as there were no more spare other than the 1 that was there, which we already used. Since there is no 24h staff like with other bigger hotels they should have given more. The lift is a bit clunky to operate, even though it's automatic. At times, we would stopped at our floor but the lift is not aligned with the floor & thus the gate won't open. It was still a bit difficult for me to operate even though I've operated 1 like this manually as a child in my grandma's garment factory back in NYC.
- Morosi (10/5): La struttura è ormai una certezza per me e il mio compagno. Quando possiamo andiamo all’opera e un soggiorno così non ci -
- Annabel (7/5): -
- Jason (10/5): - I was confused when I first arrived about what floor to go to for the entrance.
- Tilly (10/5): - Thank you for such a great stay. Lovely staff & room was perfect location.
- Devonna (10/5): - The location was a quick walk to the train terminal for our one night back in Rome. It was quiet and clean and the ease of check in and check out were a breeze. We loved that there was an elevator as it was the end of our two and half week stay in Italy and did plenty of walking and stairs. Paolo was very accommodating with holding our luggage until we were ready to head to train station.
- Rupinder kaur (10/5): - We had a lovely stay at this authentic Roman accommodation. The room was beautiful and clean with Air conditioning. As well as a grand staircase there was an amazing antique lift that we used to reach our floor .The location was perfect, with many of the attractions and some wonderful restaurants all in walking distance . We were moments away from Termini station and shops.
We felt very well looked after by Paolo,Sonia and Russell and highly recommend this accommodation and we can’t wait to visit again!
- donatella (9/5): -
- Caryuly (10/5): - The location was great, close to the train station, excellent restaurants, nightlife, and more. Communication with the host was great, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.
- Paula (8/5): - The Pinoy man in charge of the property was extremely nice and helpful, the elevator is like part of an old movie
- Christine (10/5): - Great location to everything. Easy walk from train station. Easy to get in contact with staff. Highly recommend!
- Karen (10/5): - We were really pleased with this place. Paolo was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions. Location was perfect only a couple of blocks from the main train station, and walkable to other attractions as well.
Street was fairly quiet but with restaurant and caffe options nearby.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
If we return to Rome we would definitely stay there again!
- Bruna (10/5): Perfeito - Quarto enorme, com tudo o que precisa ter. Tudo maravilhoso
- Steve (10/5): - Beautiful place, spotless, great communication from the host.
- Marco (10/5): - Service was EXTREMELY good! Vote is easy to find and in a very convenient location. Really enjoyed our stay here!
- Lidia (10/5): - This was such a great place to stay, not right in all the crazy business but still very walkable to so many locations and public transport. The room was clean, had a great air conditioner and the elevator made it easy with our luggage! Would stay again :)
- Dennis Paul (10/5): - Great location. Beautiful room. Russell was very helpful and engaging. And Paolo, the manager/owner was immediately on site for any problem. This was my second stay at Armonia and even better than the first time.
- Steve (8/5): - Great location for use of the train system. You can bus into main areas easily. The room was beautiful traditional style and very spacious. Recommended
- John (10/5): - Owners and staff are friendly and easy to contact for quick questions. Room was clean, air conditioning saved our lives on the 95F/35C days. Location was a few minutes from multiple metros, making trips to the Vatican (for example) very easy.
- Michael (10/5): - This hotel is the best mix of a great location, easy check-in, and warm local hospitality. It feels like a home! Would definitely stay here again!
- Jill (8/5): - This guest house is conveniently located in Rome. It is across from the opera house. The room was comfortable for the most part… the air conditioning could definitely have been colder, but it was exceptionally hot outside. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price.
- ANNA (10/5): - Amazing stuff! Beautiful room!
- Annie (8/5): - The room was clean and services was great. Shower water temperature changed constantly. Hair dryer definitely needed upgrades.
- Mariela (10/5): - Great hotel and hosts.
- Munro (7/5): We stayed in Rome 2 nights prior to boarding a cruise and a further 2 days postcruise.s - Great location for sightseeing and train station.Paulo was very helpful on both occasions re access to property and for storing our luggage the next day. Entrance hallway and stairs/lift were clean and authentic. Clean apartment and comfortable bed. Newer bedding. The bedroom and bathroom both need upgrading which resulted in the decision that it was not value for money. We stayed in superior hotel another night, for a more competitive price
- Gordon (9/5): Very good location and exceptional hosts -
- Melanie (8/5): - Great room, shower great manager of rooms fyi he is not on site all day but contactable. I arranged time of arrival he let me in and stayed one night . He arranged private taxi to airport early , glad I did Mercedes well worth it for early flight on time . Elevator not working when I left
- Kwan Yee (10/5): - Good location (walkable to termini (direct train to airport); downstair has restaurants, mini supermarkets and opposite has supermarket), safety.
Easy check in and check out (offer free luggage storage) that suit our time.
Friendly and prompt reply from staff.
Comfortable with air conditioning during this summer time.
Great experience and worth to come back and stay this hotel again.
- Ailsa (8/5): - Good location close to main railway station and within walking distance of main sights of Rome. Easy access to property for check-in and Paulo was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage the next morning until we caught our bus to the airport.
The apartment was lovely and bed comfortable but the room and bathroom needed updating.
- Elizabeth (10/5): We'll come back & highly recommend. The old elevator was the coolest! Great service & communication! - We ate a little cafe a block away (Cafe Washington) There was nothing at all that we did not like. Love love love the place and Paolo and Russell were tremendously helpful, kind and A++++++
- Paul (10/5): - It was a pleasure to stay at Armonia All’Opera, lovely comfortable rooms, daily cleaning, mini bar, safe, very clear instructions for arrival, friendly. Overall we have a very comfortable and enjoyable trip. We hope to return in the future.
- Manuel (10/5): - Paolo and his sister were very nice. also thanks to Russel for helping us what places to visit and keeping the room clean!
- Mark Edward (8/5): - When we arrived, we didn’t realize there was an elevator. No one was there. We climbed four long flights of stairs and got in. And then found the elevator!
It’s really like renting a room and being given a key and figuring it out.
We are athletic in our 60s with all our luggage, the room was lovely and we found coffee and walked 9 miles a day.
- Brian (10/5): - Had a great experience here; it was a quiet, simple but nice room that was convenient for us to access the historical center of Rome. It's an easy walk to the train station, and a decent walk to the Colosseum or to the Pantheon. The staff person on site was helpful and nice. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor of the building, so you'll need to use an elevator or climb many stairs.
- ZITA (10/5): - Great location near Termini. Very clean and comfortable.
- Michelle (10/5): - We stayed here for just one night but would have happily stayed for longer. The apartment was very comfortable and we slept very well. Located well for Rome Termini and easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Host was super helpful and offered the option to look after our luggage when we checked out as we couldn’t check into our next accommodation until the afternoon.
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- deborah (8/5): - Our room was small and had a tiny shower but was adequate for a short stay. The location is very convenient to attractions, dining and Roma Termini station. Russell, the manager, was very helpful. The restaurant next door, La Matriciana was wonderful.
- Angelic (8/5): - Russell is the best! Helpful with all our needs and queries. However we had minor suggestions as to upgrade with clothes hangers and availability of water in the fridge. But overall it’s clean and convenient location. I will use this hotel again.
- Todd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (10/5): - Fabulous stay at this amazing accommodation, did not disappoint.
From checking in to departure not a fault to be had.
Great eateries in the area and loved the cocktail bar across the road.
Highly recommend for your trip to Rome.
- Helen (9/5): Excellent base for 4 days sightseeing. - Ideal location - very convenient for public transport links, the opera house and walking distance to the main sights. Nice quiet area with good local restaurants. Not a hotel as such, more of a flat with a set of en suite bedrooms off a corridor. Very friendly and helpful owner.
- Alan John (10/5): - We have had a great 5 day break at Armenia all Opera. We had a large room, with a good bed and a clean bathroom. The hotel was well situated and a 5 minute walk from Termini station. There are many lovely restaurants right on the doorstep.
- David (10/5): Great place; we will return - Friendly staff, great location, clean and confortable The elevador
- John (8/5): Perfect overnight place to stay.across the street from the Opera House - Exceptionally clean. Check in was easy but be advised there is no lobby or front desk. Contact with manager was easy via phone. Nice large room which is a bit unusual for the city. Good restaurants nearby. Nothing. Loved the old school elevator in the building!
- Paul (9/5): Great place to stay - we will be back - Great location, perfect for exploring Rome and the surrounding cities the main door is quite noisy so we did hear other guests leaving early
- Ionut (10/5): Extremly pleasent - The location was amazing it was close to city center and it was close to a subway station and bus station. It was really pleasent to have everything you need so close to you. The staff helped us with everything we needed and the host Paolo offered us helpfull tips of how to get to Vatican. We thank him and his staff for our first trip in Rome a trip that was amazing because of this location.
- Courtney (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Near so many amenities.
- Jesse (8/5): Very good -
- Dan (8/5): Close to train station. - This location is very close to Roma Termini train station so easy to walk to. There is no front desk and is part of a larger building with other businesses, so you don’t have an actual person there to meet you , however they sent great communication to get in the building and answered the call button immediately at the front door. It was fine for one night. Nothing special.
- Natasa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlotte (10/5): This room was beautiful, its location was great, and staff was very nice. - The location was great, especially for the price. We were able to walk Rome in a day from this location! Our room was beautiful and very large, which was unexpected and lovely. With our check-in and check-out times, we never got to meet staff in person, but they had a seamless check-in service through Whatsapp (with very detailed pictures to make sure you navigated their building properly) and were quick to respond to us whenever we wrote! They booked an early morning, flat-rate car service for us to the FCO airport, which was there promptly when we needed it for pick up (but was cash only). The bed was quite squeaky. The noise bleed between rooms or outside was not bad unless other guests got loud in the hallway (though this was mediated by playing some white noise). We checked out very early so were not able to pay our city tax by card, but had to leave cash which was a little annoying to get the proper amount for (only because the tax wound up not being an easy-to-dispense-from-the-ATM number). But that wasn't so hard!
- Dennis Paul (10/5): - I loved the antique elevator.
- Michelle (10/5): - Very clean property located on the fourth floor of a building, located close to Rome Termini. Well organized and spotless.
- Sheri (10/5): - Excellent staff and convenient location
- Andrew (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay here!! Emmy wife and I flew into Rome and used their airport transfer which was easy, safe and essentially the same price as a taxi or cheaper. The room was spacious, clean and in a fantastic location, walkable to everything you would want to see. We do like walking a lot so for us even walking almost an hour to the Vatican City was not a problem. Other historical sites are only 20 minutes walking distance. We like staying far enough from the tourist sites since the food is better a little ways away from the tourist sites. Just a reminder this is more like an air bnb experience with no formal reception. As long as you are aware of that, your experience will be great! Paulo and Sonia are very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay in Rome!
- Ann (9/5): Superb - Big room in a great location. I was slightly confused about accessing our room asI thought it was going to be a hotel. However, access was very easy as Paolo was very accessible by phone.
- Amanada (10/5): - The concierge was so helpful with directions and booking us transportation to the airport. Easy walk to the Metro and train station.
- Kimberly (8/5): Great location for a clean stay. - The hotel is located near the main train station and near some very good restaurants. Our best meal of the trip was right next door.
- Gayle (8/5): - We had a lovely stay at the Armonia. It was in a brilliant location for walking to lots of the main sites or catching the metro which was super easy. There were a range of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were really helpful when there and the room was spacious and spotless. We’d definitely stay there again
- Farinaz (8/5): - Small boutique hotel near the roma centrale train station. It's clean and cozy, walkable to many attractions.
- Sharon (10/5): - Amazing customer service and communications from Paolo and Russell. Very convenient to the train station and Metro. Walking distance to many sites, shopping and restaurants. Nice size rooms and bathrooms with an Italian decor. Safe and private. Highly recommend.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Jerome (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet
- David (10/5): - Amazing
- Milan (10/5): - Everything perfect!!!
- Patricia (8/5): - One night but really good! Rooms are big! Which is something you rarely get in Rome
- Fahim (10/5): - Great place to stay in the Rome area! Walkable to most tourist areas
- TING YI (10/5): - Staff was very friendly. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. Walking distance to Roma termini and all major tourist attractions
- Shayan (10/5): - Amazing property hosts were very friendly, very helpful and a joy to see and speak with daily! Area has everything and is in walking distance of all the sites. Highly recommended and will gladly be back!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely stay at Armonia All’Opera - The suite we booked was spacious and welcoming, much to our delight. The check-in process had clear directions and Paolo made it easy. The room was very clean, had good AC, and the bathroom was big.
Our only qualm was that the fan in the bathroom was very loud.
- Matias (8/5): More of an Air B&B than a hotel - Nice to stay for 2 nights only, not. Quite a hotel as there is no reception, however great communication getting access. We arrived at 10:00pm and had no issues getting in. The room is basic with no iron, ironing board, no spoons even, and don’t even think about making an instant coffee in the morning as Italians don’t do instant coffee. Nice central location to restaurants and transport. The lift is historic and fun to ride as you don’t know if it’s going to stop halfway , great value for money and would recommend for short stays in Rome.
- Alain (10/5): - Very quiet, comfortable and excellent location. Also very safe and secure. Very good hosts and staff. We highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed 6 nights. -:)
- Colin (10/5): - Well located close to the train station and still nice and quiet, away from the more touristy areas. Had some very good restaurants nearby. Loved staying here and would return if back in Rome.
- Naina (10/5): Excellent ! - Prime location, easy to walk to places including the train station. Lots of restaurant options around abs right opposite to the Opera house !
Secured with multiple code locked doors. And a very ancient style lift that adds to the charm of the place. The flat is always clean and well maintained by the staff. The host is very warm and helpful. The listing on bookings.com needs to clearly specify that this is a flat with separate rooms on the 4th floor of the building. It’s more like a B&B / home stay and not a hotel.
- Paula (10/5): - Everything was just perfect and the host was so accommodating and replied instantly
- Jenna (10/5): - The proprietor, Paolo, was great at communicating how to get into the hotel with the codes provided. Although check-in is much different than it is at most American hotels, it was seamless. Paolo was available by phone and super helpful and knowledgeable about the city. This property is a 5 minute walk to the central train station, and convenient to the major tourist sites of Rome. The hotel itself is SO charming. It is on the fourth floor of a city building, and there are five rooms total. The hotel facilities are pristine- I did not see a speck of dust anywhere in the hallway or the room. All of it is very well-kept. The furniture is tasteful, and the walls are clean and freshly painted. The highlight of the room was the interior shutters on the windows, which provided a dark, restful night of sleep!
- Egle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elisete (10/5): Happy staying in Rome - Everything is good nothing to complain
- Heather (10/5): - Excellent communication from Paolo. Very helpful to be near the train station. Comfortable room with nice amenities.
- Emily (8/5): - No staff present but check in was easy. Basic room and bathroom.
- Dilya (10/5): - Armonia is a fantactic place to stay when in Rome - it's conveniently located in the center of evertyhing, it's super close to the Train Station, and it's most importantly very clean and well-maintained.
The room ws very comfortable, very clean, and we felt nice and cozy the whole time we were staying there.
It is more of a boutique hotel and not very easy to find just walking on the street (maybe it was just us) so my recommendation would be to ask for very specific directions from the host in advance. Otherwise it took us good 30 mins to find the actual place once we got there.
- Adrianne (10/5): - I chose this property from many others because the reviews were very positive about the helpful staff. They did not disappoint. As much or as little help as I needed, first hand suggestions about best places to shop and visit. Down side... Very minimal kitchen items. Paper cups no spoons, shampoo no conditioner. I would stay here again.
- Douglas (10/5): - Difficult to find reception on 4th floor of lobby used by other hotels and businesses but very nice place.
- Michael Ann (10/5): - was great place to stay!
- Kathleen (10/5): - Very nice, owner was nice, helpful, and communicated the check in process everything leading up to our arrival well. Would stay there again. Very clean.
- Junghee (10/5): - Good walking distance to everything and very clean
- franco (10/5): - Paolo was great. He gave us suggestions of things to see. Told us we should use the Metro and save steps. This place is close to the metro, train station and most sights. The place was a nice boutique hotel. Very quiet never heard anyone around us and also clean. Had a very nice conversation with Russell as well.We will be back! Ann/Franco
- Stephen (10/5): - Hotel was clean and quit. Paolo arranged a driver to take us to the airport at a fairly early hour, and it worked out very well.
- sue (10/5): - Paolo and staff were most helpful in all ways; suggesting restaurants to how to get to where you wish to go. Place was immaculate and very simply but attractively decorated.
- Marie (6/5): - Clean and comfortable but wonky elevator
- Iris (9/5): Superb -
- David (10/5): - Reasonable prices, very quiet and clean rooms.Conveniently
located across from the Rome opera house.
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pascal (10/5): Early arrival. The room was ready at 11am. - Old style Roman typical charming building. Minutes from Termini train station Nothing
- Özge (9/5): Superb - Easy check-in, attentive staff, comfortable and spacious room It took us much longer than advertised to reach the apartment from Termini station. Guests would need to estimate more time from the station.
