• Difenbacker (9/5): Bardzo czysto, blisko. - Bardzo blisko Watykanu, bardzo czyściutko. Wszędzie blisko, do Watykanu dosłownie 5minut. Jeżeli ktoś ma wątpliwości co do tego apartamentu.... proszę się nie martwić .... Problem mieliśmy przez moment z ciepła wodą ale szybko został rozwiązany. Można samodzielnie się zameldować, właściciel pozwala na nocny przyjazd. Dodatkowo mozna zostawić bagaż w apartamencie w przypadku późnego wyjazdu. Piękna winda w budynku. Gorąco polecam.

Camera nu era aerisită și plapuma de pe patul părinților avea un miros neplăcut. Cănile de ciai erau nespălate ☹️, așa ceva nu am întâlnit nici o dată. Wi-Fi foarte slab. Camera a fost prea mică pentru patru persoane. Data viitoare vom merge la un hotel cu siguranță.

• Tara (10/5): Amazing location, safe, clean. - The location was amazing, excellent, couldn't ask for better. 5 minute walk from the Vatican which was our entire purpose for going on this trip. 55 min walk to the colosseum. On route to our walk to the colosseum we stopped at the trevi fountain, the pantheon and a few forums. The sights in Rome are amazing. Walking was an excellent choice. Il Passetto is very central and there was a brilliant restaurant beside us, 1 minute walk, and many more around us. Don't have anything that I did not like. The only thing ever caused me concern was when I first entered the building, the entrance looked a little shabby, but we went up the stairs and our room was brilliant, clean, felt safe and secure. Cleaned every day to perfection.

• Licia (3/5): - La colazione non c'era Dopo due giorni gli asciugamani erano bagnati e quindi puzzolenti perché il bagno, come la stanza, erano privi di riscaldamento, li ho lasciati a terra perché venissero cambiati, li hanno raccolti e rimessi negli appositi spazi. Alle mie richieste è stato risposto che non sono un albergo a 5 stelle. Neppure la richiesta di un ulteriore coperta perché era freddo è stata esaudita, mi hanno detto di usare il clima già predisposto. Peccato che dopo 10 minuti dall'accensione abbiamo dovuto spegnere perché si era trasformato in un treno a vapore!

Buena atención. Para personas grandes como nosotros, las camas eran un poco duras. Habría que mejorar colchones.

• Dandara (10/5): MARAVILHOSO - A estadia no Il Passetto foi simplesmente encantadora. Fiquei cerca de 10 dias com minha mãe e saímos já com vontade de voltar, principalmente pelo atendimento absolutamente maravilhoso que recebemos. O grande destaque, sem dúvida, foi a hospitalidade. A senhora Dorina e a Jessica foram extraordinárias: sempre gentis, atenciosas e prontas para ajudar em tudo desde o primeiro dia de viagem até o último. O quarto que ficamos era excelente: espaçoso, bem iluminado, muito confortável, com ótimo chuveiro, ar-condicionado eficiente, cafeteira, chaleira e todos os itens necessários, além de limpeza diária impecável e toalhas sempre renovadas. A localização e a segurança também foram pontos cruciais e nos deram total tranquilidade de deixar muitas malas e pertences pessoais dentro do quarto. Mas o que realmente tornou essa experiência inesquecível foi o cuidado que recebemos. Dorina e Jessica foram muito além do que seria obrigação delas, demonstrando uma gentileza rara de se encontrar hoje em dia. Espero retornar muito em breve e indico o Il Passetto para todos os meus amigos e família. Maravilhoso!!

Tuvimos que pedir que revisarán la instalación porque el agua salía fría en el lavabo y un día tuvimos que ducharnos con agua helada. Después es cierto que lo arreglaron, pero tardaba bastante en salir caliente

La personne qui gère l'hébergement est très agréable et de bons conseils pour les restaurants. J'avais réservé une chambre avec un grand lit et un lit simple et je me suis retrouvée avec un grand lit et un LIT D'APPOINT (pas très confortable) et la chambre était plus petit et moins confortable que celle qui était prévue à ma réservation.

My husband like il passetto so much, because it is very easy to access, the restaurants just outside the entrance, I myself was so surprised seeing the antique lift/elevator. And the staff was very nice and friendly. Near the Basilica of St Peter's, bus and taxi stops. And we have decided to stay at here again when we visit Rome.

• Lodewijk (10/5): A quiet spot in a very busy part of the city. - There was no breakfast. The room was nice and a beautiful design. Very quiet and easy to rest and sleep. Clean bathroom. Closeness to the Vatican. The vintage elevator was special. There was only someone at the lobby until about noon. Access in the afternoon or evening was not so easy.
• BUTCH (8/5): A place to stay in the Vatican City - Close to St Peter Basilica and very walkable. Multiple Bus Stops close by to take you to and from special interest places. Restaurants are multiple around the area including grocery stores. Very quiet place. The inside of the B & B is clean and has good ventilation including our room. Newly renovated inside. The building is very old, the cleaning in the building entrance and common access is not well maintained. It has musty, dusty and unpleasant smell. The elevator is really old but it is working.

A localização é excelente. Me faltou só sabonete em barra, shampoo e condicionador separados. Mas não me fez falta, resolvi da minha forma.

• Ludy (9/5): Il Passeto was the perfect location, it being in the center of activities. - A very good central location - it's halfway to the Vatican and halfway to the subway. Also, there's a lot of eating places and sourvenir shops around. there was no breakfast and the coffee provided was too strong for my taste. Also, it would have been nice if there was a microwave.

• Lilian (8/5): - - Localização: A localização é excelente, ao lado do Vaticano, do metrô e de várias atrações turísticas que podem ser visitadas a pé, como o Castel Sant'Angelo, a Piazza Navona e o Panteão. Além disso, a área tem bons restaurantes, supermercados e comércio por perto. - Comodidades do quarto: O quarto é agradável e oferece comodidades úteis, como máquina de café, televisão e banho quente. O isolamento acústico também é bom, pois quase não se ouve barulho de fora. - Limpeza: A limpeza do quarto era realizada diariamente, com reposição de cápsulas de café e papel higiênico. - Problema com a chave: a chave que dá acesso ao Il Passetto não funcionava e fiquei cerca de 20 minutos a tentar entrar, o que gerou muita frustração pois estava com minha mãe idosa e minha filha de 11 anos, que estavam muito cansadas de uma viagem de 4 horas. A chave precisa ser trocada para que outros hóspedes não tenham este problema. - Tampo da sanita: O tampo da sanita também precisa ser substituído uma vez que está todo amarelado, com marcas de uso por outras pessoas (😨). - Frigorífico: O frigorífico não refr igera bem mesmo colocando o termostato no máximo de funcionamento.

• Person (7/5): Location not all... - Amazing location. The balcony was a plus. My daughter enjoyed the old elevator. The room was tiny and felt more like a hostel. It was antiseptic or clinical, and impersonal. It lacked warmth. While the room was clean, an odor came from the bathroom sink.
