The coffee and cookies at the reception were fabulous and the staff member at our check in was so very nice! I loved all the live plants located in our space and throughout the building. Found additional pillows but couldn’t find covers for them. The plant on our kitchen table had little bugs.

The kitchen was a bit under-equipped for us. - The location is great, totally in the old town, 200 m from Charles Bridge, everything is close, except if you want to go shopping. BILLA, Tesco are at least 20 minutes away. The staff is nice, and there's free coffee, tea, soft drinks, and cookies at the reception all the time. There was none of this (It's a small thing that the balcony handle stayed in our hands the first time we touched it.)

- Emuna (9/5): Spacious apartment in Prague Center - Location is perfect, the staff is very service oriented and responsive. The apartment is not new but feels very well cared of and clean. The design is practical. King bed matresses were too soft for us, the wooden floor is a bit squeaky in the bedrooms and living room. The bathtub is very high to come in and out and there is one run of stairs before you get to the elevator.

- Caroline (10/5): Bright and Roomy Apartment in Charming building with beautiful views and great location! - The apartment was very well located, and I LOVED the bright light and beautiful rooftop views. It was such a big space with great facilities, that I was sorry we were only there for one night. It would be a wonderful home for a week or more! The ladies in reception were so helpful and we got the rooms early, which we appreciated after traveling overnight. There were steps upon entry to the building to get to the elevator that we were advised were not wheel-chair accessible, but that should be noted. There were 2 comfy beds an 3 futons, but no comfy place to sit and just stare out the windows. The only chairs were dining chairs, straight-backed and hard. 2 or 3 club chairs would have been perfection!

Tuvimos un retraso en la hora de llegada de nuestro vuelo y nos solucionaron muy eficientemente el problema de hacer el check in de madrugada. La limpieza también muy bien. Y a nosotros nos toco un apartamento que daba al lateral del edificio y no tuvimos problemas con los ruidos. La cocina debería de estar mejor equipada, personalmente yo añadiría una tostadora y cafetera y más trapos. Las cortinas deberían de poner unas que bloqueasen más la luz.

Había escalones para acceder a la habitación. El personal de recepción muy poco amable me pidieron verificar la tarjeta de crédito 3 veces. Parking y desayuno muy caro.
- Vivian (9/5): Not a nice studio but ended up in an amazing suite. - Original room was a studio at the back of property. This was very small and very noisy so for 2 nights we had no sleep. Room 3D. After speaking to the amazing girls on reception and with a upgrade fee we were moved to a two bedroom suite with a balcony over looking the main square. The suite was masive and so lovely. I am a frequent visitor to prague and this has been by far the best i have stayed in. Defo worth the upgrade fee. The location was amazing just minutes from charles Bridge and old town. Would love to stay in the 2 bedroom suite again The balcony was fab for people watching while enjoying a Czech beer 😀 Our original room 3D was small, bed was like a trampoline and had to request more pillows. We did not get any sleep due to the bed and we could not open the windows as it was so noisy, people constantly filling the bins outside our room with bottles. We were so pleased to be moved.

The apartment was very spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable, as well as impeccably clean. The reception staff were kind and welcoming. And my mother who was celebrating her birthday received a special surprise, which was a truly delightful touch. As for the negatives, I would only mention a few minor details that did not affect our overall satisfaction with the apartment. It might have been nice to have paper towels and some cooking oil in the kitchen. The handle on the balcony door was broken and kept falling off. But these are truly small things. The apartment itself is excellent. (And yes, many reviews mention that it can be noisy, but it’s located right in the heart of a lively old town — of course there’s vibrant life all around.) 😊

- Zakruzhetska (10/5): I would definitely book it again - Everything was super cool, apartments were big, clean and super nice. The location was also pretty comfortable. Literally in center of city, near church. On a way to the apartments u have to go through Asian restaurant, and u also close doors of said restaurant if you're coming at night. Man can also have a breakfast down there, just going 30 seconds from apartments, we found it pretty comfortable. Also there was a mini market near the entrance of building, so everything needed was easy and quick to buy. Check-in and Check-out were also easy, the workers on reception were super nice and showed everything. If I travel again to Prague, I will book this place again.

- Elsa (9/5): - A localização era excelente, o apartamento era muito bom, com todas as condições. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos Seria bom mudar a banheira pois é muito alta o que faz com que seja difícil entrar e sair.
- Lukáš (10/5): Velikonoce v centru Prahy - První, co nás překvapilo, byla velikost pokoje/apartmánu. Hned potom to byl úžasný výhled na Petřín z našeho balkonu. Součástí pokoje bylo vše potřebné, standardní ikea vybavení: skříně, velká lednice, varná deska, mikrovlnka, příbory, kuchyňské nože, nádobí, skleničky na víno, hrnce, malý kávovar, varná konvice. V koupelně byla vana se sprchovou stěnou a naddimenzovaný boiler na teplou vodu. Protože apartmán nabízel vše pro nás podstatné, hned jsme se tam cítili velmi dobře, vše nám vyhovovalo a s ničím jsme neměli problém. Bylo vidět, že budova prošla nedávnou rekonstrukcí, taktéž vybavení pokoje a koupelny se zdálo jako nové. V prvním patře domu byla recepce a bar, kde byla možnost dokoupit k ubytování snídani. Snídaně se nahlašovaly vždy den předem a byly za 19€ na osobu. Původně jsme tuto možnost chtěli využít, ale nakonec nám bohatě stačilo udělat si nákup vlastního jídla, na které jsme měli chuť, a to si následně připravit v naší kuchyňce na pokoji. Při výletech do města jsme vždy volili jiné ulice, uličky, průchody a pasáže, než kudy chodil dav, tak jsme se vyhnuli tlačenicím. Po Praze cestujeme zásadně MHD, ani ve snu by nás nenapadlo jet do centra autem. Auto necháváme tradičně na odchytových parkovištích v blízkosti linek metra. Odpadne tím stres s parkováním a jiné starosti. Vzhledem k lokalitě jsme většinu našich výletů podnikali pěšky a to byla pro nás obrovská výhoda. Protože jsme v apartmánu byli moc spokojeni, určitě se sem v budoucnu vrátíme. Letos jsme jeli na jaro v době velikonoc, tak příště vyzkoušíme třeba jiné roční období. Děvčata na recepci mluvila anglicky. Jak to tu již někdo zmiňoval, může to být pro někoho problém, ne však pro nás, my jsme se domluvili bez problémů. Ale možná je dobré s tím počítat. Omezením by pro někoho mohlo být to, že hotelové pokoje byly nad irskou hospodou, kde každý večer hrála živá hudba. Ta byla do pokoje slyšet, avšak ne tolik, abychom museli využít špunty do uší. Hostitelé si jsou této skutečnosti vědomi, protože jsme při příchodu našli na posteli dva páry špuntů s krátkým vzkazem. Na to, že jsme se nacházeli přímo v nejrušnějším centru města jsme měli na pokoji relativně klid, a to bylo dáno i tím, že okna našeho pokoje směřovala do boční uličky a pokoj byl ve třetím patře.

La chica de la recepción muy amable Muy recomendable! Las camas algo incómodas. Una era un sofá cama y en la doble el colchón se hundía en el medio.
