• Auréa (1/5): Pas pour les voyageurs solo relégués au sous-sol - L'hôtel est bien situé et le personnel est sympathique Cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour les voyageurs solo ! Les chambres 1, 2 et 3 sont situées dans un sous-sol où chaque bruit de la cuisine et des toilettes communes sont audibles. Il n'est pas possible de dormir même avec des boules quies en dehors de la plage horaire 22h-7h00 à cause de ça et pourtant je ne suis pas douillette. Comme vous êtes placés dans un sous-sol c'est humide et les cabinets ne sont pas nettoyés chaque jour. Ce n'est pas le cas des autres voyageurs dans les étages donc téléphoné bien pour savoir quelle chambre vous est attribuée. Il vaut mieux aller en auberge de jeunesse si c'est la 1, 2 ou 3.

• Katarina (8/5): Supermysigt hotell och otroligt trevlig personal! - Otroligt trevlig personal och mysig lobby att hänga i. Man fick lite Fika och kaffe/te gratis och bra priser på öl/vin. Väldigt mysigt med hotell katten också. Rummen var rymliga men enkla, de spenderar man i alla fall inte så mycket tid i. Toppen poäng från mig och mina döttrar. Kudden var väldigt klumpig men inte gråter jag över det!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Astrid, with some excellent recommendations on where to go to eat, drink and visit. The breakfast was excellent and the ‘on tap’ hot drinks were a welcome bonus. This is not a criticism but worth knowing if you have mobility issues, the stairs are a workout, they are narrow and steep. Great exercise!

• Olena (1/5): Gebucht zu einem Preis, beim Check-in wurde plötzlich deutlich mehr verlangt – nicht empfehlenswert - Ich kann diese Unterkunft leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Ich habe die Unterkunft zu einem bestimmten Preis gebucht. Als es dann Zeit für den Check-in war, wurde plötzlich ein deutlich höherer Preis verlangt. Das ist für Gäste extrem unangenehm und meiner Meinung nach absolut unseriös. So ein Verhalten wirkt sehr irreführend und nicht vertrauenswürdig. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal buchen und rate anderen Reisenden zur Vorsicht.

• Belinda (8/5): A great stay in a perfect location! - I was a little nervous about staying in a room with shared bathroom facilities, but it was absolutely fine! The bathroom was shared between the 3x single rooms on the bottom floor, and I never had to wait for the toilet or the shower. I was also curious as to whether I'd have my own hairdryer in the room (I did!) and other bathroom type facilities (I had a mirror, a sink, towels, and soap in my room). The location was great, really easy to get to/from the airport and the city, loads of things around to see and do and eat, and a really safe feel which was especially important to me as a single female traveler. The 3x single rooms are on the ground floor under reception, so it was a little noisy with things happening up there. This was solved by sleeping with the fan on for ambient noise. The fan was also helpful because there was no window I could keep open overnight - the one window was like a door to the courtyard, and I didn't feel safe sleeping with that open as a solo female traveller. As others have mentioned, the stairs were a bit of a nightmare. I was worried about coming back to the hotel after a few drinks and breaking an ankle - but I managed!

Distributeur de produit vide mais à notre demande, nouveau bidon fourni. Ménage rapide et il ne faut pas regarder sous le lit (après avoir fait tomber quelque chose en dessous). Au final, le prix de la nuitée (tout comme celui du petit-dejeuner) est trop important, mais il est de toute manière très élevé à Amsterdam.
• Aneta (10/5): - Při hledání ubytování na náš výlet do Amsterdamu nás zaujal tento hotel kvůli kladným recenzím. A další kladnou recenzi přidáváme i my. Ubytovaly jsme se s přítelkyní zde na 3 dny a byly jsme velice spokojené. Pokoj byl útulný a čistý. Lokalita super, hned před hotelem je zastávka, 2 minuty od hotelu jsou obchody i restaurace. Do centra je to příjemnou procházkou přibližně 20 minut. Hlavně bych chtěla pochválit paní recepční, která byla moc milá a ochotná, poradila nám, kam zajít na dobrý oběd, co a kde navštívit a jako příjemný bonus pro nás bylo, že uměla česky. Ráno paní nabízí snídaně, odpoledne je možné přijít na ochutnávku sýrů, po celý den je možnost přijít si udělat čaj, kávu nebo horkou čokoládu. A jako další milé překvapení byla krásná hotelová kočička.🐈 Moc děkujeme za krásný pobyt❤️

Well connected with trams to get to the station. Lovely reception and lounge room to rest and recharge after a busy day. Breakfast had a good selection with fresh pancakes. • Angelika (9/5): Es war das perfekte Hotel mitten im Zentrum mit historischem Flair und sehr nettem Personal - Der Tag begann mit einem gemütlichen Frühstück, bei dem für uns nichts gefehlt hat. Die heimelige Atmosphäre war für uns ein besonderes Plus nach dem Trubel in der Stadt und wir saßen gerne abends noch in der Lobby um uns mit dem Personal zu unterhalten. Ich hab keine Kritikpunkte.

Adicionalmente el baño era extremadamente pequeño y el papel higiénico era de muy mala calidad

• Francesco79012 (8/5): - La posizione è centrale, situato vicino ad una piazza con tanti locali per bere e mangiare di giorno e divertirsi la sera, vicinissimo anche al museo di Van Gogh. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Camere e locali comuni puliti, si sentiva sempre il profumo dei prodotti di pulizia. Bevande calde gratuite (caffè, etc). Non ho trovato nulla di negativo da segnalare per quanto riguarda le mie aspettative e preferenze. Devo però sconsigliarlo a persone anziane e/o persone con problemi di deambulazione perché la struttura è situata nel tipico immobile olandese con scale strette e ripide e senza ascensore.

O hotel dispõe de máquina de café e chá sempre à disposição - o que é muito atencioso. Na primeira noite um alarme disparou, tivemos todos que ser e não foram dadas quaisquer explicações do que se estava a passar. O se trata do acontecimento em si mas de não ser dado qualquer esclarecimento ou explicado ao certo a situação.

• Alexandra (7/5): Schön, aber überteuert. - Nettes Personal, sauber, Kaffe und Tee umsonst rund um die Uhr, tolle Lage. Laute Pumpe läuft die ganze Nacht lang im Hinterhof. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein und beim Frühstück war die Auswahl eher überschaubar.
