The room was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did a fantastic job — fresh towels and linens were provided every single day, which made our stay feel extra comfortable. One of the highlights of our experience was Azzamat at the reception. He was incredibly helpful, giving us tips on how to navigate the city, avoid tourist traps, and even provided us with a city map. His local insights made a huge difference and helped us feel at home in a new place. The location of the hotel is truly perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the sea, where we enjoyed peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings by the water. Most major sights are within a 3 to 10-minute walk, so it’s easy to explore Istanbul right from the doorstep. The ladies who prepared the breakfast deserve a special mention — they were always warm, welcoming, and kind, and the breakfasts themselves were delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. It felt like a meal prepared with care every morning. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I will absolutely come back and stay here again — this hotel has become my go-to place in Istanbul.

Unfortunately, I was scammed by another apartment in Turkey earlier, so I had to book this accommodation at the very last minute — and I ended up finding a truly fantastic place. The receptions guy is incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond in every possible way. They even assisted me with getting my eSIM card, and the receptionist happened to have an extra Istanbul Card, which he generously gave me as a gift. Sweetest people ever. The Sabiha Gökçen Airport is very easy to reach from here by metro, - if you are ok with a little walk you dont need transfer - and he patiently explained to me how to get there. The hotel also offers free coffee and bottled water, which is such a nice touch. It’s a simple, nice little oldie place — don’t expect luxury — but it’s perfectly clean, comfortable, and run by the sweetest team imaginable. The breakfast is varied, so everyone can find something they’ll enjoy. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. It offers excellent value for money, plenty of restaurants nearby, and all the main attractions are within walking distance.

Average breakfast (few sweet options and few fruits). The receptionist is very kind and helpful. I think for that price is very good. Economy room is really small, with small wardrobe - but for few days is OK.

Everything was very clean, and the location was perfect. The place looks exactly like the photos, and the terrace has a beautiful view of the sea. Just a small note for honesty — if you have difficulty with stairs, it’s better to book a room on the first floor and ask to have breakfast in your room. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Al día siguiente, me pasaron a mí habitación y la verdad está horrible el baño con un olor a cloaca siempre, sin nevera y todo necesita un cambio general. Lo que si puedo salvar del sitio es la atención del recepcionista y las chichas de limpieza.

- Branca (9/5): A local experience. - Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quite nice in a quirky way. Beautiful rooftop with ocean views for breakfast each morning. Aircon. The breakfast, which was included in the price was fabulous, all one can eat and drink. So much choice! Central location. The restaurant opposite is fabulous. Take the hotel transfer offer, ask for taxi, it's fixed price and safer that way. Hotel offers sim card for purchase and laundry service. Bottled water to drink and for cups of tea is offered free of charge. Slightly noisy, but it's only people sitting outside talking. Quiet with a closed window. Smoke can get in through the open window on the first floor.

Constant unpleasant smell from bathroom sewage and problems with the shower (not enough water, too hot or too cold). We ordered 2 rooms, one for my husband and one for our parents. When we arrived they said that one of the rooms is unavailable and our parents has to stay in different room which was in the next building, the room was with no windows, underground and you could hear the steps of the people outside, feels like they walk on your head. It was unfair that we paid for one room and we receive another without important facilities like windows… We understand that everything can happen but the property should have warn us about this, before arriving!

The guy on the reception gave us all necessary information, including the information about tours and sightseeings, where can we rent a car, what is a fare price for a taxi ride. Big thanks for that! Also there are bottles of drinking water on the ground floor and they can be taken by hotel guests for free. The breakfasts were good and fresh. We were totally satisfied with our stay!
