• Muzaffer berkay (6/5): - Odalar temizdi ve genişlik olarak yeterliydi ancak içerisi çok soğuktu. Klima çalışmasına rağmen sabit bir sıcaklığa ayarlandığı için istediğiniz gibi ısıtamıyorsunuz. Her gün temizlik gelmesine rağmen havlularımız hep eksikti. Ayrıca eski bir yer ve odamız havalandırma boşluğuna baktığı için çok gürültülüydü. Konumu merkezi, hemen önünde metro girişi var ve biz güvenlik açısından bir sorun yaşamadık. Çalışanları çok iyi ve sıcak insanlardı.
• Patricia (8/5): Hôtel d'Alsace was good for our one night stay. - Our room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is easy walking distance from the L’Est train station. The elevator was incredibly small.

• Julio (10/5): - Room was great, quite small but the beds were comfy and the AC in the room was really nice. Staff were kind and helpful. Really close to Gare de Est and to the metro and lots of dining options close by!
• Flordeluna (10/5): Gute, verkehrsgünstige Unterkunft - Praktisch in Hauptbahnhof Nähe liegendes Hotel. Das Zimmer im 6.Stock war gut eingerichtet, das King size Bett guter, rückenfreundlicher Qualität. Safety box und kleiner Kühlschrank und ein großer Fernseher runden die Ausstattung ab. Das Bad geräumig mit Dusche und doppelter Ausstattung mit Waschbecken. Die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert und lassen einen geruhsamen Schlaf zu. Alles zur Zufriedenheit. Das im Untergeschoss angerichtete Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl an sehr guter Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs lassen alle Punkte, sowohl der Stadt, als auch des Staates Luxemburg einfach mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, die lobenswerterweise im ganzen Land gratis angeboten werden. Luxemburg ist schön und auch das Hotel ist empfehlenswert!

• Gudrun (6/5): - Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer war für den Preis eine bessere Abstellkammer mit Fenster zum sehr kleinen Innenhof - also kaum Licht. Die Sauberkeit war ok…der Zustand der Zimmer eher nicht…die Textilien waren nicht gut gereinigt. Generell kann man dort schon übernachten, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

• Juliane (4/5): - Alors que les chambres sont décrites sur Expedia (mais aussi sur Booking) comme insonorisées, je pense que c’est la chambre la plus bruyante que j’aie jamais eue- en 40 ans de voyages- il ne s’agit pas seulement des bruits dûs aux travaux (tout le week-end inclus!) mais des murs qui semblent fins comme du carton. Mention non recommandable.

• Audrey (8/5): Très bien 👍 - Très bien. Propre, petit déjeuner très complet, les viennoiseries sont super bonnes, le personnel à l'accueil est très gentil. Nous avons pris 2 chambres, l'une était parfaite, l'autre la vue depuis les fenêtres moins bien.

• Sylvia (8/5): Good - We had requested a quadruple room on the first floor because we travel with a senior citizen and we were confirmed no problem. However, upon arrival elevator didn’t work but they did a great accommodation for my mother. So we were pleased. It was hard to bring up the luggage but we managed. We didn’t get the breakfast and I am glad we didn’t because there’s other options around the area.
• Nina (8/5): Convenient hotel at a good price - The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. The beds were good. The elevator was not in aervice, but otherwise it was all in good condition. Would book again. Staff were friendly.

Dommage pour les travaux de rénovations qui nous ont privé d'ascenseur, mais bravo pour le courage de rénovation. J'envisage de revenir dans cet hôtel ou on est accueilli par des sourires courtois. Le petit déjeuné est très correcte pour le prix. Je recommande cet hôtel.
• mehran (6/5): Hiss - Hotellet var litet men bekvämt. En stor nackdel var att hissen fanns – men den fungerade inte, och det verkar som att de inte har fixat den på väldigt lång tid. Vi var tvungna att bära upp alla väskor fyra trappor och gå upp och ner varje dag, vilket var ganska jobbigt. Annars var personalen snäll och hjälpsam.

• Anton (4/5): - Das Hotel war gut und hatte alles, was man in dieser Kategorie erwarten kann. Es war sauber, und das Internet war verlässlich mit gutem Signal. Was aber die Gesamtwertung abwertet ist die Tatsache, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft um 23:00 Uhr darüber informiert wurden, dass unser Zimmer im fünften Stock liegt und der Aufzug wegen Umbauten nicht benutzbar ist. Ich selbst bin über 70 Jahre alt, und es war eine Herausforderung, zwei schwere Koffer in den fünften Stock to schleppen. Meine Frau ist gehbehindert und konnte das Zimmer nur unter großen Schmerzen erreichen. Wir hätten erwartet, dass wir im Vorfeld über die Situation hätten informiert werden sollen. Es wäre dann möglich gewesen, entweder ein anderes Zimmer beziehen oder in ein anderes Hotel auszuweichen.
• Joep (8/5): - Yes the hotel is doing a refurbishment at the moment which impacts the public areas, but the room was clean and comfortable. After about 8pm the hotel was pretty quiet, besides people coming and going, but that is normal for any hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good although a little crowded. The area around the hotel is what you would expect from area with 2 major train stations at walking distance. Only a short walk away from the hotel is the Canal St. Martin which is lovely to walk around or just have a sit and drink. The hotel is very conveniently located for travel to and from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. I enjoyed my stay and couldn't find anything better for the price.
• Ilja (6/5): - The hotel is conveniently located next to Gare l'Est, there are dining and shopping options around. The room was small, but equpped with table, chair, stool, so basically all your need. Bed was very comfortable, and blackout curtains provided good sleep. The elevator was out of order, so climing 5th floor on a narrow spiral staircase may be challenging. All in all - definitely not a worst choice for couple of nights, especially if you need this particular neighborhood.

• Rachel (4/5): - The staff was really nice and the location is great if you are taking a train or metro. However, the hotel itself is not so good. The walls are paper-thin, you can hear every footstep in the building and other people locking their door. The elevator was out of service so they said they would discount breakfast from 12€ to 8€ per person. It was only 7€ for breakfast at any of the cafes nearby. The hotel is under construction so there is a lot of noise (yes, in the rooms too) and dust from 8 am to 7 pm. The room was really small even though I checked the square meters before booking. The bathroom was so tiny your knees tough the walk when sitting on the toilet, and the bathroom door (pocket door) didn’t close all the way, which was even more frustrating since it’s right next to the bed! We won’t be back.
• Alexandra (10/5): - This was our 5th hotel in the last two weeks of traveling around Europe. By far, it has the most comfortable beds! The room is nice and clean. We had a family suite and it was spacious for a Parisian hotel. Very positive impression after staying there and the view from the window as well as little balconies were just perfect!!!! I recommend, and would gladly return!

We had to carry our luggage to the 5th floor through a spiral staircase that was quite a workout. The toilet in the room had a niche to keep towels but no place to keep our toiletries next to sink. There was no toilet roll holder. One plus point was the hotel was next to a metro station that was so convenient to explore Paris.

• Kathleen (8/5): - Es war eine angenehme Unterkunft. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend und sauber. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend und lecker. Leider gab es gerade Bauarbeiten am Hotel, dadurch war unsere Sicht aus dem Fenster nicht schön. Aber die Bauarbeiten wurden ruhig durchgeführt und haben dadurch nicht gestört. Das Personal war nett. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war angenehm.

• Dan (4/5): Not my favourite hotel! - When I got to the hotel I got info that the elevator was out of order. Room was on 5 or 6th floor. Had to take the stairs. At night I heard people coming and leaving. Heard people talking to each other. The walls are thin. Dodgy smell from bathroom. Staff was friendly. Didn't have the breaky. The area around Paris est isn't the most charming.

Seule problèmes : l'odeur au niveau des canalisations du lavabo et le manque d'informations sur les travaux entrepris par l'hôtel (donc pas d'ascenseur). Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble

• David (6/5): - Location location location. The elevator wasn’t working, and carrying your bag to the 6th floor isn’t great, specially being tired from a long trip. The room had a bad smell, probably from the bad ventilation from the bathroom. Space was ok, and the room was fairly “modern” and felt clean. Would I stay here again? Probably yes, because it’s so close to the Gare d’ Est train station and very conveniently located near the Metro.
• Julie (8/5): Fint hotel til storbyferie - Fint hotel til prisen. Tæt på togstation hvorfra man kommer ind med toget fra lufthavnen (Gare du Nord) og Gare de l’est hvorfra man kan tage metroen rundt. Personalet er søde, kortfattede i kontakten. Vi havde et fint værelse på 6. sal som virkede relativt nyt. Elevatoren, som var meget lille, gik i stykker første dag og vi måtte gå op og ned. Elevatoren er dog også så lille at det er fint med en gåtur på trapper, men vær’ opmærksom på dette hvis man har meget bagage eller er gangbesværet. :-) Et fint ophold til en storbyferie hvor man ikke behøver et hotel til andet end søvn. Der var lidt støj, men sådan er det jo i byen.
• FLORENCE (10/5): Impecccable et très pratique - Bref séjour familial ; direction et personnel dispo, aimable et compétent.
• Carole-Anne (8/5): Bien - Séjour convenable. A 1 minute de la Gare de l’Est. Cartier parfois bruyant mais tout à fait supportable une fois dans l’hôtel. Couloir de l’hôtel légèrement bruyant (porte escaliers, voix,…). La chambre est propre et agréable, le lit confortable. Il y a de la place pour se mouvoir. Salle de bain petite mais très correcte pour Paris . Petit bémol sur l’entretien du sol(bout de verre signalé et non enlevé), et la salle du petit déjeuné au niveau de l’emplacement (manque d’intimité et de calme ). Bon séjour tout de même, Dans l’ensemble.

• Gerard (10/5): Location is everything. - This was a solo trip and the hotel was ideal. The location was just 20mts from the Metro and close to the main overground train station. Food and bar options on your doorstep with everything catered for from early to late. Staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

In a walkable area, and straight in line with the "Boulevard de Strasbourg" & "Boulevard de Sebastopol" which take you to "Notre Dame" and the islands.

• Sophie (6/5): Okay for a couple of nights - Good location next to Gare d L'est station but it is noisy, sirens all the time. We had 105 which had a window facing a wall. Bed was comfortable and shower good. We didnt have breakfast as €12 and cafe next door did it for €6.50. Security is poor, we returned one early evening and nobody on the desk, after waiting ages with our room key and others in sight my husband reached over to get it himself. Overall, okay for a base for a couple of nights but nothing more.

• DANIEL (6/5): On en a pour le prix payé - Chambre fonctionnelle bien que petite. Bien isolées de l extérieur par un double vitrage efficace. Par contre aucune isolation en interne. On entend tout les bruits. Petit déjeuner basic dans un espace pas agréable. On a du nous même débarrasser les tables pour pouvoir s installer. Hôtel a un tarifs raisonnable pour Paris.

• JM (8/5): Confortable juste en face de Gare de l'Est - Propre et accueil sympathique, chambre silencieuse, spacieuse et confortable pour un tarif très raisonnable. Attention cependant l'ascenseur ne va pas jusqu'aux derniers étages.
• Henry John (10/5): Definitely would stay here again! - A really great find! Comfortable, clean, super-convenient to major rail station and to Metro... and the staff are FANTASTIC. Special kudos to Jamila and to the guy at reception!
• Julie (8/5): Convenient for Gare D’Est - I found the room to be big enough, clean, comfortable and shower was nice and hot. The gentleman on reception was super helpful with Metro directions. Continental breakfast was available for €12pp but I don’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on value for money.
• sandra (10/5): Hôtel bien placé, confortable, super prix - Un rapport qualité prix irréprochable ! Literie de qualité, accueil sympa et proche de toutes les commodités sans pour autant avoir été dérangée par le bruit. Nous reviendrons.
• Tara (10/5): - We had a lovely 2 night stay at Hotel d’Alsace. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried really hard to greet us even with the language barrier, we were checked in quickly and directed to our room. We weren’t expecting a lot but the room was lovely; very spacious for a quadruple room with good sized beds that were very comfy. The room was very clean; our beds were changed for our second night and the whole room cleaned so it was lovely and fresh after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The breakfast area was small with just 2 long tables for everyone but there was enough space you just need to be a little patient when it’s busier. The food itself was delicious & there was a great range for everyone. The hotel was great for travelling with the metro right out side the entrance which saved us lots of time having to work out where it was on day one. On our last day the hotel were gracious enough to let us store our luggage whilst we spent our last day travelling around seeing more sights and when we went to collect the luggage it was exactly where we had left it. We would definitely recommend a stay here, I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay.

• Kersti (8/5): - Väldigt bra läge precis vid Gare de l'est! Bra rum, enkelt men rent o helt ok.
• Shiho (10/5): - 施設の改修後らしく部屋は綺麗で暖房も良く効いてました。 チェックイン時間よりも早く着いたのですが部屋に入れていただき、チェックアウト時には荷物の預かりもして頂きました、エレベーターが一人乗りなので施設評価を⭐️一つ下げていますがパリの安いホテルではあるだけ有り難いと思う、また近くには食べ物屋が沢山あり値段もお手頃の価格、バス停が目の前、地下駅が近く治安が良くない地域と言われているが便利に過ごす事が出来ました。
