• Emilio (4/5): Blair's witch room - The room was dirty and damp. When we arrived, we had to clean the room and the bathroom; the furniture was neglected, and there was a lot of dust in the room because it hadn't been cleaned. There was a strange, musty smell in the air.

Ubytování jedna velká katastrofa , vše špinavé, plesnivé , plíseň na zdech , oloupaná omítka , záclony se neprali asi 10 let , ve sprše nefunkční světlo , záchodové prkénko padalo , všude fleky od vlhkosti a cítit plíseň , večer velká zima , tv nefungovala , za tv prach vysoký asi 5 cm . No absolutně nedoporučuji 👎 přál bych paní majitelce lepší čistící penzion , kde by zazářila .

• Nair (1/5): Um filme de terror - A localização. Cinco minutos a pé da estação Roma Termini O quarto estava cheio de infiltrações, a cama velha e podre, a porta do WC não fechava, a sanita estava partida e o chuveiro entupia a cada banho. Fora que não havia serviço de Wi-Fi mesmo após termos reclamado. O pequeno almoço são produtos embalados, como bolachas, não há produtos frescos.

• Claudia Blagu (5/5): Needs upgrades for the rooms - We only stayed for 2 nights as we were on our way to the airport from our trip in Italy. The location is very close to Termini and it was very convenient. Mrs Viviana was so helpful and so nice, it really made a difference on having her there. The breakfast was very nice. The owner could improve the quality of this location. It really needs some refurbishment as there is a bit rundown the place. The pictures are old. The rooms have infiltrations from humidity and walls are stained. I think that the lady that takes care of the place is doing an amazing job with the little that she has at her disposal.

• Camons Vicaría (1/5): - Que hania una parada de autobus cerca, asi pudimos irnos antes. Para empezar te hacen pagar 48€ extras solo en efectivo que no teniamos ni idea. La habitación horrible: humedades, cuesta hasta respirar, el baño asqueroso de sucio y con la tapa reventada hacia daño sentarse, la ducha no tragaba. El mobiliario viejo, roto y SUCIO. Las lamparas podian andar solas de mierda que tenian. Las fotos seran de cuando se fundó Roma. Resumiendo... no podia ser peor. Teniamos 4 noches reservadas y despues de la primera nos fuimos (aun perdiendo el dinero)

• Aurora (5/5): - Fui con mi pareja hace poco, hay varios puntos que no están muy bien. 1. Si tienes un vuelo por la noche y llegas después de las 8 de la tarde, no tienen ninguna forma de ayudarte, es cierto que llamé para preguntar si habría alguna opción y el hombre era majete, pero no me dio ninguna solución. 2. Las fotos que aparecen en Booking y la habitación real es muy diferente, nada más entrar te das cuenta del gran olor a humedad, se ve en las paredes y techo. 3. Lo peor para mí ha sido el baño, la tapa y la taza del baño estaban rotos. La ducha era súper pequeña y no colaba bien el agua. Para mí necesita una reforma. 4. El desayuno es bastante de poca calidad, es todo comprado, metido en paquetes, tiene poca variedad. 5. Si que tengo que comentar que la ubicación era buena, estaba a 5 min andando de la terminal y media hora del centro.

• Elsa (6/5): Correct for the price but could be better with a few improvements. - Very central, very nice staff and good breakfast. Uncomfortable bed, a bathroom door that does not completely open and only locks from outside. Drapes not in good shape so impossible to close them completely. Rotten walls a little bit everywhere which was not shown on the pictures.
• Anne-Linde (1/5): Vies en smerig hotel. - ontbijt was ronduit smerig. Oploskoffie en croissantjes in plastic. De badkamer had beestjes en het was echt vies. We durfde de deken niet aan te raken. Het gordijn was beschimmeld en onder het bed ook. Ongeveer alles. Ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden en snap ook echt niet waarom dit een 8,4 had. Een 4,8 is zelfs nog te veel. Alleen de locatie was top geregeld.

• Rezé (4/5): - The location to all the attractions are good and it very close to Roma termini. The carpet had stains, the bedding was torn and there was mold on the bathroom walls. The pictures looks they were took 20years ago when you actually see the apartment and can compare.

• Barbara (10/5): Excelente - La señora Viviana fue muy amable. El desayuno es abundante y siempre estaba bien aclimatado el ambiente. La cama era grande y la accesibilidad de la ubicación es cómoda. El hospedaje es tranquilo se puede descansar. La ducha funcionaba muy bien. La tele no andaba pero fue lo menos importante.

Muchísima humedad en la habitación, se ve visible en todas las paredes, al levantarte cuesta hasta respirar bien. Entiendo que al estar metido en un patio interior, no reciba sol pero en los cuartos debería de poner un deshumificador al menos para poder respirar bien. Puede que le falte limpieza o mobiliario viejo, pero es soportable sabiendo lo que pagas, pero el exceso de humedad afecta a la salud.

Nie spędziłam nocy gdyz smród stęchlizny był tak mocny że moje dziecko które ma alergie zaczało kichać i kaszleć. Zmuszona byłam szukać szybko noclegu w okolicy. Niestety reklamacja złozona do Booking pozostała bez odpowiedzi mimo że minęły juz 3 tygodnie. Omijać szerokim łukiem.

Booking devrait avoir honte de louer cet hôtel ! Moisissures partout , odeur nauséabonde, électricité insalubre ! Un drame arrivera un jour dans cet hôtel ! Lit tenu par des morceaux de bois , très sale !

• Pyszková (3/5): Unclean stay - It was dirty. Bed was unclean. The lights were dirty. There was mold everywhere. Pillow case was hiding dirt on the pillows. Also, carpet was dirty. When we opened the minibar there was a food from last visitors. The host did not check if was everything okay in the room. In the end, the host was okay. She can speak good enough english. She is an older lady.

• Carla (7/5): Good - The host was lovely and it was close to the train station with a cute street sellers market outside . Very secure property. There was no coffee and tea facilities in the room and no quilt . The ability to make a morning coffee would be nice without having to go for breakfast .

• Andrew (8/5): Comfortable and central with a very nice breakfast provided. - Location walkable to all of the historic centre, and very close to the Roma Termini station for trains or busses to the airport. A very nice breakfast is provided each day included in the price. The rooms are secure and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom sliding door was jammed and could not be closed. The bathroom plaster walls had mould, & some of the walls of the bedroom also had discoloration from mould.
