• Alice (9/5): Good choice for staying in Naples - great location, 10-15 minutes walk to tourist attractions, got restaurants around, also walkable distance to metro station (tips: walk through Umberto Galleria) staff very helpful and responds quickly. also love the indoor and outdoor common area where we can enjoy our food comfortably! it is located on the 5/F and there is a lift in the building. i personally prefer brighter rooms, but luckily the washroom is bright enough for me to wear make-up. i appreciate that there is a lift, but the lift is a bit small and just fit 2 people with 2 luggages.

• Raymond (10/5): Excellent location, value, and room! - The room was described exactly how the room actually is. The beds were comfy, there was enough room for my son and I. The water pressure and hot water were MUCH better than what you'd expect in a hotel room. Make sure you talk to your host about the breakfast because it's not explained very well in the booking listing. The restaurant that you go to is only 2-3 doors down and their coffee and pastries were amazing. nothing!

Les chambres sont toutes situées au 5ème étage. Notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure, sans vis-à-vis. La climatisation était agréable. Nous avions également un frigo à notre disposition dans la chambre. Le WiFi fonctionnait bien. La terrasse peu/pas accessible durant notre séjour. Dommage. Pas de possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place ou un verre en terrasse le soir. La réception était toujours déserte. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun réceptionniste lors de notre séjour.

Il fatto che non è stato specificato, al momento della prenotazione, ma solo il giorno dell'arrivo, che non era possibile usufruire della colazione sul posto, ma bisognava scendere al bar per farla. Non l'ho trovato corretto, anche perché dalla descrizione ci si aspetta altro. Le camere, ma soprattutto i bagni andrebbero ristrutturati: le piastrelle presentano muffa tra le fughe e sono incrinate, specchio scheggiato, rubinetteria da sostituire perché rotta. Insomma la camera necessita di qualche ritocco.

Das Kaffee, welches sich gleich neben dem Haupteingang befindet hat sehr freundliches Personal und feines Gebäck. Dort konnten wir unser Frühstück, welches im Preis inbegriffen war, geniessen. Der Zugang zum Zimmer ist 24/7 möglich mit der Zimmerkarte.
• Kara (10/5): Lovely stay in the Spanish Quarter - The room was perfect and quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there were plentiful snacks - biscuits, coffee, water etc. Coffee and delicious pastries are also provided from a pastry shop below the hotel. And while the weather precluded me from using the outdoor deck, it’s a nice amenity. And it’s a great location, walkable to just about everywhere.

• Mareva (10/5): Look no further! This place is incredible! - Our room with the balcony was so incredible. Everything from the perfect location to all the action, an incredible church next door, cafes and restaurants within steps, a calm environment for sleeping, easy to walk to catch our tours and the staff was great. Marta was watching out for us and house keeping was very helpful with extra towels. Thanks for the extra goodies and breakfast at the cafe. It was all such a wonderful experience. We only had 4 days here.

• Virginia (9/5): Comfortable and cheerful rooms, nice staff, and great location. - This was my second stay at Attico Partenopeo. (The first was 8 years ago.) The rooms are comfortable; the location is great; the roof top terrace is lovely. Sadly, Attico Partenopeo no longer offers an on-site breakfast, which was disappointing, as having breakfast on the terrace was a lovely experience when we stayed the first time. Now the B&B sends guests to a cafe nearby for coffee and brioche. It's okay but definitely not as nice.

Além disso, o terraço tem um charme especial com sinos de igreja, vista para o Vesúvio e o castelo. É próximo do porto o que facilitou muito o deslocamento para os passeios. A limpeza do quarto e o cuidado neste aspecto também foi algo que chamou a atenção pois o quarto era sempre limpo e arrumado. Com certeza quando eu voltar para Nápoles vou me hospedar nesse local novamente. Agradeço ao Sr Lucca. Tudo excelente.

• Bueno (10/5): Muy recomendable - Hemos estado muy a gusto. El apartamento es muy cómodo, en pleno centro de Nápoles, pero también muy tranquilo, con bonitas vistas a las cúpulas de la Galería Umberto y los tejados de la ciudad. Hay una zona común con acceso a café, agua y galletas (además del mismo servicio en la habitación) y se puede dejar el equipaje el día de salida sin ningún problema. Súper amable la señora que limpia las habitaciones.

Y el hecho de que el único contacto físico con el personal fuera la empleada de limpieza. De hecho, estuvimos sin ahí caliente très días y tan solo pudimos escribir un correo al responsable, aunque quedó finalmente solucionado.

There is a lift to get you to the top floor and the cutest lil dachshund around sometimes. a little loud on the street but i mean, come on, you're in a city haha

• Hélène (10/5): Magnifique terrasse et très bon petit déjeuner - Facilité d'accès depuis l'arrêt du bus Alibus de la gare routière. La chance d'avoir une belle terrasse pour se relaxer le soir et voir les belles couleurs du coucher de soleil! La rue Santa Brigida est très calme malgré sa proximité avec la rue Tolédo. Le petit déjeuner pris au café d'en bas est très bon et varié: boisson chaude et pâtisseries au choix. Je recommande à 100% cet établissement hôtelier pour son emplacement et la prestation des chambres.

• Jose (8/5): Excellent location and service - Attico Parteopeo was quaint and cozy. The building and entrance have its old world look but the interior of the hotel and rooms are (5th floor) are modern and chic. Although Natalie, the housekeeper, does not speak English, she is very helpful and keeps the property and rooms very stocked and clean. Additionally, Attico’s management is very responsive whenever I communicated with them. The property is advertised as a B&B, as such there was an expectation that some sort of breakfast would be served. However, there was no such thing. I assumed, as mentioned in the other posts, that the bread and crisps that were provided daily was the breakfast. Honestly, I am okay without as there are many places around where guests can have good breakfast. One issue of concern that I have which I didn’t ding Attico on was the fact that the single elevator broke on a Sunday night. Understanding the culture, I could not blame management if they could not find someone to come and fix the issue. Since the only option was to go through the stairs, for safety, management should add more lights and remove the plants on the 5th floor landing. Also, depending on time of day you arrive or depart, the taxi may not want to drop off or pick up in front of the property as the street can get very crowded.

Additionally, the B&B uses a strange online check-in procedure (which includes uploading a picture of yourself holding ID to a third-party website)— it was possible to check in in person after our request but it involved a bit of coordination over WhatsApp.

• Adam (8/5): Comfortable, convenient, great location! - This property is fantastic. Extremely well located to explore the whole city and with loads of the most highly recommended restaurants just a short walk away. We arrived late at night but check in couldn’t have been easier. We were sent a link to remotely open the doors and access the property, where we found our key card at reception. The room was a good size, with comfortable beds and refreshments topped up daily. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was a great way to try local pastries and good coffee to start the day. Friendly staff. Lovely terrace with a view. I concur with other comments that the walls are very thin. This is only really an issue if you have especially noisy neighbours, which we did for one night of our stay. But honestly, the pros of this b and b very much outweigh this minor issue.
• Anne (9/5): A nice B&B to stay in the heart of Napoli! - The terrace is stunning, the rooms are big, you even have sleepers and coffee/tea maker with little something in case you want to eat. So definitely a 4* level for me compared to any other 3* hotel I have been in the area! It was a bit like a treasure hunt but everything is communicated properly you just have to follow the instruction given by email and I really liked the fact you can open the doors with your phone! Luca is also easily reachable and very kind in case you have questions or requests. The situation is ideal, you have an elevator to reach the last floor where the B&B is, you have taxi stop nearby, it’s literally at the Galleria Umberto I.

• Vladlena (9/5): Nice BB in the center city - Nice small BB in the excellent location, close to port and in the heart of city. Room is clean, we had a balcony with amazing views. It’s on 5th floor but there is an elevator. Breakfast is served in small cafe near by. Towels were not changed, but we only had two nights so we didn’t care much. The walls a bit thin , you can hear if neighbors talk too loud

• Allison (8/5): Top location and breakfast. - We really enjoyed the location, it was easy to walk to the start of many of the walking tours and the breakfast provided in collaboration with the bakery next door was delicious. Fast air conditioning too after returning to the apartment and a lovely balcony space. The quality of the room furnishings was fantastic, the only slight negative was the loud noise that the neighbours toilet made in the night. But not something that would put me off staying here again.

• Call (10/5): Clean and pretty reprieve from sight seeing! - Very clean and welcoming. The location was an “11”. It was close enough to the water and also tour pick ups at NH hotels, (a 10 min walk) not to mention all the restaurants nearby! We loved this town and location. The daily housekeeping service was an unexpected surprise, with fresh bottled water daily. They allowed me to keep ice packs in their freezer since I had fragile meds I was traveling with. The terrace and breakfast room offered various coffees, and packaged snacks. The view was nice too. It was quiet and we slept well here.

Room was comfortable, check-in was easy and the complimentary coffee and pastries at the bakery downstairs were delicious. Our room had a balcony, maybe they all do, not sure, but even so, there's a nice roof-top terrace. We'll be back. Nothing we didn't like, just a couple of things to know. The building is old, which gives it a lot of character, but not a lot of sound-proofing between rooms. Also, larger vehicles are restricted in the area, so if you're being picked up for a tour or trip to the airport in anything larger than a six-passenger van, you might have to walk a few minutes to meet your ride (ours was just five minutes away, so no problem).

We went last year and loved it , especially the fantastic breakfast on the terrace . Has it changed hands ? Now no breakfast and just biscuits and coffee machine in room. No one on reception . Rude staff. Basic rooms. Info says breakfast at “our” cafe down the street which implied it was complimentary, it wasn’t .

A tray left out the day before with dry biscuits and dried bread is NOT a breakfast. I also do not like being shouted at by the maid when reporting that my friend has had her key card stolen. We booked this place because we had been 6 moths previously and had a lovely time and a proper breakfast on the sunny terrace with friendly staff. It seems to have changed ownership and the new owner/manager did not show his face. Very poor and disappointing

The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, transportation, activities. Nice to have a clothesline, although it was broken in one of our rooms. Contrary to previous reviews, there was no breakfast? When we asked about it, we were directed to a cafe a couple of doors down who gave us a pastry and coffee free when we told them we were AP guests. No fruit or other foods. Perhaps breakfast is only served in the summer? Which is fine, but tell people. Also walls are pretty thin, I could hear everything that went on next door, including the baby who cried all night.

• Emma (8/5): Excellent - - Location excellent. Roof top terrace scenic. Staff friendly and very helpful with directions, booking taxis etc It’s more B & B than hotel - and exceeds expectations with that in mind. Room was quite hot but windows open meant mosquitos so bring repellant.
• Carol (10/5): - There is not a 24 hour staff person at this place (they had tried to contact me but I was traveling), but they are very nice and helpful. Just make sure that you let them know when you will arrive. The entry is a bit intimidating because it is locked on the ground floor and inside its a bit dark. When you go up to the actual place its bright and open. The breakfast was okay but there are MANY other places close by if you want something different.

Estefania made us feel at home and was very understanding as we had difficulty to communicate with the property due to lack of connectivity before going to the property. This property is very well located near Toledo Metro Station, one of the most beautiful Metro station in Europe. It is near everything, but very quiet at night. I felt in heaven during my stay here as the property is part of a church. I can't recommend it enough! Thank you Attico Partenopeo for the beautiful time spent there!!

Un petit balcon équipé de deux chaises et d'une table permet de prendre le frais après les visites Situé en haut d'un immeuble privé, une superbe terrasse est accessible pendant la présence du personnel. Le petit dejeuner est très bon. Possibilité de laisser les bagages après le check out
