- ANASTASIOS (2/5): You got what you pay for and less i could say !!!! try to avoid it ... - Near Bus Station Small, tiny room (8 - 10 sqm). No air-condition, just an old noisy fan, clean enough bathroom. Just for a night sleep in case of emergency. Difficult to locate the entrance, hidden in a back yard road.
- JOHN (4/5): -
- Phillip (5/5): Wouldn't stay here again - Good location for where I was working Expensive, no facilities, small room, bad shower, uncomfortable bed

- Vivian (4/5): A night not worth staying there for. - The gentleman when checking in and when leaving was really rude. Don’t think he should be working in customer service.
The rooms were also extremely small.

- Peter (5/5): Not recommended - especially for female guests - Cheap Scary area, hard to find, very basic room. No kettles or drinks.
- Eric (7/5): - Rooms smells bad as ventilation is poor arooms cold
- Eric (10/5): The k nightmare - So far all rooms I occupied were cold no heating systems working but had to endure as I find them hospitable clean. Keep the rooms warm well ventilated asthenia rooms I occupied had adverse effect on my breathing condition

- Fiseha (10/5): -
- Philip (3/5): Basic facilities but clean, but not recommended due to the immediate area. - The hotel was basic and my room was clean, however the tv remote was missing. The immediate area was scruffy, there were homeless people congregating all around and some sleeping rough less than 20 metres from the entrance.
There is also a 24 hour petrol station next door which was noisy all night.
I would not recommend this hotel for families with children or women on their own.
- Deepa (2/5): Awful - Nothing No power at night, so no fan, no shower ! Not even a glass or any water in room !!
- Sascha (10/5): It is a clean and tidy motel with exceptional customer service in a bustling area. It's a comfy stay - My Mother and I both agreed that what made the experience exceptional was the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond for you to make your stay comfortable. We loved how there's so many buses going past regularly and how it is not far from the Train Station. It is close to all the amenities of Hackney and the room was clean. Nothing.
- Elwin (5/5): -
- Sohail (2/5): Zero stars I would give - Nothing Was charged £20 for the parking alone . Bed was really old , could feel the springs. The parking light was hitting me right in the eyes . Curtains were really thin
- Miah (8/5): -
- Aida (2/5): -
- victor (7/5): For the money it was ideal - Cheap and did job Locks on hotel doors where tricky to lock and open easyly
- Irene (10/5): - All ok All okay
- Mark (5/5): Go a mile north or south and pay a little bit more. You'll thank yourself for making that decision. - It was 3 minutes from the people I was visiting. I asked for and paid extra for an early check-in. A bed was unmade. There were dirty towels left from the previous guest.
There's a lot of noise from inside the hotel and the surrounding areas.
The staff were surly, and I didn't feel welcome at all.
There is no facility for contactless or chip and pin payments. I'm uncomfortable with someone entering my card details onto a screen i can't see. So, I paid my early check-in fee with cash.
The location is not good. It overlooks a petrol station Which provided some unexpected and unwelcome entertainment at 4:30 am. It's on a busy road. I lost count of the blue lights and sirens during my stay.
I've stayed there twice now.
I won't be staying there again.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends and family.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
- eileen (8/5): - Great location 👌 staff very friendly and helpful
- Esteban (6/5): Overall, you get what you pay for. So it’s not cheap but you’re paying being close to great places in Hackney - 100 meters around the hotel don’t make you feel safe but then head to in the direction of London fields then that’s a lovely neighbourhood It’s just borderline clean, wasn’t 100% sure the sheets were clean
- Ardith (8/5): -
- Lynch (1/5): Wouldn't suggest or return - Rude staff and very poorly run Hotel
- Talent (1/5): Awful - Location The smell from the bathroom was terrible, reported it they only sprayed something which never helped
Bed had plastic cover, no mattress protector, so slept on plastic sheet with a bed sheet on top.
Trickling shower which wasn't hot
- Christopher (5/5): -
- kev (4/5): Not great - Room was not dirty but not clean, shower was ineffective and smelt. Room size, facilities, a blackout curtain/blind would have helped. Shower was poor and had a bad odour
- Ardith (8/5): -
- Lucy (9/5): -
- Sophia (7/5): Does the job! - Good location, small but did the job! The outlets were not by the bed which wasnt the end of the world albeit just inconvenient when it came to charging things.
My pillow was way too tall and pretty rock solid, I just bundled up a jumper and used that instead- for 1 night i could put up with that
- Mr Everton (4/5): It was a bit tiring. - The stair case The shower was very difficult to settle in the right temperature. It was either ice cold or scorching hot. The receptionist wouldn’t allow my guest to come in.
- Oscar (10/5): -
- Darren (5/5): -
- Becca (5/5): was close to where I needed to be and had parking facilities which was why I chose it. - Room was adequate for what I needed, bed was clean and comfortable. Had parking facilities which was why I chose this hotel. window didn't shut properly and let in noise from the road and street.
- Sophie (5/5): - Very friendly staff.
The bed was nice and comfortable.
The price was ok for London. It is next to a homeless shelter so felt very unsafe walking round there.
The entrance is very difficult to find.
The walls to the room are very thin so it's noisy.
The curtains were so filthy I didn't want to touch them.
- Angelova (5/5): -
- Jason (6/5): - Fantastic location for easy access to Hackney, cheap and cheerful accommodation, bed and bedding could do with improvement, which would greatly improve experience
- Florent (10/5): - The property was nice and quite, easy to get transport because near the main Road. Walkable. Clean and the staff very nice.
- Hassan (9/5): -
- Rob (10/5): - Great location for London Fields & Hackney. Good value for money, clean & comfortable.
- Valeri (8/5): - Ideal room for a single traveller. Bed mattress needs changing. It was quiet enough. Not much of a view from a window to a roof and a bit of petrol station.
The area around the hotel looks dirty, but hotel itself is clean. Lack of kettle in the room has been replaced with a communial kettle in the foyer.
- Abigail (2/5): - Parking was £20 to literally just put outside of the front door. There was a very unpleasant smell during the stay. There was one microwave at the bottom of the stairs to heat your food which didn’t look clean.
Very unhappy with the stay for the price paid.
- Hector (8/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): - This place is tucked behind a gas station in Hackney and there's lots of good restaurants and shops in the area. The rooms are basic and the staff are friendly and helpful.
- nigel (7/5): -
- Esther (8/5): - Shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the room basic but enough comfort for us. There were no tea / coffee equipment in the room but you could make it downstairs if required. Shower was small but clean. Overall value for money spent.
- George (10/5): - All my needs and expectations were met.
- Maria (10/5): - Really convenient price for the room and the nicer staff. It is difficult to find but overall a great stay for a little price
- Lucas (8/5): - Worth the price
- Gary (6/5): Cheap budget hotel - It was fine for one night and room was quiet and clean.
The only complaint was no refreshments in the room, it is shared with the guest, via a kettle, paper cups and basic refreshments in the reception area
- Xavier (4/5): - Rude staff. Dirty. Poor facilities (shower, toilet etc)
- Cherif (2/5): Avoid - The room in bad condition smells all over refuse to change it and ask for extra 60£ also 20£ for parking I felt ashamed I stayed there and I got my wife with me very bad
- Emma Bohn (8/5): Fine for a place to sleep - The man in the lobby was really great and friendly. He was very helpful during our stay. The room was okay for the price, and the beds were actually kinda good. But it lacked in atmosphere- but again, it’s a cheep hotel, guess you get what you pay for.
- katie (9/5): - Really convenient location for our activity. Basic hotel with friendly staff. Shower could do with a little tlc but worked.
- Alex (8/5): Convenient and good value. - Good location, close to everything you’d need and easy to get around from. Good value for money considering the area. Easy and straightforward check-in process, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room itself is decent in size, clean, and comfortable with everything you’d expect for a short stay. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for convenience without breaking the bank.
- Kim (2/5): Never again . Rude member of staff who threatened to stop my stay that evening if I gave a bad review . Personal details - Nothing Sadly we booked this as it had parking . On arrival we were charged £30. Mice traps in the landings and bedroom and rooms not clean
- Henry (8/5): - Only stayed a night as at a festival nearby simple accommodation which was all I wanted. Lot of noise from nearby property which hotel tried to solve.
- Jamie (8/5): -
- Stuart (2/5): -
- poppy (8/5): - I like rahjeh on reception.
However expedia said that you could pay on arrival. Infact the payment tried to be taken prior on the day and due to it being an old card, payment was not taken. The room was then cancelled.
Luckily they were able to give us one of the disabled rooms, however we did not have our own bathroom.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
- Scott (8/5): - Clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Would be nice to have a kettle to make drinks in the room
- Thomas (5/5): Great location, great staff but rooms and hotel need improvement - All staff at the hotel were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect for attending a music festival at Victoria park. The shower pole on the wall was very fragile and felt like it could fall off. The individual wrapped hand soap in the bathroom had an expiry date of 5 years ago. The bedding appeared clean but in seeing it closer it had a few marks on it.
- Malakai (8/5): - Nice place, easy access in the end, once we found it
- Julie (6/5): - Dirty shower
- Rocha (1/5): -
- Mohammad (4/5): - After knowing theres parking free if you book online.
I was asked to give some cash for the parking again in the middle of the night
- Amanda (2/5): Don't bother - awful and dirty - Bedroom and bathroom were dirty (probably hadn't been properly cleaned in a while). Light pullcord in bathroom was disgusting and the toilet seat broken. There was hair in the shower and stains on the sheets. The room was very shabby and tired. Beds were uncomfortable.
Reception didn't seem to care when issues were raised.
- wayne (8/5): - Great staff very welcoming and showed a great interest in reason for stay and if we had a good night, room was good bed was okay main downside was the surrounding area but location worked for where we needed to be. All in all 4/5
- Cara (6/5): - Great for what we wanted, close to train station.
Room very basic but comfortable.
Nice bars in the area and plenty of options for food.
A lot of noise from neighbouring buildings.
- Simpson (9/5): Superb - The hotel itself is lovely and clean. Its a tad difficult to find
- Philip (2/5): Poor service, poor maintenance - I had booked 2 rooms for my family (inc 2 teens). Service on arrival was poor. Argumentative and lack of any caring attitude. Received a request to see evidence that the kids were ours. Also they wanted to see ID for our kids and my partner. They also showed us ID of other guests (breach of Data protection), this proved though they only took 1 person's ID. The hallways were soaked in water which were slippery. The rooms looked clean when entering but we found chair and fan broken. In one of the rooms, no towels were provided at all. The showers were dirty. Used soap in the shower tray. The shower frame (to hold the shower head to wall) was broken. Dirty rooms as we found empty bottles and rubbish down sides of bed. Barely any plug sockets and the ones we did find did not work. Windows were difficult to close so had to suffer with the noise from outside.
- Ionela (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, clean room and very friendly staff.
- Lauren-marie (8/5): Very good -
- Jenni (3/5): Poor - The staff No lift, no coffee n tea making in the room, bathroom was so small
- Helen (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mike (6/5): Pleasant - Shower was good Location for city access wasn't great and could be intimidating at night as it's in a weird location off a side street through a covered entrance
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - The Manager was welcoming and helped take my suitcase to the room. He swapped our room so we could have 3 single beds. Small parking on site. Room was clean. Could do with a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hold the towel.
Location was behind a mental health hostel, mind building and appeared a deprived area.
- Cristina (7/5): Good - We booked the same day that we were arrived and had not prepared our trip so we were a little lost but Raja was very helpful and friendly. It is basic but affordable. It has a good quality -price and it was clean.
- Don (8/5): - Friendly, family run, reasonably priced hotel. Close to public transport
- Sue (10/5): Exceptional - Staff friendly And helpful. Lovely clean bedding
- Jane (8/5): Very good -
- Julian (8/5): Affordable Stay in the Ambient London Fields - Super affordable stay—well worth the money.
At the price point, you get what you paid for—it does deliver on all its promises, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly!
- Simon (8/5): Value stay for London. - Good budget hotel but quite hard to find down the back street.
- Luke (1/5): Bad - Doesn't exist.
- Philip (6/5): - Only a 1 night stay after attending a concert so wasn’t looking for anything to expensive.Room was very small as was bathroom but did the job required.
