Gostamos muito do café e chá no quarto, como cortesia.Ficamos muito satisfeitos, me hospedaria novamente neste hotel. Apenas como sugestão, poderia ter um frigobar no quarto.

Pedias que no entraran en la habitacion en tu ausencia y entraban y dejaban el viakal encima de la mesa al lado de la cama. El suelo de la habitacion estaba limpio menos debajo de las camas. Para no repetir y no recomendar a nadie

• Herke (1/5): - Die Lage Das ist eine Farce! Wir habe das White House Hotel gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Sie haben uns schlichtweg ins Seymour Hotel umgebucht! Dreckiges Zimmer, Motten im Zimmer, die Fenster undicht, kleppern wenn der Wind geht und kaltes Wasser in der Dusche (Dusche fällt auseinander) und nur 1 Schlüsselkarte für zwei Personen im Zimmer! Ein unverschämtes Frühstück... Nur Toast, Wurst aus Separatorenfleich, Analogkäse und keine Eier! Kein Englischfrühstück. Küchenpersonal spricht kein Englisch, obwohl man sie mehrfach anspricht. Frühstückraum im Keller, und man musste auf ein Sitzplatz warten. Das ist eine Farce! Wir habe das White House Hotel gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Sie haben uns schlichtweg ins Seymour Hotel umgebucht! Dreckiges Zimmer, Motten im Zimmer, die Fenster undicht, kleppern und kalte Dusche (Dusche fällt auseinander) und nur 1 Schlüsselkarte für zwei. Ein unverschämtes Frühstück... Nur Toast, Wurst aus Separatorenfleich, Analogkäse und keine Eier! Küchenpersonal spricht kein Englisch. Frühstückraum im Keller, und man musste auf ein Sitzplatz warten. Jeden Tag Beschwerde und nichts hat sich geändert! Eine direkte Straße zum Krankenhaus, auch der Bus fährt am Fenster vorbei! Teilweise fahren Sie wie Geisteskranke die Straße runter. Schlaf undenkbar! Man hört die Spülung des klos und die Autos hört man als ob man offene Fenster hat! Die Fenster mussten wir mit Leintücher und Klopapier abdichten! Die Zimmer oben drüber hatten Elefanten zu besuch - bis 1 Uhr früh und ab 4 Uhr früh ging es weiter. Betten wurden nicht gemacht, Handtücher am Boden vergessen, Haare beim Einzug schon vorhanden, Waschbecken und Ablage schmuddelig. Dreck und Müll unter den Betten... Was soll ich noch sagen?? Es kann von uns nicht weiter empfohlen werden! Jeden Tag Beschwerde und nichts hat sich geändert! Eine direkte Straße zum Krankenhaus, auch der Bus fährt am Fenster vorbei! Teilweise fahren Sie wie Geisteskranke die Straße runter. Schlaf undenkbar!

• sebastia albert (9/5): Buenas calidad precio en el centro de Londres - Es un buen hotel en relación calidad precio. La ubicación muy buena, en un barrio seguro y con todos los servicios (tiendas, restaurantes...) y muy cerca de la estación de Paddington. Se puede ir andando a varios lugares, pues no está muy lejos del centro. Incluye el desayuno. La cama muy cómoda y la calefacción y agua caliente genial. La habitación y el aseo están calculados al milímetro, está todo muy justo. Nos tocó habitación en el tercer piso y el último tramo de escaleras está muy empinado. No hay ascensor. El desayuno consiste en pan tostado, jamón y queso, mermelada y mantequilla, yogures, café, te y leche. Hay caco en polvo. En general suficiente.

• Urwen99 (4/5): CONTROLLATE LE RECENSIONI SU GOOGLE MAPS PRIMA DI PRENOTARE - Assenza di moquette in camera. Presenza del bollitore in camera. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in reception. Personale disponibile nell'aiutare e nel rispondere alle domande. La camera e la struttura in generale erano sporchi. Ci tengo inoltre a dire che, pur avendo prenotato il white house hotel, siamo stati mandati a dormire a un loro affiliato che si trova lì accanto e con il quale condivide la sala colazione, il Seymour. Appena arrivati ho spostato le lenzuola per mettermi nel letto e ho trovato un capello evidentemente non mio. Altri capelli vari ovunque e tantissima polvere e sporco, quando ti sdrai sul letto vedi la polvere per aria. Molto molto rumoroso, l'ultima notte non siamo riusciti a dormire. Non è stato possibile chiudere interamente e correttamente la finestra della camera. Il lavandino del bagno è così piccolo che non è possibile lavarsi il viso. Abbiamo ricevuto il tappeto per il bagno solo all'ultimo giorno dopo che ho chiamato per la preoccupazione per le possibili tarme/cimici dei letti. Se state in hotel più di un giorno la colazione va molto a noia avendo a disposizione solo pane, un paio di insaccati, marmellata (di un solo tipo al giorno, non sia mai che ci sia la possibilità di scegliere), acqua calda per thè/caffè e due succhi. La sala colazione inoltre non è come da foto (che è sicuramente stata fatta con il grandangolo), è davvero molto molto piccola e non adatta al numero degli ospiti dei vari hotel. Abbiamo avuto paura di una infestazione di tarme/cimici dei letti viste le recensioni delle ultime due settimane su google maps e vista la comparsa di uno sfogo sul braccio. Non consigliato.

• Monsallier (5/5): Ca a fait le boulot car nous y sommes resté que très peu longtemps mais quand même un peu décevant - L'emplacement était parfait et dans un quartier agréable, l'acceuil a été cordial, la salle de bain etait bien, plutôt propre, ainsi que la chambre Les rideaux étaient abîmés et scotchés au mur pour garder le noir ce qui fait qu'en journée quand on a voulu ouvrir pour avoir la lumière du jour on a pas su bien les refermer car nous n'avions pas de scotch, au petit déjeuner le personnel était en pleine crise, ils se disputaient entre eux ce n'est pas très agréable au réveil. Nous aurions apprécié avoir un tapis de bain, les serviettes avaient une odeur douteuse (de cuisine pour l'une, et de fluides corporels pour l'autre) et une tache jaune sur un des draps sur lequel je devais dormir

• veronica (6/5): No vuelvo mas a ese hotel ni gratis - Es difícil decirle. Mos mandaron el hotel Seymour que es unobde los 4 o 5 hoteles que trabajan juntos. Lo único que puedo decir que me gusto es quevla zona era agradable. Lo demás todo malo 1) llegue tengo 65 años y tuve que subir 3 pisos por escalera ni ofrecieron ayudar 2) de las 3 noches dos veces no nos hicieron las camas y tuvimos que reclamar ,3) el cuarto apenas podíamos caminar siendo 2 con dos valijas 4) el desayuno desastroso, jugo artificial, las tostadas las sacaban ellos y te las daban a veces frías, habia solo tostadas , yogur y copos. Café y té. Ni siquiera unos huevos o media lunas . Y el lugar todos apretados teniendo que compartir mesas.

• Stefano (1/5): - Ottima posizione! Pessima esperienza Zero igiene, ambiente sporco , vecchio e trascurato Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni e l’esperienza è stata assolutamente negativa. Pessima pulizia, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato polvere ovunque, bagno in condizioni terribili (allego foto wc) Cucchiaini da the usati e non lavati e carte di snack a terra e sotto il letto. Coperte rovinate e bucate in diversi punti. La stanza non viene pulita nella durata del soggiorno, il letto viene rifatto (non sempre) male. Gli asciugamani, due di numero, non ci sono stati cambiati , ma soltanto ripiegati e messi sui letti . La colazione inclusa nel prezzo comprende cereali da colazione, fette di pane (tipo sandwich) , qualche affettato scadente e caffè e succhi annacquati. Una totale mancanza di professionalità. Unica nota a favore è la posizione . Non ci tornerei e lo sconsiglio vivamente .

• Sanna (7/5): - Sijainti loistava. Olimme varanneet huoneen White house- hotellista, mutta jostain syystä meidät majoitettiin Seymour hotelliin. Vuode huoneessa 120cm ja meitä aikuisen kokoisia oli kaksi, joten ahdasta oli nukkua. Aamiainen suppea, ja aamiaishuone oli todella pieni ja aina sinne mennessä täynnä.

When we arrived they said there was no vacancy and they moved us to the Seymour Hotel even though we paid for the White House Hotel.

The fan switch for the bathroom was too high on the wall. There was a safe in the wardrobe that did not work. The daily breakfast was anything but English. Our room was on the 2nd floor which meant we had to climb over 40 steps to go up to our room.

We appreciated the kettle and tea making facilities in the room and the included continental breakfast was great! It was good value for money especially as we booked last minute (better value than the Premier Inn which would have been double the price with no breakfast).

Clean, comfortable enough, breakfast included, were happy to look after bags in reception as required. We'd stay again. Breakfast was basic but fine. Only one pillow each. Room was a bit warm.
