- Ceyhun (10/5): - Oda bakımı ve temizliğinde bir kaç kusur olsada en nihayetinde fiyatına göre çok iyi, o nedenle tam puan veriyorum. Personelle ufak pürüzler olsada yine iletişime açıklar ve çözüm odaklılar günün yorgunluğuda dahil ederek tam puan vereceğim. Odalar büyük genel olarak her ihtiyaç var, manzarası ve havuzu oldukça güzel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bir daha asla kalmayacağım “Otel” - Üç yıldızlı otelden ziyade Motel gibiydi , “otelin” bahçe katında kaldım , şebeke çekmiyordu ve WiFi çok zayıftı. Banyo temiz değildi , üstelik duşakabinde iğne vardı. Sulardan da oluk oluk çamurlu su akıyordu.
- Müjdat (2/5): - 3 gece çocuklarla kaldım, ne bı temizlikçi uğradı ne temizlik ürünleri yenilendi/getirildi. Wc kağıdını ve banyo malzemelerini yanında taşımak gerek oraya giderken, çok farklı otellerde kaldım ama bu türünün son örneği. Prizler kablolarda sallanıyor ,sabit değil, herhangi biri rahatlıkla carpilabilir
- Rana (2/5): Awful visit - It was the most awful stay ever. First of all we were met by a woman who could not speak a work in english, so we could not understand each other at all. When we came to the room - it looked nice but little did we know. The stove was not working - and the workers could not get it to start or even communciate in english with us. The air conditioning was off, and not working in the bedroom. And we were told that we could not use the bath in the bathroom, as it is forbidden. Why is there even a bath then?? The worker there was very very creepy. He first seemed like an old nice man, but throughout the week he would follow my family around each time we came or went somewhere. He would stand outside the balcony and watch, which made us super uncomfortable. Also: the room was infested with bed bugs. At first we did not understand what was happening, as all of us were getting what we thought was "mosquito" bites. Now that we are home, we now have a bed bugs invasion in our home caused by the filthy hotel. They did also not offer room service at all. The pool that was supposed to open 9-6 often opened muchhhh later. I would not recommend staying here.

- Gregory (6/5): - Nous avons passé quelques jours à Pendik début mai, l'hôtel est bien placé mais malheureusement la piscine était fermée malgré le soleil et la chaleur, il n y avait pas de clim, pas de bouchon pour la baignoire, le fer à repasser ne fonctionnait pas et la rue est assez bruyante. Le lit est confortable mais c'est deux lits simples collés, la couette est trop petite. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, l'hôtel est à côté d'une station Marmaray et devant un jolie parc qui donne sur la mer. L'accueil était agréable

- Tatyana (2/5): - When I entered the room, both the bathroom and the toilet bowl were dirty. I asked the front desk to clean it. They told me I could take a 30-minute walk outside, and they would clean it up. After 30 minutes, they said they would need another 30 minutes. Finally, after spending an hour outside the hotel, I returned to the room and found that they had only cleaned the toilet bowl. I was too tired to go for another supposed 30-minute walk, so I decided never to stay there again. I'm not sure how they earned their 4-star rating.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good if you're spending just 1 or 2 nights, not mo - Overall, it was a good experience. However, there are crucial things to improve. The inside of the coffee maker was rusty. I wasn't able to make coffee in the morning. I had to go out and buy some.

The room wasn't overly clean and many things for the kitchen were missing, including detergent so we could not wash and reuse dishes. The bed only had one single doona inside a queen quilr cover which wasnt sufficient for 2 people. The hotel needs quite a lot of repairs

Very good position close to the seaside and Marmara train station in a couple of minutes. Shop not far away.

- O (2/5): - First of all let's get the listing description straight: - It's not a hotel but rather a MOTEL at best. - they deceivingly list rooms with "ocean view" for a ground level rooms! Secondly, the rooms description: - yes it is a big rooms, but it's an old & nasty furnished one, with barely any lights fixtures in it! - Not safe at all, with rooms that has big glass window right next to the roads at ground level! - The "motel" without consideration of their own resident, arrange for weddings (from the afternoon up to around 11:30 p.m. with constant loud musics) in an areas right in front of the hotel room, so forget about you getting some rest. Theirdly, staff: - uncooperative lying front desk staff, as i requested a different room to avoid some of the above mentioned issues, they claim there are no rooms available (while they still have rooms listed for booking on the web site!). - in addition i raised a complaint to expedia and they tried to contact the "motel" with no luck, i even informed the front disk kid to respond to expedia but he double down on his lies saying expedia never reached out! (Now that you've been informed of all that, book at your own risk)

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good location, not so good condition of hotel - The hotel is located next to the railway station which you can hear in the room. Our room was pretty old and its condition not well anymore. The breakfast was ok but also not great. The location of the hotel is good since it is close to the airport SAW and close to the sea and park.

They told me that the cleaning lady threw it in trash. I can’t believe this is how they trained their staff. If your forget your bag, phone or power bank your May as well say good bye to it coz they don’t take care of someone else’s property, they just trash it as it is theirs. Very dissatisfied!

- irvingandwendym (6/5): Decent budget option for Istanbul - Good: Decent sized room with a good shower. Only 100 metres to the metro. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff. Bad: Poor room service. Desk tops stained. Some lights not working. Light switch hanging from the wall.

- belgianguy1 (6/5): Comfortable and good value, but improvements are possible - Inexpensive but comfortable room and bathroom, fridge and smart tv, there's also a balcony but incomplete furniture, we only had a table but no chairs there, and when we peeked at the balcony of the neighbors it was the reverse, only a chair but no table:-) the bedside lights weren't working either ...small things but it's lost potential, it's a pity... there's a very nice pool area but we were surprised to find out we had to pay an extra 100 liras per person for pool use, this was not communicated at all in the booking site, how weird... otherwise I easily would have given an extra star, coz all in all this hotel was good value! Also remarkably quiet here considering the location right by the railway tracks and right under the flight path of landing planes!
