• Daniela (5/5): Ein typisch englisches Hotel mit zwergenhaften Zimmern ohne Kleiderkasten - Die Lage und das freundliche Personal Es hat mir nicht gefallen, dass ich in der ersten Nacht im Untergeschoss schlafen musste mit einem Fenster in den Lichtschacht, in dem es höllisch gelärmt hat. Und dass der Lift nicht repariert wurde und wir mitsamt dem Koffer in den zweiten bzw vierten Stock zu Fuß gehen mussten. Und, dass am dritten Tag kein glutenfreies Brot mehr vorhanden war, obwohl es mir zugesichert wurde und das Personal erst während des Frühstücks einkaufen gegangen ist!!!!

Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Very limited space. Toilet and shower also very small. Shower and even sink were difficult to operate. Breakfast was not included, making this a very expensive option for two nights , given the comments above.

La pulizia più che sufficiente; la receptionist Anna, con la quale abbiamo potuto scambiare qualche parola in più in italiano e che si è dimostrata professionale Il grosso problema è che questo hotel fa parte della catena BW Premier e viene proposto come un 4 stelle; così stando le cose, quello che non va: all'arrivo l'ascensore è stato dichiarato come "appena guastato" e non è stato aggiustato entro i 4 giorni del nostro soggiorno, costringendoci a portare su e giù 2 valigie da 23 kg l'uno più zaini e altre borse ogni giorno - le scale molto strette e ripide. Mi domando come possano fare persone più anziane e/o con problemi fisici, rispetto a noi. Il bagno minuscolo, il lavandino irrisorio e con un problema al rubinetto (che, colpa nostra, abbiamo evidenziato con più forza solo a fine soggiorno, con il disagio di aver avuto acqua fredda che schizzava ovunque per lavarci); camera molto piccola, per quanto io sappia bene che questi sono gli standard di Londra; la moquette, mai indice di gran igiene... le pareti con pezzi di intonaco che si sollevano, in camera. Ripeto: se questo hotel non fosse BW Premier, non fosse un 4 stelle e costasse meno, la valutazione sarebbe un 7; viceversa, lo abbiamo trovato insufficiente

En effet, l'hôtel est décoré avec goût. L'essentiel du confort y est! De plus, c'était quand même très calme. Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. La propreté était bof, dès notre arrivée, il y avait des choses suspectes au sol (qui n'ont jamais été aspirés durant notre séjour). L'évier de la salle de bain était minuscule, très difficile de s'en servir. La douche très étroite aussi.

W okolicy sklepy i restauracje. Spokojna okolica.. Tym razem dostalismy pokoj na -1. Podłoga w łazience byla bardzo zimna. Okno w pokoju praktycznie sie nie otwierało. Za oknem schody i wyjscie po nich na ulice, ciemno w pokoju. Rano codziennie duże kolejki na śniadaniu, trzeba było czekać po dobre 20-30 minut. Zbyt mała ilość stolików do ilości gości.

• Mohammed (3/5): - The hotel is conveniently located and only a 2-minute walk from Earl’s Court Underground station, which gives easy access to most of London. Although I had late check in, to their credit, staff offered me a complimentary breakfast voucher for the inconvenience, although I did not use it. Check-in was delayed. Although check-in is normally at 14:00, my room was still not ready when I arrived at 17:30, and I had to wait around another 30 minutes. My lower ground floor room also had an ant problem. I found ants on the bed sheets, near the pillows, and around the headboard during my stay. As someone who is 6'6", I found the bathroom very small and could not stand upright comfortably. Overall, I did not feel the hotel offered good value for the price paid.

The location near Earls Court tube station was perfect for getting to theatre and around London. The room on 3rd floor was comfortable, clean and quiet. We chose the daily breakfast served & overseen by Greta, Daniela and Maia . They were friendly and efficient . They made our morning along with the excellent lattes! The personnel at reception were extremely helpful with advice.directions and tips. All in all Mornington Kensington is of great value to anyone. Free newspapers were also wonderful to keep up on the news. Our family stayed there booking 3 rooms in 2024 and had a wonderful experience as well The cleaning staff did a great job and it was a pleasure to come back after a long day to our room. Bed was very comfortable I highly recommend a stay there)

• Tearoha (9/5): - Great location close to the tube, local shops and pubs. Decent size room. Comfortable beds, lovely staff at reception, very welcoming, extremely helpful and full of smiles. The shower was on the small size and as my mum is an elderly pensioner with arthritis she found it really hard turning the shower knobs on and off as nothing to grip onto, I had to help her. Apart from that, really good hotel.

• El-La (8/5): More of.a business hotel for 1-2 nights, less so for tourists and a longer stay - Great location, breakfast is of great quality and variety (ours was included but if it's for purchase it's quite pricey). The room was very clean, beds are very comfortable The staff is super nice, both at the reception and at breakfast, always trying to help. My main feedback is on the comfort in the room. The design of the bathroom is extremely uncomfortable. There is barely any space to spread out. The hotel was recently renovated and all the fixtures have this minimalistic modern look but absolutely not suitable for comfort. I would force that designer to live with this bathroom for a year. We stayed 6 nights and it was a noticeable annoyance every single day. The sink faucet has only one knob for temperature and volume, hard to figure out, and volume is not even changing . The shower has two knobs but the temperature control is very not friendly and we haven't been able to figure out the full functionality. No signs of any kind, no pictograms, nothing. You have to figure it out by trial and error. The shower cabin is tiny, I don't know how someone even a bit larger would fit, and I'm pf average size. Every time it was like a contortionist trick. One can't comfortably move in the cabin, you immediately bang in the glass The sink deserves a special shout-out. It's small, rectangular and very shallow, maybe two palms wide. And half of it is hidden under a shelf. You can't do anything comfortably, you rinse the mouth and lean over to spit - and bang the head on the shelf . There are only two hooks on the walls to hang the towels or clothes. One of the squished between the sink and the shower cabin, and it covers the soap bottle attached to the wall, even though there's plenty of space in the walls, but they are bare. Nothing on the door, no other surfaces, only a wire shelf almost at the floor level. No towel warmer, so you put your wet towel on top of the smaller one. In the room there's no closet, only an open rack. The room itself was a good size for 2 people but one of us had to keep the suitcase in the floor and there's no place to put out the clothes, aside from that rack. with a few hangers. This is probably a business hotel for 2-3 nights.
• Chris (9/5): Nettes Stadthotel in günstiger Lage - Sehr gut gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, aber nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu Bus oder Bahn. Man kann aber auch zu Fuß direkt vom Hotel aus die Gegend erkunden, es gibt einige nette Lokale und Läden in Reichweite. Wir hatten die Executive Suite und waren mit dem Platzangebot sehr zufrieden. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Balkon zur Strassenseite, den man gut nutzen kann, da es dort fast keinen Verkehr gibt. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal.

• arzudilaray (10/5): Cozy stay and great experience - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, and the atmosphere felt warm, peaceful, and cozy throughout our trip. We visited as a group of 3 friends and stayed in 2 separate rooms. Yes, the rooms were quite small, but honestly, we only spent time there for sleeping, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. If you plan to spend long hours in the hotel, I would recommend choosing your room accordingly. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day, and the beds were also very comfortable. Transportation was extremely convenient, you can reach Earl’s Court station within just 1–2 minutes on foot. There were also easy bus connections from both the front and back streets of the hotel. Even when returning late at night, we never felt unsafe; the area was very calm and peaceful. There were also many bars, shops, and places to explore nearby. When I come back again, this is definitely a hotel I would love to stay at once more. Thank you so much for everything!

• Jesse (5/5): Looked good on paper, disappointed with the check in issue. Breakfast was nice when we got served - Staff were professional on the front desk. Location handy with tube so close. Couldn't get into room at 2.30 when check in is from 2pm!! Angry, changed olabd. Previous guest booked a late checkout for 1pm but left at 2pm. Doesn't help us. Kick them out. Shower tiny!! Room very small to the detriment of my wife's claustrophobia.

Handtuchtausch musste an der Reception angemahnt werden, wurde dann aber korrekt umgesetzt. Zimmer extrem klein. Eng nach allen Seiten. Safe auf dem Fussboden. Kaum Abstand zwischen Betten und Schreibtisch. Schubfächer und Stuhl praktisch nicht nutzbar. Im Bad keine Steckdose.

• Aistleitner (8/5): - Lage sehr gut. Ganz Nahe der Underground Station Earl's Court und somit schnell und ohne Umsteigen zu allen relevanten Sights. Frühstück ausgezeichnet und gute Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen. Sehr sauber und modern. Würde wieder dort übernachten. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, vor allem das Waschbecken war so schmal, dass beim Waschen alles rundherum nass war. Auch die Dusche war nicht richtig dicht, obwohl sie neu zu sein schien.

• Therese (1/5): Weit unter allen Erwartungen bei diesem Zimmerpreis - Die Lage und das Frühstück waren ok. Obwohl wir ein Superiorzimmer gebucht hatten, wurden wir in ein stinkendes Kellerzimmer verwiesen. Nachdem wir dieses „Downgrad“ nicht akzeptiert haben, wurde uns für eine Nacht ein Standarddreierzimmer angeboten, was wir leider missmutig akzeptiert haben. Dieses Zimmer war unter dem bezahlten Superiorniveau, sowohl in der Dusche als auch im Lavabo floss das Wasser nicht ab, es fehlten der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine. Das Zimmer entsprach Max einem Dreisternzimmer. Dass das Hotel Übersicht ist nicht unser Problem. Beim Frühstück haben wir von anderen Gästen erfahren, dass sie auch wegen Überbuchung ein Upgrade erhalten haben. Wir bedauern zutiefst diesem Hotel einen so hohen Zimmerpreis bezahlt zu haben. Und wurde zwar beim CheckIn versprochen, dass wir am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer erhalten würden. Da wir nicht wussten, was uns angeboten würde, haben wir das Hotel verlassen.

Colazione soddisfacente, fornita di tutto, almeno per le mie esigenze, a buffet e la possibilità di scegliere anche un piatto dalla carta colazione. Camera carina, tranquilla, ben pulita, con esposizione verso l'interno su giardino. Posizione vicina alla fermata della metropolitana, 4/5 minuti di cammino dalla struttura, quindi agevole per raggiungere tutte le parti della città. Se ritornerò a Londra, sicuramente terrò in considerazione ancora la struttura Mi è piaciuto tutto, la camera era un pò piccola, me la aspettavo lievemente più grande, ma in fase di prenotazione, erano ben evidenziate le opzioni di scelta di camera ed avevo scelto io questa camera, quindi non si può considerare questo mio parere una lamentela nei confronti della struttura, probabilmente in futuro sceglierò l'opzione della camera un pò più grande

• joeriv643 (10/5): Very happy, will come back - Very good location, only a few minutes walking to metro station Earls Court with both the District Line and the Piccadilly Line. The hotel has a very friendly staff, with a 24/7 reception and bar. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. I also liked the free coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was very complete and all products are A-brands. Very large choice of à la minute cooked warm dishes. Next time I'll visit London I will come back here.
