The next day we asked for a late check out and got that for free. The hotel arranged an easter egg run for the kids which was great for them. The hotel is located close to Universal Epic Universe and has a great outdoor area with swimming pools, bar and a lazy river. Room spacius and restaurant good. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel!

- Passenger226177 (10/5): Wonderful return visit & perfect location - We recently returned from a delightful stay at Hilton Orlando. The rooms, recently remodeled, are stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the suite was spacious, and the pool view can’t be beat! We were attending an event at the convention center, and the covered walkway directly connecting to the hotel lobby made our stay even more convenient. To kickstart our busy day, we visited Scratch Market and found delicious coffee and quick food options. We also enjoyed evening drinks at Fast Break and went back for the buffet breakfast. Our server, Darrick, was exceptional, providing attentive service throughout our meal. The buffet was delicious, fresh and offered a large variety of options. We loved the omelet station. The pictures of the pool don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful oasis with ample space to relax and unwind. The kids absolutely loved the water slide and the lazy river was a perfect way to cool off. There’s also a volleyball area and basketball court, ensuring there’s something for everyone. For the little ones, there are two shallow beach entry areas and a separate splash pad zone. They also have life vests for kids if needed. To end your day on a relaxing note, make sure to visit the fire pit area. It’s the perfect place to unwind and soak up the ambiance.

- Departure20628452093 (4/5): Restaurants and shuttle desks closed when we arrived at 7:00 a.m. - We arrived at 7:00 pm and two of the three restaurants were closed, even though they had hours left, because of staffing shortages. Then went to book the complimentary shuttle to Universal, but the booking desk was also closed—and there’s no way to book through the front desk or website. Its hours of operation are 7:00 am to 11:00 am, but check in is at 3:00 pm. So, there’s no way to book the day before. We splurged for this hotel thinking it would be a resort experience, but didn’t get that.

The rooms are modern and seem recently refreshed and are furnished very tastefully. The gym is well appointed and the pools are really nice. There’s even a basketball court. The hotel was super busy but we were still able to take advantage of the amenities and had a great time. The buffet breakfast and onsite restaurants were also really good!

The sheets felt good and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was as great as I hoped it would be. I can’t speak to the restaurants or other hotel amenities, since we didn’t use them. A few notes: —I would have liked the restaurant menus on the hotel website to have had prices for the menu items. It’s hard to decide whether to go to a restaurant or not if you don’t know how expensive it will be. —There is a resort fee, and parking is expensive. It’s good to know about these things so you can factor them in with the price of the room.

- Voyager795603 (10/5): Impressed by Hilton Orlando - We recently stayed at the Hilton Orlando at the end of a month long trip, and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of our travels. This hotel is known for meetings and conferences, but it should be considered for leisure guests. The pool area was as beautiful and extensive as any I have vacationed on in the islands. The property is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, the layout is impressive, and it felt like a true resort. The food and beverage options were outstanding. The pastries and gelato were hard to resist, and each meal at their restaurants were very enjoyable. We were most impressed by the staff, who treated us as if we were part of a convention. We are just travelers who were treated with warmth and hospitality throughout the hotel. We have traveled extensively throughout the world, and the Hilton Orlando ranks up there with the best. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future. If you are considering this hotel for a vacation, I would highly recommend it.

You have to pay resort fees, parking fees if you have a car, and I actually had to pay to get my Amazon package which is crazy. They have all deliveries go into the fedex office. If I would have known, I would've told the Amazon driver to call me when they were downstairs so I can get my package. The rooms were clean. They don’t have microwaves in the room. If you want one for your stay, it’s $25. I picked this place because of the lazy river. The lazy river was boring. It barely moves you. My daughter loves lazy rivers but wouldn’t get in because there were leaves and stuff all in the river. I usually stay at the same property every time I visit Orlando. I wanted to stay somewhere else this time so I tried this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ll stick to my usual property or try a different hotel next time.

Great customer service and we will definitely stay here again if we are in Orlando.
- cwcharacters (10/5): Re-review - This is a re-review of the Hiton Orlando. It's been a while since I've been in the area and am happy to report that one of my favorite hotels remains near the top of my list! This is a big hotel that somehow feels small. The only time you'll notice it's size, is when there is a big convention next door. Then, the bars & restaurants will be loaded and hard to get into. The only exceptions to that rule are The Scratch Market (not the best name) off of the lobby and the Fast Break sports bar on the lower level. The Scratch Market is a grab-n-go sandwich & bakery spot. Fast Break has a small, but mighty, menu. The burgers are great. There are many restaurant options nearby, so don't let the possible crowds dissuade you. The hotel underwent a redo 2+ years ago and the additions are a welcome update. Rooms continue to be well equipped, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I do miss the old Executive Club, but that's a small dis. I'll stay at the Orlando Hilton any chance I get and so should you.

- Happiness802934 (8/5): Big hotel - For the size of this hotel, we were surprised to find it quiet. Valet and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was fairly spacious and we found the bathroom to be larger than most hotels in this class. I did find the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good and the towels were terrible. The bed was comfortable and both the room and the hotel appeared to be well kept.

Room was modern, fresh, large, and well appointed. Just about 10 minute from the airport. Great food amenities in thelobby, open late, which worked well for us. Staff was communicative and helpful. We may have stayed at this Hilton by happenstance, but would stay again.

On-site restaurant was excellent and market full of choices. And who doesn't love hilton pillows in the room. Would come here again and again! Adriana was so pleasant in the lobby ensuring we had a great stay.

- U4228EOlisaf (10/5): A Hilton Experience Not to Miss! - Where to start? What a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel! Our 5-star experience started from check in. Alex found us a room even though we were very early. He upgraded our room to the 19h floor with Epic views and recent remodeling. We settled in and then went for lunch at Fastbreak. Paula our server was attentive, kind and very helpful! You won’t go wrong asking for her as your server. The host Alvaro, also provided excellent service greeting us. On our second and third visits welcomed us like family and made sure we could have Paula when she was available. We enjoyed Todovos the Mexican restaurant. Loved their table side Guacamole. Delicious. We ate at Trubucco the fabulous Italian restaurant on Thursday with a wait staff team of David and Omar providing exquisite service. We came back a few nights later insisting on Omar and David as our service team. My husband and I were celebrating our 11th anniversary. They once again delivered phenomenal service and frankly made our meal experience one of a kind and forever memorable. Trubucco food went above and beyond our expectations. The Shrimp appetizer, the Branzino, the wild mushrooms, Scallops are not to miss. The David & Omar team alone would bring me back to the Hilton Orlando for another stay.

Not five minutes into the conversation, my wife handed Mario her credit card and we purchased one of the VIP Packages. I write this review to let the “Higher-Ups” at Hilton know just how wonderful Mario (Ambassador) is. Mario took the time and explained everything about what we had purchased. Mario answered every single question we had, gave us all the details about the package we purchased, and most importantly, gave us a presentation that was incredible. Mario was generous with his time, an absolute gentleman, and so pleasant to deal with.
