Plenty of options to eat in the neighborhood, both local places and restaurants. Small shop just downstairs. Decent breakfast. We did like staying in the hotel. One of the AC did not work (we had 2 rooms). Limited amenities.
• Zsófia (7/5): - A reggeli nagyon finom volt, nagyon bőséges volt a választék. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Jó helyen volt a szálloda. Hangos volt a szoba. Nagyon lehetett hallani a villamost, de ami még ennél is zavaróbb volt, hogy a felettünk lévő szobában megszálló vendégeket oly mértékben lehetett hallani, mintha egy légtérben lettünk volna.

• Marie.N (8/5): - L'emplacement de l’hôtel est bien situé pas loin des transports en commun. L’hôtel est propre, la chambre confortable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel à l'accueil disponible et à l’écoute. Merci. Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié de recevoir un mail de booking qui me dit que ma réservation n'avait pas été honorée. Il a fallu que je contacte l’hôtel pour leur demander de faire le nécessaire, bonjour ma facture de téléphone. La communication était trés difficile! Ne jamais payer en espèces sur place jamais!!! Vous risquez de payer une fois de plus votre réservation! Si vous payez en espèces il n’y a pas de traces, vous n'êtes pas enregistré, une fois que vous rentrez booking vous informe que votre réservation n’a pas été honorée si vous n'avez aucun reçu cela peut-être problématique soit vous repayer votre réservation, soit vous aurez des taxes à payer. Payez par carte bleue c’est plus sécurisant!!! Pensez à demander une facture après le paiement et gardez bien votre reçu. C’est désolant et très désagréable.

• Nalan (5/5): Zu dem Preis zu wenig Komfort. - Freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung des Badezimmers. Die Fenster haben den Straßenlärm kaum gedämmt, es gab keine Isolierung. Die Straßenbahn war alle 3 Minuten extrem laut und Be- und Entladung von Geschäften. Die Nachbarzimmer waren deutlich zu hören, keine Dämmung. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein.

• Daniela (10/5): Wonderful stay once again at Prestige Hotel! - I came back to Prestige Hotel after several stays here, and it really feels like a place I can always rely on. The location is very accessible, close to the main tourist attractions of Istanbul, and perfect for shopping as well. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Ahmet Gokhan, who did his best to make sure we had a wonderful experience and assisted us with everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning is done daily. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. Overall, Prestige Hotel remains one of my favorite places to stay in Istanbul, and I am already planning to come back soon!

Что касается номеров, номера чистые, но кровати немного старые, после сна иногда побаливала спина. Душевая и туалет чистые, полотенца всегда свежие. Ещё большой плюс что многие из персонала довольно хорошо знают русский язык. Кровать старая, матрас проваливается местами, освещение слабое и не регулируется, или включается всё либо вообще всё выключается

Morgenmaden var en af højdepunkterne, med et stort og varieret udvalg, så der var noget for enhver smag. Værelserne var meget rene og velholdte, og sengen var utrolig behagelig – vi sov fantastisk hver nat. Vi boede der i en uge, og det var absolut det hele værd. Vi følte os godt tilpas fra start til slut og vil helt klart anbefale dette hotel til andre. Vi kommer gerne igen! Intet alt var godt. 👍

• Maria (2/5): Wrong information about non smoking rooms! it doesn't worth to stay in this hotel - The stuff was helpful in solving the problems, but the problems were very difficult and I am not satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Breakfast is fine and location is nearby the noisy street and tram. First of all, the main problem was with bed bugs. I did not need cleaning for the first 2 days of my stay and everything was fine. After the cleaning I started to have red dots and pimple on my skin. I thought I might have an allergy (but I never have any allergy like this on my skin). I understood that these were bed bugs (later it was confirmed by doctor). Can you imagine that you can't even relax and sleep because of the insects on the bed sheets? I still have marks on my body! The stuff was helpful, they changed the bedsheets and made a desinfection, but I already had marks and my stay was already spoiled. Alsom during the breakfast, I asked for the pancake and I needed just one piece, so the lady who was cooking them, just took the pancake with her hands without gloves and put it on my plate. Next day another lady washed her hands and did the same. But washing hands is not looking nice. There is spatula that can be used for this purpose!! AC was not woking good, it feels that the construction is old. I asked for the non smoking room and here in the description it is written that the hotel is for non smokers, but in reality guests are allowed to smoke in their rooms. So last two days of my stay I had cigarette smoke from my neighbors. And I have a sever allergy and have informed the hotel in advance. Unfortunately, it doesn't worth to stay in this hotel
• Daniela (10/5): Great Stay with Excellent Service - I had a very pleasant stay at Prestige Hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, they arranged my airport transfers and patiently answered all the questions I had throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping that keeps everything fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight: there is a wide variety to choose from, and everything was truly delicious. The location is another advantage, as the hotel is just a short walk from a tram station, which makes it very convenient to reach many of Istanbul’s main attractions.
• Mehrdad (7/5): - The location was good and the staff were friendly The overall stay was okay, but there were a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety, which became boring after a couple of days. There was also no complimentary drinking water in the room. When we asked for water, we were told we had to purchase it. For a hotel of this level, I expected at least some basic amenities like free drinking water. Additionally, we had booked a double room, but there was an extra bed placed in the room, which took up a lot of space. We asked the reception to remove the extra bed since the room was already quite small, but they refused to do so.
