- Udith (8/5): All in a all it's pleasent stay and the staff was very nice and helpful. - The room and location were fine. But at the time of checking in to the hotel, the front desk was requesting $ 100.00 as a refundable deposit. Which were never informed to me (the customer) prior to checking or at the time of making my booking. This was unacceptable and I would rather advise you to inform these things at the time of making the reservation. They never agreed to extend my check out time by at least one hour. instead requesting for me to pay $45 per that one hour. Your staff need to be fexible on these tings by at least allowing to stay minumum of one hour.

- Richard (10/5): - The location was great, it allowed for both exploration on foot, 15 minutes from Little India and another 10 minutes to Chinatown as examples. The room was spacious, clean and had a good view of the city. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant on site. It was a good base to explore Singapore for a short stay.

- Pilant (8/5): It’s a very good hotel, we will stay here again. - The rooms are nice, especially the beds are very comfortable. Water dispenser is excellent idea. The lift is not working properly, and only 1 at time that work. Shower is too hot but once you know how it works you can adjust it to suit your temperature.

Also, the hotel accommodated storing our luggages after check-out - I noticed that several other customers had dropped their luggages and the staff did wonderfully well in handling these requests and managing the luggages. Breakfast was expensive and I don't think it was value for money. 2 of the 4 lifts were under maintenance - leading to super long wait to go up or down. That was a painful bit.

- SimonSWNZ (8/5): A good option but some improvements required - The positives with this hotel include excellent service from the staff. The young woman at the welcome desk who was on in the afternoon/evening on 26/27 March was friendly and very helpful and gave us some good advice. She also made a big effort to address some issues with our room. The breakfast was an eclectic mix of different foods which we loved and its location is very handy for catching the MRT to town and the airport. Recommendations include: air conditioning in rooms is outdated and needs refreshing. Our room couldn't get any cooler than 24 degrees which was too hot. Too many elevators are out of action and there needs to be a closer gym option while the onsite gym is being refurbished.

The window jutting out was cool. The room was tiny. We couldn't put our luggage down and still walk around the bed. I thought it was pretty expensive for what you get, although that's probably just Singapore generally.

- Hanah Weerkamp (8/5): Good hotel on a great location in the city - Heel fijne ligging in de stad. Verschillende wijken zijn lopend te bereiken en er is een metrohalte dichtbij. De kamer is voor in Singapore licht en ruim. Weinig! Het was soms lang wachten op de liften die regelmatig op etages stoppen waar niemand uit- of instapt. En maar twee van de vier liften in gebruik. Maar er werd de dagen dat wij er waren volgens mij aan gewerkt, vandaar.
- Daydream60997354558 (2/5): Fire at Hotel Raises Alarming Questions on Safety and Staff Preparedness - Rating zero On 13 March 2026, a fire broke out on the 16th floor of the hotel, reportedly due to a short circuit in the lift panel (as covered by The Straits Times). My wife was staying at the hotel at the time. She had to evacuate from the sixth floor via the staircase filled with smoke, where visibility was so poor she could not see the steps clearly. In the process, she twisted her foot twice before reaching the ground floor. What was most disappointing was the lack of staff presence and guidance. At the ground floor, no staff instructed guests where to gather or offered any assistance. My wife eventually saw people re-entering the hotel and quickly checked out. Not a single staff member offered an apology, water, or even asked if she needed help. This reflects a serious lack of training and preparedness for emergencies. The condition of the fire exit doors raises questions about whether they are truly smoke-proof, and the incident itself highlights concerns about the maintenance of critical systems such as lift panels. Overall, the hotel’s response was inadequate and unprofessional. This was a very disappointing and unsafe experience. We will not be returning, and I strongly urge the hotel management to review their safety protocols, staff training, and maintenance standards to prevent such failures in the future.

- Eunice (9/5): Great hotel stay for exploring Singapore - Great location - Bugis+ and Bugis Junction is a short walk away. There’s also a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you straight to the Merlion area. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Bed was comfy and we had a good sleep every night. Only 2 elevators working at the time so it took a while to get down/up during peak hours of the day.
- Klaudia (9/5): Výborné miesto na spoznávanie SIngapuru - Skvelé ubytovanie v pomere cena a výkon na prespanie a skúmanie mesta. Izba bola malá. ale nič v nej nechýbalo . Oceňujem zatemňujúcu roletu - s dieťaťom je skvelé mať tmu aj počas denného spánku. aj pod postelou bol dobrý uložny priestor na kufor, takže pri krátkom pobyte sa neztreba vybalovať. Lokalita dobrá. Pridala by som poličku do kupelne, pre 3 ludí tam nebol priestor na vyloženie kozmetiky. Inak bolo všetko v poriadku.

- alex404A (7/5): - 位置很好，离Bugis MRT station非常近。旁边的美食你可以畅想，有亚坤，还有印度飞饼，还有板面，还有Toast Box。 Check in的时候效率异常之低，一个人能排好久，不知道在干嘛。酒店不提供矿泉水，只在走廊里放了一个饮水机，自己去接。电梯很难很难等。
