O único ponto negativo foi o atendimento no check-in, o funcionário parecia despreparado ou com pouca vontade de nos receber, teve dificuldade de encontrar a reserva no sistema mesmo checando meu documento, chegando a dizer que não tínhamos reserva, após finalmente encontrar a reserva tentou me cobrar novamente o valor que já havia sido pago antecipadamente pelo cartão, me perguntou se a estadia já estava paga e sugeriu que eu tinha que pagar naquele momento com o cartão algo que ja estava pago. Essa informação não consta no sistema? Fica o questionamento.

La tercera cama para una persona mayor es un sofa de plastico viejo y clavandote todos los hierros. Limpian lo justes en la habitacio. Desayuno carisimo y muy justicia de comida. En recepción nada amables mas bien bordes.

Zimmer sind sauber und praktisch, besonderen Komfort und super-hochwertige Einrichtung darf man natürlich nicht erwarten

Just a short walk from Checkpoint Charlie and the Concert Hall.

It was very conveniently located for walking to many sights including the Brandenburg Gates and Check Point Charlie and also public transport was just a street or two away. The room was a little more compact than the photos suggested but very comfortable bed. The public areas were very nicely furnished and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location with a less than 30 min walk to tons of museums and big landmarks. The hotel room itself was also great! We were placed on the first floor and there was always minimal to no noise. This was crucial as we had our toddler with us. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and spacious. Staff were SO friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here and will suggest this hotel to others!!

- Lisa (10/5): - Wonderful hotel with extremely comfortable beds. Excellent location right by transport and next to supermarket and cafés. We would definitely stay here again.
- Faith (10/5): - Very nice accommodations at an affordable price and within walking distance to many attractions.
- Nicole (8/5): Money well spent - Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. Location was great. The only critique is the “bar” in the lobby. The front desk aren’t trained on making drinks. Hiring a bartender would solve that issue, but until they do, it’s best to drink elsewhere. Conveniently, there are plenty places nearby within walking distance.
- Ivy (8/5): - very understanding and helpful staff, condition of the room kind of ehh, carpet floors werent the best and the used slippers and socks the whole time but breakfast was good.
- Didem (2/5): - One of their staff from their Checkpoint Charlie found my room and stalked me to my hotel room. The reception staff didnt see him at all and they refused to help. The hotel isnt safe at all and staff are terrible. I even had to ask help from the police.

- Catherine Louise (8/5): - Small issues like the air con didn't work, the electric window blind didn't work and it was on a VERY noisy road! The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean, the breakfast was nice and it was well located. Good for the price but perhaps some refurbishment is needed
