We were there for a Disney World trip. This Hotel is Stunning and 5 Star Luxury at its best. We would like to say a huge thank you to Joseph Wallace who went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of and our stay was met with all our needs . The Hotel is elegant and absolutely spotless. The pool is beautiful and there were always staff around, handing out something whether it be iced water or frozen fruit to cool you down in the hot sun. The hotel provides access to the adjacent Signia by Hilton which was great to be able to use the lazy river there too. We were upgraded to a Suite which was luxurious which was spacious, had spectacular views and gave our boys some privacy. The beds are so comfortable with the bed linen and pillows of luxury quality. The service provided by all members of staff is superb, nothing is too much trouble for the employees at this hotel, they will go above and beyond to ensure their guests receive the best treatment .There are so many Staff we would like to thank, the girls in the shop who made me a coffee everyday, so kind and friendly. The housekeeping who kept our room in pristine condition. The boys on the door were so friendly and welcoming and the staff at the front desk always helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It was a great location for Disney and the transportation is very reliable. It was so nice after busy days at the Parks to come back to a nice relaxing atmosphere and the turn down service is much appreciated. We will definitely be returning next year. - Adventure43105572316 (2/5): Hotel needs service training - Service review As a diamond status guest, this has been a sub par service experience. This hotel is with in the Disney World Complex, you would assume a guest checking in with family would warrant the question of if they can help you locate shuttles, maps and basic information. There was not even a warm welcome. I’ve had to figure it out a long the way. There is a place to locate shuttle times, but know because they will not tell you that you will make a tour de all of the parks before you are returned to your resort. At the end of a long park day I ended up taking an hour long bus ride back to the hotel. Bus does not drop premium Waldorf guests first. You will also stop at the Hilton first. Cashiers at the coffee shop near the lobby and also not helpful. Shout out to the valet crew, who are quick to hold a door and welcome you back. This property is in need of service training, this is not Waldorf and certainly not Disney standards.

- 281iant (10/5): Fantastic Stay - My family and I had an incredible stay, with two little ones ages 4 and 2, the hospitality is what matters most. The staff is incredible friendly, the facilities and rooms are fantastic, we will definitely be back. Tracy in Concierge is fabulous, Tyler at the pool bar/pool deck is the best, all around great stay. The Disney suite with balcony was excellent for viewing the fireworks each night and great with two kids having their own space. Our last stay at a Waldorf was in Rome and this certainly lived up to the reputation, can’t wait to visit again soon.
- jamiehD9709BR (8/5): Good 1st Experience, Had Ups & Downs! - I will start by saying that we talked with management about all of the issues that we had and they did everything that they could to make them right! Also, we stayed here and did not visit any Disney parks. Pros: -All of the customer facing employees were wonderful! The doormen, bellhop (Steve), front desk (Andrea), and "champagne" greeter (didn't get his name) but he obviously has a great job. Each person was super friendly and inviting! -Dinner at Bull & Bear was top notch. In the top of our meal experiences of any travel that we have done! The wait staff here was so attentive. Toni was our waitress and Shane was the sommelier. Shane took the time to explain his education to us and tell us a little about the process to become a som. He was awesome! -The pool facilities were so nice! It was great to have a heated pool. We did stay on the Waldorf side, although we could have gone to the lazy river next door (but heard from people staying there that the heater was not working.) The pool staff was great too! There is also corn hole, ping pong, and paddle ball. Our boys loved those options to take a break from swimming! -Our room was very spacious and beautiful! The whole hotel has the "beach club" smell! -Hotel guests can use the driving range on property a couple of hours per day for no cost. Again, this was great for our boys. -We didn't use their transportation to any parks (didn't go to any this time), but it seemed convenient! Cons: -For some reason, our room wasn't serviced for 2 days in a row. We had to call down both days to ask them to come up (needed more towel & items for our pull out bed) and had to call again for turn down service. We made sure that the privacy light wasn't on and that didn't make a difference. As mentioned above, they were very apologetic and went above & beyond to make things right. -The opposite of that...we had late check out, 4pm. We ended up leaving around 3. From 12-3, we had 3 different people from housekeeping come to the room to ask when we were leaving. Each time we informed them that we had late check out. I even called the front desk (after the 1st time) who told me they would remind housekeeping of our departure time. That didn't stop them from coming 2 more times. We couldn't help but laugh at the fact that we had to beg them for service for 2 days and on our last day, they couldn't wait to come in to our room! -We were double charged for something. Be sure to check your statement at the end of your stay! -BEWARE OF CONFERENCES!!! This was by far the biggest downfall. A conference moved in during our 3rd day there and absolutely took over the resort. The lobby bar was packed at all times of the day with their people and couldn't really be used by the average guest. In addition, when it wasn't their "session" times, large groups would meet in common areas, including the patio. They would pull basically all of the patio chairs around one common area to have their "morning meeting". Our family, who was trying to enjoy the nice weather felt weird even walking through, let along trying to find a place to sit and enjoy coffee and breakfast. Two things about this (1) If we had spent our days at the parks, this likely wouldn't have been a huge deal or as noticeable. (2) Management tried to justify it by saying they were "just at full capacity". While I see that, I disagree that it would be the same crowded feeling if the hotel were just at capacity with every-day guests. People would be going to & from parks and likely wouldn't gather for meetings in groups of 15-20 in common areas!!! All in all, we would give them another try. For the price & size of room vs what you would get for the same amount at a Disney resort it would be a no-brainer for us!

The staff at the hotel especially the front desk staff and coffee shop staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly warm and helpful. The housekeeping team do a great job. It has a great proximity to Magic Kingdom which is a plus. The only negative is the valet service and bell service. Incredibly expensive at $60 a day and the wait for a vehicle when not busy is excessive, we waited ages for our luggage to arrive in our room and ultimately called and were advised it would be faster if we came down to collect only to find we crossed paths and they were bringing the luggage up to the room (once we were already downstairs searching for our luggage). Zero assistance with luggage when leaving and struggling through the doors with three suitcases.

We really enjoyed the salt water pool and Tyler (the poolside waiter) was terrific - he is so friendly and efficient! We also were able to get a late checkout which was much appreciated. There are many food/restaurant options on site. While the service at La Luce was attentive and friendly, but the food was average at best. We did have a great breakfast the next morning at Oscars.
- elliotb157 (2/5): Basic service gaps - We recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and left feeling extremely disappointed. Let me start with the positive: the property itself is beautiful. The grounds are immaculate, the design is elegant, and the location for Disney access is excellent. It absolutely looks like a luxury resort. Unfortunately, the service was shockingly disorganized — far below what you’d expect not just from a Waldorf, but from even a mid-tier hotel. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, so we stored our luggage with bell services before heading to the parks. When we returned late that evening with two exhausted toddlers, our bags were not in the room as expected. We called the front desk from the room phone and were placed on hold for 15 minutes. We hung up, called again, and waited another 10 minutes with no answer. I had also simultaneously been trying their text message, similarly with no response. With our children unable to go to bed because their pajamas were in those bags, I had to go downstairs in person. There was no line at the front desk. The staff member I spoke with was very polite and helpful, and the bags were quickly sent up. However, it was clear that the phones were routing somewhere that was simply not being staffed. At a property of this caliber, that’s inexcusable. The following day, we asked for our luggage to be transferred to the attached Signia next door. We were assured this would be handled. It was not. When we arrived at the Signia, they had no idea where our bags were. After searching, they ultimately had to send a bellman via golf cart back to the Waldorf to retrieve them. This again caused a significant delay past our toddlers’ bedtime. I have never experienced this level of operational breakdown at a basic hotel, let alone at a Waldorf Astoria. The physical property is five-star; the execution and internal communication were not even close. For a brand that positions itself at the top of the luxury market, this was a major disappointment.

Every staff member we encountered treated us with such kindness. The property was beautiful and immaculate. If you are split between hotel choices, you would not go wrong choosing this one.

I dined at the Peacock Alley and enjoyed the food and the piano o entertainment, the gentleman playing the piano was really good, I can sit there just listening! The breakfast at the Oscar's is also good! Beautiful resort all in all and will definitely stay here again! And the view of the fireworks from Disney theme park was a great bonus! Made our stay even memorable!

It’s beautiful, clean, offers every amenity (except a robe), and the staff was outstanding at every turn. Extra shout out to Andrea for getting us checked in and helping us with our Amex extras. The pool was wonderful even offering Veuve by the glass (nice touch)! But my favorite thing was the bed, particularly the pillows. Best sleep I’ve had on vacation in forever. Can I buy this pillow??? Oh, and the chamomile tea in the room was another huge bonus for me. It would be a shame to not mention the breakfast buffet as well, including green juice and crepes! I’m already plotting my return. Thanks guys! Truly well done.
- Truth515 (10/5): Top tier Orlando getaway!! - We booked a last minute family getaway in Orlando this January and decided to try the WA in Orlando. The BEST vacation decision I have ever made! The location is awesome and the hotel staff makes huge efforts to have this be a fabulous memory for you and your family. Though I’ve been to Orlando dozens of times It was my first time staying at the parks area. I had a ton of questions about the resort and the area and decided to call the hotel before making the reservation. Jhoselyn answered the phone and spoke with me for close to 20 minutes!!! She’s 100% the reason I ended up staying here and after speaking with her my husband added a couple of days added to the trip. She answered all of my questions, made great suggestions within the hotel which we ended up taking and even helped me understand some of both our Diamond member and Amex benefits. We had some specific requests for our family and she handled them with ease. She even shared with us about the shared amenities with the sister property that has a lazy river pool for the kiddos. Upon arrival, she must have made notes because Anna at the front desk was well aware of all my requests and greeted us w a big smile and chocolates! The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous! The room was comfortable and the Disney view was worth it! Everyone was sooo welcoming and accommodating. One night we were so tired from walking Disney Springs that we ordered room service. Even the room service was kind, quick and attentive! The coffee shop is delicious! And the breakfast was Amazing at Oscars!!! Prince DJ was our server and the omelet station is a must try! Please golf here and if you’re lucky to have Carlos load your cart for a round he will go the extra mile setting you up. We played the front 9 and we wish had more time to see the back. The course was tough but fun and the range offered complimentary club rentals if you didn’t pack yours! So much fun! We ordered a snack from the clubhouse and even that food was tasty! The WA pool is breathtaking. Towel service, s’mores at night, excellent pool severs like Amanda and even a live musician on Saturday afternoons… just pure relaxation. Loved my spa experience and big thanks to Lisa for the hospitality. Lastly, this was the most smoothest check out experience I have ever had. No issues w our bill, no issues with any credits applied. Cold sparkling waters for the ride back to the airport and Hannah K walked out us out and listened to my kids go on and on! She is so sweet. Thank you Beloved for making sure everything go was emailed to us. Can’t wait to be come back soon!!!

Every single person provided exceptional service and the property itself is breathtaking. Great views of the golf course and fireworks from our room plus the dessert was amazing! - 513maurac (6/5): Lacking in service for a 5 star hotel - My family stayed here for 2 nights before traveling to Port Canaveral for a Disney cruise. The pros of this hotel are that its grounds and facilities are beautiful and there are many amenities onsite. Allowing access to neighboring Signia's pool complex provides a great variety of daytime activities also (we did not dine at Signia although I've heard good things about their restaurants) and we enjoyed using both pool facilities. Negatives of our stay are all related to the service, unfortunately. Our check-in experience was pleasant, and the friendly check-in attendant asked if we'd like him to have the sofa bed made up in our suite. We said Yes please, and also requested a rollaway at the same time (our suite is meant to sleep 5 but a rollaway would be necessary to sleep 5). When we arrived in the room the sofa had a giant pink stain on it, as though the previous occupants had spilled a red drink and allowed it to soak into the light colored sofa. We wouldn't expect a couch or cushions to be replaced between guests, but this didn't even appear to have been cleaned. I worried that damage might be attributed to my family. We went to the pool immediately for a few hours and also ate dinner. When we returned to the room to get the kids ready for bed, there was NO rollaway and NO sofa bed made up. I had to call down to make another housekeeping request. A housekeeper arrived within about 30 minutes, but spoke no English and was using a translate app on her phone to try to communicate with us as she was not clear on what she was supposed to do. After several minutes of my husband attempting to communicate with her and with the app on her phone, she figured it out and made up the sofa bed. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the rollaway to arrive. By this time my kids were bouncing off the walls because we'd waited so long. The next morning we went to breakfast at Oscar's which was highly recommended by the staff when we checked in. They were busy, as was expected based on the time of year. After waiting for a table to become available, they ushered my family to 5 to a (square) table for 4. They acknowledged this table was too small (?!) but said they would bring an extra chair for me. Ordinarily we would have declined and insisted on a properly sized table for our party, but we'd already waited and the kids were anxious to eat. So I ended up sitting at the corner on a glorified folding chair, and frequently had servers and other guests bumping into me because of where I was seated. Lastly - after checkout, I noticed erroneous Valet parking charges on my folio. My family only took Ubers to/from the hotel and airport as we had no rental car. I had to phone the hotel and it took 16 minutes, most of which I was on hold, to get these charges reversed. This is a lovely (aesthetically speaking) hotel but for the reasons above I will not be staying there again. For what we paid for a suite at the Waldorf I would expect top tier service and unfortunately this is not what we experienced.

- annielappe (10/5): Fabulous hotel for discerning families - What a wonderful hotel! We stayed here for five nights over Christmas. Our party—my husband, our two daughters (ages 9 and 11), and me—shared a deluxe family suite, which was spacious, impeccably clean, and full of thoughtful touches, like Aesop shower products. It was perfect for a family of four. To a person, everyone at the hotel was kind and attentive—truly fabulous customer service. We rented a cabana for one of the days between park visits, which I highly recommend as the pool can get very busy. Bobbie, our cabana butler, was so sweet with the girls—very attentive and positive. We also ate dinner in the hotel lobby a few nights in a row and enjoyed every meal. I would 100% recommend this hotel to families looking for a high-quality stay in Orlando. For the managers, who I know always read these reviews, here are my few suggestions: It’s odd that there isn’t a tequila-based margarita on the menu, and that you have to pay extra to substitute tequila for mezcal. I would encourage you to consider changing that. Another idea would be to offer some rotating pop-up dinner concepts, since the main restaurant, Bull & Bear, is both very full and very formal. A pop-up Mexican or Japanese residency, for example, would add something special to the property and help differentiate it from the competition.

The hotel was truly breathtaking and very grand. The staff was on another level compared to previous hotels we have stayed at. At the center of it all though was Beloved, the very first employee we met and handled all our concerns and questions with expert care. I have not been to Orlando for a few years, but I definitely look forward to going again and being greeted by Beloved once again. Great job by her and all the staff of the Waldorf Astoria.

It was expensive, yes, but the property, staff, room, grounds, etc were all luxurious! The public spaces are gorgeous. Very Art-Deco. If you are a Hilton Diamond member, this is a definite splurge hotel & worth the points. We did not go to Disney during our stay, so I cannot comment on the transportation from this hotel. In my opinion, if I was going to Disney, I don't think I would book this hotel simply because I wouldn't want to leave it every day to visit the parks, although it would be amazing to come back to every night! We ate dinner & had drinks at the bar while the piano player played in the beautiful lounge. The bartenders were attentive. The food we ordered was very good. I had the Wagyu filet and spouse had a pasta & mushroom dish. The lady in the coffee/pastry shop both times we visited was also very kind, friendly & attentive. The car valets were also kind, patient & quick to retrieve our car when we checked out. The outside spaces are wonderful & there are many areas to sit quietly enjoying your cocktail/mocktail/coffee/fruit-infused water. Our room had toiletries, a Nespresso machine, robes, slippers & ample towels, lighted closets, luggage rack, a full door mirror, a lighted magnifying mirror for makeup application. A light under the vanity in the bathroom lit up when you entered, which wass so nice when you don't want to turn the lights on in the middle of the night! It was a wonderful stay. My one complaint would be that check-out time is too early. Drives me crazy that you cannot stay in your room for 24-hours! If you check in at 6pm, your check out should be 6 pm. ;). I just wanted to stay longer! I will admit it. ;). Don't come at me about staffing needs... I just wish it was a different policy in all hotel rooms, not just this one.

The hotel/resort is close to the parks, they supply complimentary shuttles and the facilities are clean, spacious and well maintained. There are numerous restaurants on site and next door at their sister hotel (The Indigo) if you never want to leave the resort or the parks for food. Customer service overall was solid and everyone was helpful, friendly and responsive for the most part. Now onto the bad. I’ve experienced this problem recently at several other hotels and it’s shocking to me how “five star” hotels or world class resorts still have the same issues with consistent and thorough housekeeping. I am by no means a germophobe or obsessive compulsive but I expect to have my suite THOROUGHLY cleaned if housekeeping services are offered. Long story short after our first full day at the park, we returned to the both suites which showed barely any signs of actual cleaning. Other than a half effort to make the beds and fluff some pillows, literally nothing else was cleaned or vacuumed in either of our suites. We have six children, so you can imagine the crumbs and little pieces of trash that end up on the floors throughout the day and evening, which we expect when housekeeping comes through to be completely cleaned and removed. This was sadly not the case. I even sent management photos that I had taken of the uncleaned suited when we came back and the team member responsible for “cleaning” even went far as to fluff a pillow and put it on top of a pile of chip crumbs that was still on the sofa, rather than actually vacuuming up the crumbs. More distressing still it took about six texts and three phone calls to get management to finally send a team member up just to do basic vacuuming and I was told that no one would be available to do a thorough cleaning of the suite until the next day. Given the rates we weee paying and the fact that it is a Waldorf property this definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and basics and thorough housekeeping should be a fundamental service provided by any hotel let alone a Waldorf property. After lodging, my formal complaints the next day our suite was thoroughly cleaned but first impressions matter and again just this episode makes me question whether I would ever return to this particular property.

In previous years, I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Naples and the Four Seasons in Orlando but your staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. We enjoyed your delicious room service daily served by polite staff members, we had a blast utilizing your beautiful pool cabanas with extraordinary service, and we spent our Thanksgiving dinner at the Bull & Bear restaurant that provided us with an extraordinary dining experience. Please keep up the excellent work! We will be back because your customer service is the best by far. Last but not least, I have to mention the incredible concierge team at your hotel. They texted me daily to answer any questions I may have, and made sure to offer their services until we departed. I left your hotel feeling well taken care of because of these remarkable individuals. Thank you! See you soon. We had a lengthy wait at the Bull & Bear but we were a large party of ten on Thanksgiving evening. With that being said, I highly recommend providing larger parties with small children faster service to avoid any tantrums brought on by hunger or lack of beverages. Once we received our food, it was delicious and the dessert portion exceeded our expectations. Just keep in mind the needs of families enjoying a meal at your restaurant. Speedy service, and more kid friendly options would be greatly appreciated.

Amazing front desk staff from check in to check out. Very relatable to their clients, always smiling and helpful! Do you pay more at this hotel of course, however being AMEX FHR def helps. Went to Oscar’s for breakfast everyday and had the nicest server wanted him the second day but got sat in a different section. Not sure his name maybe it was Pierre/Felix (not trying to be rude but want him recognized for his amazing service he was a Haitian speaking male and was absolutely the best server we have ever had anywhere!) Went to aquamarine for some snacks and drinks amazing as well. The room: we booked a King Balcony Suite and not enough good words to stay. My husband is a business owner in the pest control area and we always take a UV light to test how well they clean the room before/during and before we leave. SPOTLESS!!! Very quiet, peaceful, and the tub/shower combo is amazing! Large balcony and seating for a cocktail/evening sunset view. Get the golf course view and you won’t be disappointed! Now the only negative, we did valet as honestly the price difference isn’t much between that and self. We were NOT HAPPY they moved the seat, turned off our screens/AC and messed with our electronics. In my opinion you should not be touching my electronics/screens/AC. I understand the seat to a certain extent but still something to work on. It also took forever to get our vehicle, even after waiting in our room for the allotted time after called down for our truck is still took another 15/20 min. Unfortunately this lead the 4 star instead of the 5. Still an incredible stay and it is 100 percent worth the money if you do stay! We will be staying here more and it will still be our go to hotel! - thesoapyb (10/5): Excellent stay - Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria hit the right spot in many ways: the room was impeccably clean (dirty sheets and bathrooms have been way too common). The bedding was clean and soft and the mattress comfortable. Our balcony was perfectly positioned so we could view Disney fireworks. The check in process was quick and pleasant. We had a nice selection of restaurants to choose from. We loved spending happy hour in the Peacock Alley. My only complaint was the price of the valet parking, which seems to be the same price point as other hotels. The room was very luxurious - the bedding, the amenities, towels, and bathrobes. There were even slippers waiting for us by our bed. Room service was prompt and had a good selection. This hotel is a great choice for a couple looking for a romantic getaway.
- 401toddj (10/5): Second Visit in Nine Months - My February 2025 review was a 3 and this one a 5. The difference? A few items - first, like Elizabeth in February, Andrea rocked at check in. She was uber professional, kind and helped me switch from a two queen to king seamlessly. She laid out my Diamond benefits well and appreciated the detail. Second, we knew, after February, how to navigate Disney transportation or head out via ride share. Third, and may be time of year, but Oscar’s felt more calm and the servers could not have been more attentive and kind. Fourth, the bar area, one of my favorites, like Oscar’s, got it right. They were attentive, but not overbearing, allowing us to have biz conversations without too many interruptions. Finally, and still slightly disappointed, the fitness center still focuses more on cardio than weights, pulleys and machines. Not a deal killer but hope that rebalance the resistance training to cardio mix when it is time to refurbish the fitness center. Have fun.

- F9093JDmikel (10/5): Great Hotel if you have the Budget - I was curious about this property so I used a free Night Certificate. It helped because I am Hilton Diamond status as well. Valet parking seems nice but it is a way of nickel and diming you. Upon check-in, I went to my small suite and found people in the room! Back to the reception and the desk personnel then upgraded me to a better suite. The room was right up there near the top 10 rooms I have ever stayed in worldwide and all the details were there. Turn down service and staff that say your name all bring this Hotel to the 5 star level. I had the buffet for breakfast and the service was excellent, view wonderful and food all top quality. about $50 a person is steep. The pool area and golf course look stun ning. There is a spa on site but that is for the next time.

- Connector49724741087 (10/5): One Night Stay - My wife and I had a quick, one night stay mostly for a nice dinner and an opportunity to check things out for a future visit. This Waldorf ticks all the boxes you’d expect from the brand. Welcoming staff, nice amenities, and a clean and comfortable room. We did as much as we could in less than 24 hours. We had a drink and snack at the bar and another drink poolside before dinner. Dinner really was top notch and leisurely. We skipped breakfast to catch up on our west coast time change and appreciated the late check out. There were no disappointments. I look forward to returning soon and having more time to enjoy all this hotel has to offer.

The reason we can't give the hotel 5 stars is due a combination of factors: whilst rooms are very clean, the bathrooms seem from a different period despite recently being renovated; food options are fairly limited; and finally, for a hotel that claims to be an official Walt Disney World Hotel, there really aren't any Disney vibes on the actual property. We were a small group of four friends and neither of us found the food prices to be excessive compared to other luxury others.

Room 518 was simply not up to standard. Basic amenities such as the telephone, shower, and TV were not working properly. For a hotel in this price range, you expect everything to function as it should — it’s the bare minimum. If you have children or a baby, do not stay here. The experience was far from family-friendly. I had to insist (and raise my voice, which I hate doing) just to get hot water for my baby’s sterilised bottles. A cup of lukewarm water is not an acceptable solution for a 5-month-old. The staff in the shop clearly have no understanding of the needs of families with infants. When issues were raised, we were fobbed off with food and “care” packages instead of anyone taking genuine responsibility or resolving the problems. That’s not the level of service you expect from a supposedly premium hotel. We’ve stayed here before and previously had a lovely experience, which makes this even more disappointing. Sadly, after this stay, I wouldn’t waste my money again.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff set the tone for a wonderful stay. Their warm welcome, efficiency, and genuine hospitality made check-in a breeze and immediately made me feel at home. Every question during my stay was met with a smile and a helpful answer, and their professionalism was truly commendable. The pool area was immaculately maintained and staffed by team members who ensured we were comfortable and well cared for. Whether it was providing fresh towels, offering refreshments, or simply checking in with a friendly word, and the delicious food and drink at Aquamarine, everything was perfect. Peacock Alley provided ambiance, service, and attention to detail creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff is attentive and discrete, making it a favorite spot during my stay. Oscar’s breakfast’s quality of food along with the cheerful wait staff made every visit a delight. Every morning of our stay was a delight. It’s clear that the entire team takes great pride in their work, and it made all the difference. My only regret was that we were unable to book Bull and Bear — next time.

I used the chat feature on the Hilton app when I needed a few items. They responded immediately in the app and my items were brought up to the room within minutes (most Hilton hotels, staff never responds to any chat in the app). Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars is the hotel is definitely on the pricey side. My family and I enjoyed the offerings at the their breakfast buffet and the food was delicious. The hotel is a quick drive to some of the parks and Disney Springs if you opt to not use their buses. However, for my family of three, the buffet totaled $135, plus tax and plus tip. Outrageous price for a breakfast buffet. We only ate there once during our 4 night stay. This was my first stay in a Waldorf, having previously stayed at the Conrad in Orlando. Not sure which hotel I prefer (Waldorf is much closer to all of the Disney action) and it's a toss up of which one I will stay at on my next trip. The Waldorf is definitely an excellent choice and I enjoyed my stay there.

- WAREAGLE93 (6/5): Not up to Waldorf Astoria reputation - We stayed in room 1239 for my husband to attend a conference at this facility. We booked a king and received 2 queens, which was not a problem but a sign of things to come. As soon as we exited the elevator on the 12th floor, we were hit with the unmistakable smell of mildew. Initially, I thought the floors had been mopped with mildewy water, but I now believe it may be due to damp carpet. Upon entering our room we realized it was missing a table/desk. There are multiple chairs pushed up against the wall. Since we were here for a conference it made work difficult. Several large meetings were occurring at the same time on the property so finding a place to work was difficult. I went to the front desk shortly after checking in to inquire about the missing furniture after confirming on the WA website room details that there should be a table or desk in the room. The attendant left a message for housekeeping and stated it would be addressed shortly. There was no response so I inquired again on the morning of day 2 and was told housekeeping would be in touch. I received a call a few hours later and was informed the previous guest had broken the furniture and it was on order but they would move items from another room. That was done on the afternoon of day 2. On our first night, we received turn-down service, which consisted of slippers next to the bed, 2 bottles of water, glasses being moved to the nightstand, and the TV being on calm music. Night 2 not only did they not complete turn down but they entered the room and removed the unopened water we kept from night 1 turn down and removed all the glasses from our room and did not replace towels. They were there after the room was cleaned but missing when we returned from dinner. Housekeeping was not the best either. I dropped an earring and found a pair of slippers and a dirty towel under the nightstand. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet that would cause our shoes and feet to be sticky. We have never used hotel slippers but they were appreciated as a result of the condition of the carpet. On our last morning, I attempted to use a cup I got from the pool the day before to get some ice and use tap water to take medication. At that time I found the ice maker on our floor was now out of service. A maintenance worker saw me in the hall and was kind enough to find me a bottle of water. Due to the conference, we were granted a late checkout. Despite the late check-out and activating “privacy please” notification on the door the maid service entered the room without knocking multiple times. The grounds were clean during the day but lacked attention in the evenings. It was difficult to find a place that was not covered in empty glasses, dishes, and trash. The pool service was attentive if you were ordering alcohol. Otherwise, you would have to catch one. They did bring around frozen fruit and offered it to those with alcohol. The towel attendant was pleasant and helpful upon arrival. Food service at the poolside restaurant was slow. The maintenance worker I encountered in the hall was the kindest most attentive employee we encountered. I expect more from a Waldorf Astoria based upon their reputation and the prices they charge. The upper floors do have higher rates and include nightly turn-down service. They also claim that you can see the Disney fireworks. That is true but they are visible from most places on the property and the view the majority of the day is a parking deck or straight into other guest rooms. Windows are not tinted and you can see straight in from any place on the property- pool, restaurant, other rooms. We had much better accommodations at Disney properties.

I want to thank Beloved for offering such a nice upgrade we had the best room my kids loved it my wife too, to Jared our bellman thank you so much and all the staff of Oscar's, specially to our housekeeper who.kept.oir room nice and tidy and going above and beyond, Waldorf orlando is our favorite hotel in Florida when we go to universl and Disney. - jimbI151EK (6/5): Disney hotel that has no Disney anything - Came here for a business trip with my girlfriend. The room was covered by her company and we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. They messed up on our booking. This property is a luxury property, and the service is out of this world. The moment you arrive you are greeted at the front doors. Every employee is very polite and helpful. The grounds are immaculate!! Our room was very large and clean. 1 complaint about the room is there's no microwave. They have a huge counter and room for one. Many people have kids and would need/use a microwave. Found out later they wanted $25 for a microwave. They do housekeeping daily and they also do turn down service as well. Never had this before lol. They have limited dining options open throughout the day. I found this to be odd on a property this large. The food and drink prices were crazy high. I ordered a Manhattan with buffalo trace, and it was $25!!!!! The average entree' for 1 person was $30 minimum. What the weirdest part of this property was ZERO Disney anything. For being a Disney Park, there's nothing and I mean nothing related to the Disney franchise on property. I know in Anaheim; CA all hotels have some sort of Disney theming. The hotel is a valet only $57 to valet. If you want to self-park you have to park down the hill at the neighboring Signia hotel, and that was $40 a night. They have 2 pools and 1 small hot tub. The pool is heated and that felt good. No waterslides or anything for kids to do other than swim. What is nice is you have access to Signia's pool next door. They have a lazy river and waterslide. I rated this 3 out of 5 as it wasn't perfect in my eyes for the money they charge. If you're looking for elegance and top-notch service, then this is the place. If you're on a budget and want a more kid friendly hotel, then I wouldn't stay here, but rather stay next door at the Signia. They're sister properties.

- MattPOliveira (10/5): Excellent! - My dad and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando from September 7–10 and absolutely loved it. The hotel is gorgeous and very elegant, and the front desk staff were always solicitous, helpful, and kind. As for parking, valet is the most convenient option — the service itself was excellent, though the fee is on the expensive side. I believe there is a self-parking alternative, but we did not inquire further since we were content with the valet service. Our room was quite spacious, comfortable, and sophisticated, and it felt truly magical thanks to the marvelous view of Disney’s fireworks right from our window. For breakfast, we went to the Park Avenue Café, which was a really nice experience overall. They offer a wide variety of pastries, with croissants that were particularly delicious, and the la Colombe coffee was excellent. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would definitely return to the Waldorf Astoria Orlando in the future.
- Leonardo (8/5): - it’s a beautiful resort and the staff was wonderful, but the hotel does not have parking to self park. the parking is 40 dollars per day, it is 4 blocks away , if you return from the parks late at night , i didn’t feel safe to walk to the hotel. the valet parking is very expensive 57 dollars per day, so we spent an excessive amount of funds on parking, which is unacceptable with the amount of money we are already spending on the hotel
- marimbadude (10/5): A great value among luxury hotels, but it’s still a luxury hotel with luxury prices. - Second time staying here in the past few years and it is absolutely on par with the many 5-diamond hotels I’ve stayed at around the world, if not better. I initially chose here because it had the most “value” of the 5-star hotels offered through AMEX’s Fine Hotels program. $150-200 cheaper per night than the next hotel in the class, $150 resort credit (I’m also Hilton diamond so for an extra $50), early and late checkout, and free upgrade (balcony suite with a Disney fireworks view both times), combined with exceptional but not stuffy service really made these two trips for me. After reading some of the other comments, I should clarify that while it’s a value compared to the other 5-star hotels in the area it is by no means “cheap.” So if you’re thinking you’re going to be paying Hampton Inn prices for food and drink at an elite 5-star hotel, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a value compared to the other $500+++ / night resorts in the area, then this may be the place for you. It definitely is for me.
- MylesC788 (10/5): Fantastic Stay – Luxury All the Way - Fantastic stay every aspect covered. Luxury all over. From before check in my personal concierge organised my airport transfers as well as linking the two bookings I have. Check in was detailed going through all aspects of the resort. The room was great with a Disney view which was a Hilton diamond complimentary upgrade. The nightly turn down service with addition of hand written notes and chocolates each night was lovely. The room was always cleaned immaculately. The service at the Peacock Alley Bar was great. Bar tenders saw to my needs each night and were attentive. Special shout out to Sabrina who always made sure my drinks were topped up. Service in the park avenue cafe was great and they remembered my name each day and order in the morning. Will 100% return love the resort and the proximity of the parks.
