- Dauren (2/5): - Location Extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Hayden (May 18–21). The air conditioning did not work in either of the rooms we were given, and hot water in the shower was either absent or only slightly warm throughout our stay. We reported the issues immediately, but they were never properly resolved. Breakfast was also far below expectations — very limited selection (only croissants, yogurt, and coffee). Overall, the hotel failed to provide basic essential amenities, which significantly affected our comfort. Would not stay here again.

I liked the small gym and continental breakfast as well. Showers need two doors or the floor gets wet. The air conditioner could have been a little stronger.

L’établissement est en centre ville mais très mal isolé, la chambre que nous avions côté rue au 2ème étage est mal isolé. Il est compliqué de dormir sans boule quies. Le petit déjeuner est juste là pour être là, très peu de choix et encore moins si vous arrivez plus tard.

Attractions are either near by or a s - Location was one of the big reasons this location was picked. We were near all the big attractions. Only complaint I had was that the ironing board didn’t work and the iron wire was too short. Other than that no complaints.

Fica no meio de tudo até para ir andando para diversos pontos turísticos e de compras. O banheiro só tem metade do Blindex e a água do chuveiro molha o banheiro todo. Pressão do chuveiro fraca. O café da manhã não possui opções diversas. Somente croissant e muffins.

- Vik (7/5): - Good location, friendly staff They ran out of breakfast on a couple days, one day was running low but one day I was there 45 minutes before breakfast was supposed to close and they ran out of pastries. The breakfast was already not great, no eggs or anything offered but at least there were pastries, but when those ‘ran out’ it was not great as we specifically chose a hotel with breakfast.

Los servicios varios fueron deplorables Habia reservado con mi tarjeta de crédito, un monto de U$S1700 , Cuando llego, quiero cancelar toda la cuenta, me atiende un tal Taylor, quien primero me dice que NO pueden recibir cash (???????). Luego de discutir y pedirle que hable con su gerente, decide tomarme los 1700 dolares, pero me informa que el recibo me lo dará cuando finalice mi estadía. A partir de ahi se me complico todo mi estadía, sin saber si me aceptarían el efectivo ( Reitero NO ME DIERON NINGUN RECIBO !!) Finalmente logro hablar con el Gerente (Mr JOSH MORRELL), quien me atendió con una cara de piedra, diciéndome que estaba todo OK. Servicios adicionales: Limpieza de la habitación 3 sobre 10. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio, pero si pensabas que podria haber una tostada, que tal vez haya huevos revueltos, algunos quesos o un simple jugo de naranja, aunque sea artificial, estas equivocándote de nuevo.. Nada de eso habia... El fin de semana, aparentemente no calcularon bien los insumos, o fallo algún proveedor, y muchos se quedaron sin nada. Como siempre, varios empleados con muchísima buena voluntad, pero, a todas luces, se ve que, desde el gerente hacia abajo, nunca estuvieron ni cerca de el famoso " atención al Cliente" El servicio es asi. Convenient to Times Square, MSG and Theater district. For your average NY hotel room the room is pretty spacious. The bathroom has some counter space which a lot of NY hotels don't. Bathroom was fairly spacious as well. Curtains were blackout which is nice. Has mini fridge but it's on smaller side I'm very picky about beds I would say this one was ok most people would prob say comfortable. Noon check out time vs 11am which is nice The hotel Wifi really was not the best. I was on Third floor and was barely getting service strong enough to play a video. I would have serious concerns about trying to use it for work related things that requires strong connection. The shower is one of those half glass wall no door things so the bathroom floor tends to get wet no matter what you do

La musique était trop fort. En résumé, fallait prendre le petit déjeuner avec une veste et des bouchons d oreille.

We couldn’t shower after our long travel to NYC, which is the bare minimum to expect from a hotel. We had to postpone our dinner reservation which caused an entire group late to the party. Very disappointed and frustrating. As accommodation they gave us 20% off the first night, but I would if expect at least the first night for free.

Il sistema di riscaldamento non ha funzionato bene tanto che ho richiesto una stufa che ha assolto degnamente il compito di riscaldare. Alla richiesta di cambiare dopo 5 giorni gli asciugamani ci viene detto che non sono disponibili. Colazione deludente in quanto propone solamente un opzione dolce con sempre le stesse cose (brioches e muffin). Mi sarei aspettato anche qualche proposta salata (tipica americana). In aggiunta l’orario della colazione comunicato (7.30-10) non viene rispettato in quanto anche andando nella sala colazione alle 9.30 si rischia di non trovare più nulla di disponibile o, ancora peggio, la sala chiusa.

- Jasmine (2/5): Overall location and convenience to MSG was great. - I liked that the hotel was in a short distance of the MSG arena. My boyfriend and I was there for a Knicks game and the location of the hotel made it very convenient to walk to the arena. Basically the price of the room did not match the actual value of the hotel. The bed was a good size for my boyfriend and I however it squeaked so much during the night it made it uncomfortable to sleep. Also, I did read the reviews, I do not know if I read all of them BUT the bathroom shower only has 1 door! I never seen that before it was very weird. We also did not do the free breakfast until the last day but when we did it was very underwhelming. I just assumed it would be better breakfast (eggs , bacon, fruit, juice, etc) it was store brought muffins and fruit that was kinda beaten up.
