Se há algo para reclamar, é o fato de não possuírem funcionários para subirem as malas para o quarto (acredito que deva ser em virtude de ter ido no inverno, baixa temporada, e pela pandemia).

Natalia at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. Property and our room were clean. Carpet in our room looked like it is starting to get dirty with quite a few spots. The complimentary shoe polisher at the door was fun to use. Complimentary water bottles were helpful as well. Will return if we ever plan a trip to Moscow again!

- DeborahNorge (8/5): Geniale Lage, sauber aber nicht rein - The hotel is situated at a river with a view of the Kremlin. Metro, shopping street, Kremlin etc. in walking distance. Nice staff, decent breakfast, perfect airport transfers! The carpet in our room had many coffee stains and the lamp was stained too. The beds were way too soft, one almost rolled off them. The room was other than having a couple stains very clean and nicely furnished. The staff of the hotel restaurant was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to people on a budget spending a couple days in Moscow, who are mainly interested in a great location and overall cleanliness than a perfect luxury hotel. We enjoyed our stay there!
- USABRAZIL (6/5): Good Location - The location was excellent. Across the bridge from the Kremlin, Red Square, etc. so you didn’t feel like you were staying in the heart of a tourist zone. A very nice street of local restaurants within a ten minute walk. Nice Italian restaurant in the hotel which had a good breakfast buffet (minus the slimy salmon which put us off eating for the entire day). I am only giving three out of five marks as the room was small, cramped, and felt somewhat dirty (agree with all comments about extra dirty carpets). The hotel staff works a 24 hour shift which leaves them extra cheerful on day two. I will say though they did arrange for a car (extra) to pick us up from the train and drop us at the airport. If you are only in and out then this place will be fine. Not a good place for families. The picture shows the “white curtain”over the ceiling light. It felt a bit uncomfortable.

- peterj707 (10/5): Great location in quiet location - My wife and I arrived after a long flight from Australia and were very great full for a friendly reception, a very quiet and clean room and the chance to walk into Red Square, the Kremlin and St Basil’s. We also dined in their restaurant where we enjoyed the pasta and the risotto. The service was very good and the food was very tasty. Would highly recommend this hotel.

- grahamrwestcott (8/5): Well located and very comfortable - We did not know quite what to expect after transferring from Saint Petersburg but the older style facade concealed a modern comfortable gem in an excellent location by a canal and with a view across to the towers of the Kremlin. The 'in house' Italian style restaurant was comfortable with an attractive menu and excellent service; but for the more adventurous there is a vast selection of shoulder to shoulder eating places five minutes walk along the road. Could it be better ? Yes, Although it clearly has a 'business' trade those of us who are Tourists found the lack of information in the Hotel a disappointment. Nothing on City Sightseeing, boat trips,key sights, museums etc. Please ! A rack of leaflets is a MUST.

It's within walking distance from good restaurants, coffee shops, bakery and tourist attractions such as the Red Square, St. Basil Cathedral, Gum Department Store, Bolshoi, etc. Traffic around this area is bad so it's convenient not to use any transportation. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent breakfast as well as a very good fine dining restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room we had was clean and comfortable.

- kanterezza (8/5): Randomly choosen hotel, and what a good experience - I found the hotel randomly, a really free choice, from "close-to-centre" list of hotels. The Red Square is really close - for some great pedestrian visits of the capital without any transport need. Situated in front of the river, the hotel is quiet, nice, clean, well equipped. Nice rooms, good stuff, good breakfast - a really good place to be as tourist or as businessman. What else?
- 180luish (8/5): Good hotel. Expensive restaurant. Poor TV programming - Good location. At a 20 min walk from the Kremlin. Ten min far from restaurants and a metro station. Facing the Moskva river channel. Very spacious rooms, well furnished, good lighting. Quiet. Easy check in and check out. The restaurant is good but expensive. Breakfast buffet is too expensive (15 USD). It’s better to go to the restaurants that are 10 min away. TV programming is very poor for foreigners. Only two or three news channels. Cheaper hotels offer more TV channels.

- shaneybux (8/5): Great location - The great thing about this boutique hotel that is very close to all the Moscow attractions – a short walk to Red Square, GUM etc. There are also metros and supermarkets close by. There is a washer/dryer in the basement, which helps. For a small hotel, breakfast is very good – with a nice selection of items. Like everywhere else in Moscow, service is impersonal to an icy degree!
- Katerina (8/5): Amazing location. Sport facilities could be better - Good hotel and amazing location! Close to all polular attractions in Moscow, but at the same time it is not noisy at the hotel. I was slightly disappointed with gym and sauna. There was only infrared sauna available, even though you can book a hotel with better amenities at the same price. The staff was super nice and the hotel is very clean!
- gemswinc (8/5): Many Pluses - The Kadashevskaya is a modern hotel on the banks of the Moscva River. The hotel is nicely situated. and if you are a walker, within walking distance of the Kremlin. There is a post office down the street, and if you walk to the nearby subway stop (Novokuznetskaya) ) you will go by a small grocery store. You are also within walking distance of the "House of the Embankment". The hotel has some nice touches. A free laundry room (bring your own soap, read Russian instructions, or ask) and behind that some exer-cycles and weights. There is also a a sauna. Very nice one. There is a restaurant for dinner, with nicely prepared Russian food. You need to take a separate elevator to the restaurant, which is also where breakfast is served. The breakfast spread is admirable. from yogurt to salmon, cheeses, meats, bread, cereal. You wont go hungry, and can probably find lunch too. The room designs are a little off, I stayed in two. The first was way too large (even for two people), with a platform for chairs that was a tripping hazard. One of the curtains on the towering windows, came down after I tried to close it, I had to jury-rig it with a clip. Then there are the skylights, a nice touch, but no way to close shades without standing on a chair. There are two showers, a nice touch, one with a tub. However you need to be an athlete to get in and out of it, very high This was room 8. There is a river view, which is nice, but it comes with traffic noise.There is a mini-bar and a safe. The second room was much more pleasant, tho' again with unnecessary levels (tripping hazards ). The room was was a reasonable size and one could reach the skylight. It did not have two showers There are too many shower caps with the toiletries (who uses shower caps any more?) and no bar soap. Essentially the rooms are clean, modern and attractive, but the design neglected safety and utility. There aren't enough outlets either. The staff has not been well-trained. There is often no one at the front desk, they usually seemed to usually be fraternizing elsewhere. They can also be unaccommodating . I was leaving very early one morning and wanted to enter breakfast early ( actually. I had misheard the time and thought that they were open. ) Anyway, tho' I could see, the breakfast spread was ready, they rudely shut me out, until I complained at the front desk ( after having to locate that person). Overall, a good moderate choice for Moscow.
- XSMajor (8/5): Good service with great location - We stayed just after New Years and had a great time. It it 2 blocks to lots of restaurants and a 5 min walk to Red Square and the Moscow Kremlin. They set up a taxi back to SVO for 2200 way less than we paid to get here from airport Problems Really the only thing is that the floors were quite stained. Not warn down and ratty but in need of a good carpet cleaning both in the room and the hall outside. I would definitely stay here again
- Wrenander (8/5): Location is fantastic - The hotel is very centrally located. Just a short walk to Red Square. Our room was a little dated. The stains on the carpet in our room were significant which they tried to hide with a nasty square of pile carpet. We were travelling with friends who were put next door but not on the adjoining room which was vacant on check in but three days into our stay was occupied by business people who had their meetings in there every evening. The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast great. Good options. This hotel is certainly a great option when travelling to Moscow.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is a great little hotel in central Moscow that I do highly recommend. I've stayed in the area before and it doesn't get much better than this for location. Almost anything you'd need is within a few blocks' walking distance, including a metro station. Despite its central location, it's on a quiet, one-way street along the canal. The Deluxe room was nice with a great view of the canal, but a couple things detracted from the charm. The facilities and room were kept quite clean, but there the carpet was heavily stained and damaged in a lot of spots, making the floor look rather dirty. The bathroom was better; only minor water damage near the shower. A huge plus for a couple was having both a shower, and a separate bathtub with its own shower. One other minor thing to be aware of is that the room service only operates when the restaurant is open, so there's no-middle-of-the-night munchies without a little walk.
- buddym_11 (10/5): Great hotel. Great location. - Stayed at the Kadashevskaya Hotel for 6 nights in October. My room (315) had views of the various churches and Red Square. Centrally located, it's possible to walk everywhere in central Moscow including a metro station just four blocks away. The room was very modern and spacious. The breakfast was very good with an excellent staff, The fitness room was adequate. The hotel staff (Tatyana, Alina, Nastya, and Max were very helpful in making my stay very enjoyable. Thanks!

- Deepak344 (6/5): Good Hotel , But dont expect much - Its quite a good hotel facing the river and close to the red square . The rooms are small and they provide basic amenities. I would say ideal for 1 day commuters or business travelers. I wouldn't recommend couples or families to stay here since the facilities provided are quite small when compared to other options you have in Moscow .

- 447chrissieb (8/5): Lovely, small hotel, close to all the main sites. - We spent four nights here and must say we enjoyed everything about it. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice view over the canal too. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with something for everybody. Would recommend this hotel without any doubts.
- jcn_uk (8/5): Location, location, location - What makes a great hotel? If the answer is, like in real state, "location, location, location", then the Kadashevskaya wins top marks. But I think a hotel needs a bit more than just location to be great, so I will mark it as "Very Good". Now, to be fair to them, there is nothing wrong with the hotel. If you found a good deal and wants to book, you will not regret, First, what is good: The location is great. It is one bridge away from the Red Square. We arrived at night, and went for a stroll to the Square (our first time here). You have two options when you leave the hotel: go right, and the next bridge takes you straight into the square. You see St Basil's church in your face. But we went left, on the long way into the square. That meant walking through Alexander Gardens, around the walls of the Kremlin, and then, through a side gate, into the square. It is much more dramatic, and one of the best "first encounter" with a city I ever had. If you are a runner like me, it is also a great place to start your run. Back to the hotel... The room is nice, bigger than average European hotels. Bathroom is on the small side and it had no windows. The room has bottled water, coffee, tea, safe, etc... The bathroom amenities are not that great. We did not take a single bottle of shampoo or cream home, which is a bad sign. I was going to have breakfast on our last day, just to report on it, but after checking the buffet, I did not see 11€ worth of stuff there. I am a coffee + croissant person, so it would be a waste. It looked ok though, and I have read good reviews about it. So, what is bad about the place then? Nothing really, but it is kind of charmless. Fine for three nights, but if you are planning a longer stay in Moscow, I think you would tire of it quickly. Of course "charm" is subjective, and the need for a hotel to have it is relative. On the objective points: cleanliness, comfort, price the hotel ticks all the right boxes.
- trueblues (8/5): Convenient location but lacking in character - We stayed here for 3 nights as part of an organised trip. The hotel is situated close to Red Square. Our room was spacious and comfortable and bottled water was supplied every day. There is an Italian restaurant which doubles for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was good but not always replenished very quickly when things ran out We ate in the restaurant the first night as we got there late. It’s quite big and very few people were in there so lacked atmosphere. Also it is hidden on the first floor so u would not wander in for a drink. There was a small public area in the lobby where u could get tea coffee and water but a bit small for socializing

- Julius (10/5): Fantastic location, clean and friendly - The location of this hotel is fantastic, just barely 10 minutes walk from the Red Square. Our room was newly renovated, extremely clean, spacious and you could see the top of the Kremlin building from our window. The Hop-on-hop-off bus starts just across the canal, once you have crossed The Love bridge, probaly just 3 min walk away. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull and speaks good English. The breakfast buffet is not huge, but has a wide variety and is more than sufficient. Did I mention is was well priced, especially for its location? I will definitely go back to this hotel when I visit Moscow again.

- Mayo (10/5): Short Moscow visit - Great hotel in a perfect location. Around 10 minute walk from the Red Square. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best that we have tried and the people taking care of you in the restaurant are extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. There is a gym in the hotel but pretty small and with very simple cardio machines plus a few basic stuff. The people in the reception are kind and try to be helpful. The normal check-in is at 2 pm, however we arrive before 10am and were given our room right away with no extra charge so it was quite a nice surprise.

- Dermot (10/5): Perfect location - We stayed here in December. The staff were very friendly we had a late late checkin and was no problem. Room was warm clean and comfortable. Hotel was quite easy to sleep. Location was perfect 10 min walk to main sights, hop on hop off bus starting point just across the canal 2 min walk. Lots of little restaurants and pubs, cafes close by. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

- BigD (8/5): Stayed for 6 nights - Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Location is good with less then a 1 from center. Little bit loud if you facing river from all the cars.Staff was friendly, and able to help with all my questions. Rooms were clean and fridge was full. Every day two complimentary water. But if you looking for a good tasty breakfast, then this is no place for you. Eggs were horrible, not much to choose from. And my stomach hurt all day. I went there twice and knew that second time was definitely a mistake There are plenty of places around hotel where you can eat much better food.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel is very conveniently located for a number of sights, for example St Basil's. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was very generous and had a lot of tasty options. The bed was enormous and comfortable and the room in general large, with a separate seating area. The bathroom was smart with good amenities. The restaurant had good food when I opted for a quick meal there one night. The staff in the hotel do not generally speak English but are very good at understanding and making sure everyone has understood with good humour, so this was never any problem.
- Daniel (6/5): Nice but dirty rooms. - the rooms are very nice, they have a modern touch which is great, however they are filthy. the water in the sinks and shower is yellow, like super dirty. it was disgusting. the carpet in my room had a lot of stains and it looked dirty. the mattress was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. you can feel the springs in your back, its very difficult to sleep on it. breakfast was very good though.

However, it is not unusual for reception staff in hotels in Moscow to speak English. Room was nice and clean and had A/C. Only stayed one night, but would stay there again.

It took me awhile to make staff understand that it was the wifi signal problem in my room not because I didn't know what network we should select. Breakfast was good but we stayed many days and they have the same food for BF everyday. Better pay a bit more for the suite. we tried standard room and the suite. standard room has un-comfy bed but the suite got very good bed and amenities.
- karl (10/5): Great hotel in great location - Great hotel in a great location just a short stroll to the kremlin and red square. Staff were extremely helpful as we were on business but also keen to see the sights. Restuarant's and bars within walking distance too. Room was spacious and comfortable with a good workspace and Internet. Only complaint was the breakfast was always cold. Kept in warning trays but for whatever reason the bacon eggs mushrooms hasbrowns etc were always cold.

Only downside was housekeeping was a bit of a let down. The cleaning was so-so and the restocking of the room was hit or miss. The beds were uncomfortable. You felt the mattress springs when you laid down.

- Alexey (10/5): Location Hotel - This is a city centre hotel. So, first of all it is located very close to the main Moscow attractions such as Red Square and Aleksandrovskiy Sad. Second, the room I stayed in (1 queen bed) is a modern well equipped room and was very clean. I haven't used any of the amenities as it was a short stay, but there were no concerns with the room or bathroom at all. All is modern and clean. Highly recommend to any sightseeing type tourist to the city.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic Hotel close to Red Square and Kremlin - Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. We loved our suite with lots of space, very quiet, a comfortable bed, good air con and a powerful shower. Breakfast in the morning had lots of choice, the chocolate croissant were gorgeous as was the layered yoghurt, fruit and muesli. All the staff were helpful. The location meant we could be at the Kremlin or Red Square in less than 10 mins with a pleasant walk over the bridge.

- julian (10/5): hotel staff couldn't do enough for you - just came back from a 4 night stay 8/3/2016 and I couldn't fault anything from the friendly English speaking reception who were so helpful down to booking taxis and advice where to visit, the rooms are light clean and spacious with a very reasonable mini bar and free bottles of water and coffee replenished daily. The restaurant on site is manly Italian themed but offers great food at affordable prices, breakfast is great with enough choice for anyone from hot food to pastries cereals and cold meats and cheeses we never left hungry. I would stay here again anytime julian

And the hotel is very close to the city center (Red Square). You can arrange a taxi from the hotel to anywhere and pay it as an extra by credit card! (It was a bit more expensible than Uber, etc but it works)
