Además la zona es tranquila, llena de restaurantes y sin la masificación de turistas que puedes encontrar en el centro. El hotel es pequeño pero muy acogedor , el personal súper atento. El primer día el agua de la ducha tardó bastante en calentarse, pero parece que fue algo puntual, ya que el resto de días no tuvimos problema. Por lo demás, todo excelente

There were no adapter plugs available for rent or purchase, and no helpful information was provided about where to buy one nearby. Overall, the support offered was ineffective. Additionally, the breakfast tasted quite average.

This hotel was great, in an amazing location a short walk away from the Metro and Arc Du Triomphe. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfy. The room are spasious and very clean. The atmospher is verry relaxing and calm. If you need anything the team the the réception will be very happy to help or will give you good tips for you stay like place to visite like a local.

The rooms were super clean with excellent service . Our room was decorated really nicely as I’m sure is the same for the others. The staff were really friendly and helpful, also all spoke English which was very appreciated. We would definitely choose to stay here again, especially for the price. 10/10.

It’s a 10 minute walk to Champs-Elyses. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. They gave us a complimentary upgrade because we had a lot of luggage. That’s was very appreciated. Their breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel & would come back in future visits.

• Jaco (8/5): Great short stay hotel in Paris. - The staff tried their best to fix a booking issue (allegedly caused by booking.com), and rescued what could have been a disastrous situation for our business trip. Its central and breakfast is pretty good by Paris standards. On arrival, we were told our booking was cancelled (by booking.com) and the room given to someone else - meant we had to spend our first night in a lower level room and then change our room the next day. The rooms can be on the small side, and are completely open plan - means an extended stay in the rooms start to feel quite cramped mostly living out of a suitcase.
• Yolandah (8/5): Eventful - The way the property is designed is lovely and different from any other I’ve seen before. It’s different and refreshing to see. Dust. Under the bed was so much dust I could not believe it. I could not stop coughing and sneezing and now I’ve developed allergy to dust… even the slightest bit. It’s a shame you would expect it to be cleaned as it was the most obvious— but it wasn’t. The hotel is great, though pick the final rooms at the top with 2 single beds as their rooms are much bigger and more spacious than the rest. I absolutely enjoyed our room, the service given and all of the staff members. It’s just a very big shame that the room was full of dust. Also the toilet was so tiny 😂 I struggled to fit and just found it hilarious. You had to keep the door open so you use it comfortably. What a funny hotel. Very lovely but quite odd with one or 2 things. Overall everything else was clean, beds were VERY comfortable! My goodness. So fluffy but just the right amount of firmness. Bathrooms were squeaky clean. Just that under the bed dust— shocking! I took videos of the lovely property but booking.com is only allowing me to upload pictures and I feel a video is better as it gives a clearer picture of how spacious the place was.

• Companion361207 (10/5): Paris trip with the hidden hotel. - My husband and I stayed at the Hidden hotel (24th-28th Dec) and we had a fabulous time at the property. The staff and their attention to detail, and positive attitude to make sure that we were comfortable was an extremely nice touch. After a long flight, we got our room immediately ( early check in) and the ladies at the reception ensured it was seamless. Thanks Hidden hotel for making our trip truly memorable, we’ll definitely be back again 🥂😊

Les chambres sont très petites, avec la salle de bain dans la chambre, mais cela était auparavant compensé par une ambiance familiale et un excellent petit-déjeuner. Lors de notre dernier séjour, le petit-déjeuner est devenu industriel et l’ambiance a clairement changé. Nous avons appris que les propriétaires avaient vendu. Dommage, la magie n’y est plus. • isabellae654 (10/5): very nice hotel in good location suited for couples on their Paris stay, we would definitely come back - stay: 3 nights as a couple in December location: convenient near the Étoile and Champs-Élysées with access to Metro in walking distance price: absolutely reasonable for excellent quality hotel: cozy with muted vibe, festive christmassy decor, nice and helpful staff room: comfy and clean, very nice shower, love the scent of the body wash breakfast: tasty with fresh high quality meal options both savory and sweet small downside: we stayed at Hidden Hotel in the years before and there were minor drops in quality such as that there are no handwritten welcome notes anymore and a downgrade of breakfast service, e.g. beverages now come from coffee machine instead being ordered from staff, also we did not get the welcome drink the offer included conclusion: very nice hotel in good location suited for couples on their Paris stay, we would definitely come back
• toricornwall (4/5): Paris has too many hotels to bother with this one - I booked this after looking at all the good reviews so wonder whether we had a less positive experience because I was in one of the smaller (and therefore cheaper) rooms. Maybe it's better if you are in a suite or something but I would absolutely avoid room 206 if you don't want to hear a lift going up and down regularly. The good - Location is nice a central. Beds are quite comfortable. The average - Staff are polite rather than friendly so it doesn't feel very welcoming. The small rooms have NOWHERE to put anything. There is a double bed which can only fit a bedside table on one side and if you use the hanging rail, which is above the bedside table you can't use that either and you have clothes hanging in your face in bed. There is one hook in the entire room so for two of you, that's 2 towels, 2 robes (although they only gave us one originally) and 2 coats hanging on it which makes it so full you can't get to the sink. Plus our coats were soaking wet from the rain so we would have liked to hang them out of the way. It's not very clean. Quite obvious cobwebs above the bed, quite a few brown stains on the towels and the shower drain was blocked so that the water formed a paddling pool around your ankles. To be fair, this was sorted as soon as we mentioned it (with a large stinky plug of yuk being removed) but I'd rather know that was done as part of the cleaning process. The lighting in the shower is so dark you can't see whether it's clean or not though so maybe that's a bonus! It's also one of the few places I've stayed for years that doesn't have a kettle so you can't make a drink. Again, when we asked we were promptly given (a very dusty) kettle but had to ask for cups and tea and then weren't given any more. One of the lightbulbs was broken and the duvet cover was put on inside out which sounds like small things but actually reflects the feeling of ambivalence about the guest experience.

After turning up at the well known chain hotel that we had booked around the corner and found they had given us an unacceptable room - single when we booked a double. Thank you Hidden Hotel.

Local restaurants and bars and fab. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The bed is incredible we slept in for hours. A truly superb hotel

It was a perfect location for the week. The room was comfortable, clean and the location was very quiet. Service was excellent and the staff welcomed us with a congratulations on our celebration. Only 5 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe, metro and RER stations but is so quiet - and lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Everyone is really friendly and our room upgrade was much appreciated. The room was in keeping with the eco theme of the hotel with some lovely touches. And the most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in. The barman also made us some lovely cocktails. I'd highly recommend it and will stay again the next time I visit Paris.

We loved the aesthetic of natural and understated luxury. The location was amazing, allowing us to walk to multiple landmarks, restaurants, and shops. The staff was so lovely and took great care of us. I would return to this hotel in future trips and will recommend it highly to friends traveling to Paris.
