- Verified traveler (10/5): Отличный отель - В номере очень уютно, тихо, соседей совсем не слышно. Понравилось что в номере предусмотрен чайник. Отдельно о персонале. Все от Администраторов, до охранников и уборщиц очень вежливые, приветиливые. При любой встрече здороваются, улыбаются, желают хорошего отдыха, независим это 10 вечера или 8 утра. Осталось очень приятное впечатление

- Eduard (8/5): Рекомендую Аструс - Мне было нужно место ночлега. Я выбрал 1-местный номер площадью около 20 кв. Обстановка и мебель добротный, хотя и не новые. Довольно чисто, свежее белье. Чистая посуда. Чайник, телевизор, холодильник, настольная лампа. Для комфортного ночлега всё необходимое имеется. В самом отеле номера любой ценовой категории.
- Aleksandr (6/5): Проживание 1,5 недели - В целом остался доволен, однако с окон очень сильно дует. Убираются каждый день, однако паутины с люстры так и не убрали за 1,5 недели(. К сожалению далеко расположены розетки от кровати. они находятся не возле, а напротив кровати. В остальном претензий к персоналу нет, кроме еще того что когда я спросил где остановка Миклухо Маклая, меня отправили в противоположную сторону улицы

В номере местами было грязно, особенно кондиционер, который был весь в пыли. Так же проблема была в самом кондиционере, он не холодил. Окна в номере не открывались и поэтому было очень жарко и душно.

- IGOR (6/5): Существует ли серая студия? 🤔 - Бронировали студию в серых цветах, повелись на интересный дизайн и панорамный вид, при заезде таких свободных номеров не оказалось, предоставили студию, такую же по размеру, но в стиле евроремонта 20летней давности (ванная комната подстать номеру). Непонятно, зачем вводить в заблуждение и выставлять фото номеров, которые не соответствуют реальным. Завтрак по разнообразию на троечку, парковка платная 400 за ночь. В целом остановиться можно, но завышенные ожидания лучше оставить перед входом (тк отелей лучше, в той же ценовой категории, в Москве, масса)

По отзывам ранее читал блинчики на завтрак вкусные дают-к сожалению за двое суток не застал( а так очень добротные завтраки) и йогурты, и молоко, творог, сметана, выпечка, запеканки, яичница, напитки, чай, кофе, колбаса, сыр, помидоры, огурцы, фрукты даже) отель находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от метро Юго западная) единственное - запах с уборной тянет на весь номер(, может проблема была с канализацией, не знаю(

- Sally (8/5): overall good stay - Booked a double room for two people and when i arrived i was given a twin room with tiny single beds - hotels.com has the booking as a double but there must have been a 'glitch in the system' on either hotels.com or the actual hotel apparently. The hotel said that despite the booking being wrong (not my fault) i would incur a fee to have the double room i booked. Not happy about this but hotels.com covered the cost (in voucher form) which was greatly appreciated. The double room i was moved into was much better. Overall a good stay - if you get the right room!

I had confirmation from the hotel via Expedia chat as well as from the front desk gentleman. There was no car and we had to make alternate arrangements. Very unprofessional. Rooms are old and decor and furnishings worn and dated. I would not stay here again.

There are restaurants and shops inside the building. it is a little far from the centre. Staff was helpful, but kinda cold. Need to be nicer to the customer.

- Mohammed (4/5): Bad Hotel way below 3 Stars Standard - Very old furniture, mattress is very very Bad . They wanted us to Check Out after 2 days although we reserved 4 nights. They kept blamming The Tour Agency . The funny Part i did my Reservation myself, i Had to Show The payments and The Reservation and i warned them i will call The Police. The issued was solved within 1 hour. Very far from City Center, WE wasted alot of time in transportatiom due to Traffic jams.

- Barbara (6/5): Room is clean and comfortable - This was a business trip so I needed to depart in a location nearby for work. I had reserved a bigger room and it was much comfortable. A 3 -Star hotel standard. The bed was clean and comfortable and I slept well. There is a gym room you can use on the next building but needed to pay 600R each time, the gym room was excellent and I went twice. But remember don’t go after 7:00pm as they will increase the charge to 1700R for peak hour use and which I think is too expensive.

- KiTae (2/5): 어이없는 체크인 과정 - 방문 3일전 호텔스닷컴 예약결제했음에도, 리셉션에서 별도 이메일로 바우처를 보냈어야 한다고 합니다. 이메일 확인서를 다시 호텔 이메일로 보내주니, 프린트아웃해서 확인합니다. 심지어 이미 다른사람이 내방을 사용하고 있었는데, 사과한마디 없이 그분을 내려오라고 하더니 쓰던방을 쓰라고 하더군요. 현지인과 함께가도 이정도니 노어못하는 사람혼자 방문하면 끔직할것 같습니다.

Отличное аутентичное разливное пиво на Макаренко, 2/21. Удобно ехать в центр на 62 троллейбусе. Шампунь и мыло в ванной имеются. Полотенца меняют регулярно. Гостиница, правда, отличилась странным крохоборством: если вы желаете, выезжая, оставить свой багаж до вечера, за его хранение требуется доплатить 70 руб. Как правило, такие мелочи повсеместно бесплатны. В нумерах шумновато: слышно, что происходит в коридоре на этаже. Шторы и тюль на окнах пыльны.

Very friendly staff, we had a baby with us, they gave us a baby crib, very comfortable, delicious breakfast. Everything for a very reasonable price) Will recommend it 100%, will stay there again! - Harisimran (10/5): Truly a great experience! - Stayed for four nights. Even before arrival, the hotel was prompt in their answer to all queries, and arranged for a paid airport pickup. The check-in was smooth and courteous. The hotel is well-located, clean, spacious and comfortable with large, airy rooms. The breakfast is among the best I've ever had. A very large, varied and healthy spread that caters for vegetarians as well. All staff are very courteous, and although most speak English, when required, you can speak to any of their Guest Relation Managers, who are very fluent. They also went out of their way to help me plan sight-seeing. A special word for Polly, their Guest Relation Manager. I found her very enterprising, pleasant, and ever willing to help! Even the hotel tariff is reasonable, although I did feel they needn't have charged for storing baggage after check-out. Yet, truly a great experience. Strongly recommended!
- Bill (8/5): Great budget accommodation - This was the perfect place to stay for several days work at Moscow State University, and close enough to the centre of the city. Very friendly staff, clean and well-equipped room, excellent breakfast. Buses from Yugo-Zapadnaya metro are frequent and only a couple of minutes.

Even though I am budget Business traveller, I can not fault this Hotel for the Value they offer ! Right accross the board this hotel is great great value money, very comfortable, Spotless and Metro Station is only 15mins walk max, which takes you into the City Centre in 30mins Max. Walking from Hotel to Metro & visa versa at any time feels and is very safe, good neighbourhood. Reception Staff speak good english and are most helpful.

- David (8/5): Good but could have been better - Good hotel even if it is in s strange location with the entrance tucked between other businesses. The hotel was clean and presentable but the ability to speak English was very limited I wanted to extend my stay by two night and bizarrely was told to go back to my room and book it online and e-mail it to reception, apparently they were mot allowed to match online rates - this was complicated enough but worse I was told I need to change rooms was given new keys and packed and moved only to find the new room was smaller that I had paid for. found manager who apologised but didn't alter the fact that I had wasted an hour of my time. Food n the area was limited but the restaurants I used all had English menus which made life easier. All in all a nice enough place but with a few minor improvements could have been GREAT

Unfortunately the nearest metro station was about 15 mins away. The room was clean and decent sized. The hotel building is still in the soviet style

The staff speaks good English and is helpful. Also, the room is comfortable and clean. Still my preferred choice in Moscow, given the price and location.
- Leslie (8/5): Nice Rooms. 12 minute walk to Metro. - Only 12 minute walk to Yugo-Zapadnaya Metro station on the Red line, Moscow's first and most important. Room was big & clean and bathroom brand new. Buffet was volumous and typically Russian funky. Who doesn't like beet cole-slaw with their eggs? You can load the wagon at breakfast and not have to eat again till dinner. Everything you might need is nearby. You can see how ordinary Russians live in this area and be in the city center in 40 minutes (from hotel if walking).
- AO (8/5): - We stayed in Astrus hotel four nights. The service and the welcome from the front desk were excellent and very friendly and efficient. The breakfast in spite of what I got from several reviews was EXCELLENT with many and diverse choices. The WiFi worked well in our room. The hotel is located far from the center but it is worthwhile taking into account the rates. There is good public transportation (any bus and/or trolley along the street of 26 Bakinskich ..) to/from the hotel from/to the subway station. This is actually 10-15 minutes of walk but we did not walk it. I am not sure it is pleasant to walk it in darkness, however it is perfect for the public transportation.
- Nielsen (8/5): Good price/ quality ratio - Decent hotel at a fair rate. Clean room and TV with BBC and ESPN. Poor breakfast and poor quality of food (room service). Friendly staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Affordable Hotel Accommodations in Moscow - Have been staying here for last 2 - 3 years and they appear to beslowly but surely up-grading floor by floor with good results. Have always felt prices were most reasonable in Moscow and location in my case is very good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Stay at Astrus - This is not a new hotel, but for the money it is good. I stayed here on a business trip and needed a good room, with Wi-Fi, and breakfast included. I stayed in the cheapest room and it was a clean, functional room. If you want something really nice, stay around red square for $350 a night. The metro station is far (25 min walk), but if you have a car it's great. I recomend it for business, but it you are in Moscow for sight seeing stay in a hotel closer to the Metro station.
- z5 (6/5): Good value for money - Very friendly staff, helpful. Room was confortable, clean. Only problem I had was the noise from the street as my room window was facing the main street direction. But othervise I recommend it - maybe it would be better to take a room which is not facing the main street. Then it would be perfect.

- Özge (8/5): A very good option - This Hotel is in a very good location, very close to the central metro line. Especially considering its price-quality ratio it is a very good choice for a trip to Moscow on a limited budget. It has a breakfast buffet which may not have many options but I think it is great to have it included in the room price. The rooms are in very good condition and they offer a pleasant stay. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Overall, I would most certainly recommend this hotel to travelers who expect a safe, clean and comfortable staying environment without paying for unnecessary luxury, after all you don't go to Moscow to spend all your time in the hotel room. I would consider it for my next trip. Thanks Hotel Astrus for a good experience.
- Steve (2/5): Sad Place - Just returned from visit to Moscow to see a Russian friend, hotel advertises in room wireless, but its not true, only in lobby areas. Front desk staff was nice, but very few speak English. Security at hotel was a JOKE, caused problems for my lady friend every time we try and enter hotel. It's sad they not trained to provide customer service. Had a BIG probelm with a drunk patron at one of the restaurants, I had security come to assist me, they just laughed at me and leave. If I was in the USA, I would have insisted on this being handled, but worried I was not in my country. Pathetic security, all I can say. Rooms were super small, prices in hotel far too high for just little things, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, Russian customer service simply does not exist here and I stayed a full week, seemed to mean nothing to anyone that I was American. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.
- Derek (8/5): comfortable - everything was just fine clean comfortable, one very big warning though. do not use the cash exchange machine! it charged me $173.00 us to withdraw $200.00 US and convert it to rubbles and did not warn me of the cost to do so. lesson learned I will never do that again.

- Wyatt (6/5): Decent hotel, horrible location. - A pretty standard hotel - price was ok, room clean and recently remodeled - but this place is WAAAAY out away from the city on the MKAD. For that reason alone, you're probably just better off renting one of the many available short-stay apartments closer in to the centre.
- Brian (4/5): No Air Conditioning - The hotel description said ALL rooms have air conditioning but only the penthouse suites had AC. They also had a refrigerator in the room but it would not cool. Because of the 40'C (100'F) heat wave it was very uncomfortable. We asked if there was a pool and they said we can get a discount membership to the local health club. At night it was so hot we tried to seep with the window open but the noise from the city and forest fire smoke made it very uncomfortable.
