Do try the Capuchino, it is excellent . The swimming pool was not open during our stay as it will open in June.

Aspettatevi un 3 stelle con servizi base. - Reception sempre aperta e disponibilità unica del personale anche per navetta La pulizia generale da rivedere, soprattutto in bagno, che per me è fondamentale ( capelli,peli,calcare ovunque ) . Non c’è riscaldamento in bagno e nessuna presa elettrica. Attenzione! La colazione insomma,tante torte( già pronte? ) ma assenza di pane/panini,niente nutella. Per cornetti e bevande si deve chiedere.

Отель подойдёт для ночлега ( номера чистые и удобные ) но отель не рекомендую выбирать для отпуска . Травы нет-это ковры . бассейн - пластиковая ванна на подиуме из дерева . Вокруг отеля не уютно ,автосервисы и улицы !!

Sandra (7/5): I would not stay there again. - It was not in the chaotic center of town. Getting to the sites like Pompeii and Herculaneum were fine if you have a car. But getting into town involved expensive cab rides. No restaurants in walking distance. Our room was cruddy and unrepaired cracks from the daily earthquakes. Peeling paint. Substandard cleaning. A 3-star hotel at best. We were moved to a better room for our last night there. Still cruddy and smelly. Breakfast was a huge array of pastries. Nothing hot - unless the surley waiter remembered to bring to some hot bread. Hard to imagine, but the cappuccinos were bitter.

Scourfield (8/5): One night stay before airport departure - The staff were very courteous and made an effort to make sure we were happy We chose this hotel as it had a pool which we wanted as we had spent the week hiking and we wanted a hotel to recharge before catching our plane the next morning. Angelo was helpful and ensured we could access it.

Mark (6/5): - We used this as a quick weekend away to visit Rome and Naples and so didn't use all the facilities. The hotel was good. We did not expect it to be so far out and taxis were expensive. So don't use this hotel if you want to be near the city centre. The bed was very hard but the room was clean and it was cleaned whilst we were out which was nice to come back to. The pool and facilities did look well kept though. My wife has a nut allergy and so breakfast was a bit limiting as most options contained nuts or looked like they probably would do.

Noi avevamo bisogno di una camera vicino al Policlinico e devo dire che siamo stato fortunati a trovare questa struttura.. Camere un po' datate ma sevizi eccellenti.. Colazione buona e ristornate con tante portate.. Lo consiglierei sicuramente... Ha anche una piscina e zona relax di cui, però, visto il motivo di visita non abbiamo usufruito. Niente

Patricia (7/5): Estancia como esperabamos - El personal es muy muy amable y servicial, siempre atento y pendiente para ayudar en caso necesario. El hotel es algo antiguo pero está limpio. La habitación tenía buen tamaño. Las camas muy cómodas. El restaurante todo muy rico. Silencioso y familiar. Era lo que buscábamos. La ubicación está algo lejos de todo. A 7-9 minutos en coche del metro más cercano, el servicio de transporte que te ofrecen solo tiene horarios de ida por la mañana a las 9:30 y 10:30 y vuelta por la tarde a las 19:30 y a las 21:30 avisando previamente. El parking en el hotel es de pago (5€/dia). La habitación cuádruple que nos dieron tenía vistas a la carretera, así no era muy ruidosa, y la terraza tenía los muebles algo desvencijados. El hotel se nota algo antiguo y le faltan algunas cosas básicas como percheros para colgar toallas o ropa mojada. La piscina cierra muy pronto para ser mes de verano (a las 18:00hs). El restaurante es algo caro y el servicio lo cobran aparte, además del coperto (cubierto) habitual. El precio de la estancia me pareció algo caro.

Comme prévu un peu éloigné de la ville mais la navette hôtel et les lignes de bus et métro très pratiques pour aller et revenir (C44, C143 et C76). L'équipe du restaurant est agréable et professionnelle, les repas sont bons, la carte très variée. Le petit déjeuner, très copieux mériterait d'inclure une solution "chaud" (type petit déjeuner anglais) et des fruits. La piscine ferme un peu tôt le soir (19h ou 19h30 serait plus adapté à des horaires vacances). Compliqué d'en profiter

J800ZUmeganj (10/5): Most accomodating and friendly hotel and staff - Visited with my friend this week and we had the best 5 nights at Ranch Palace Hotel, Naples! The most friendly and accommodating staff ever, which catered to our every need. The pool was amazing and all the facilities aswell as the room was extremely clean. The food was excellent and the chef cooked us our desired meals ( which weren’t even on the menu!). The day we checked out, we were granted a later check out and access to the pool since our flight wasn’t until the evening- which was very kind of them! Would 100% reccommend this place and I wish to visit again someday

Personalet var søde og venlige. Morgenmaden var simpelthen ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Mest et stort kage udvalg. At man skal betale 5€ om dagen for at parkere der.

Marta María (10/5): Estuvimos muy a gusto. Limpieza, amabilidad y ayuda del personal. Buenos desayunos y cenas - El desayuno y la cena eran muy buenos. Especialmente las pizzas. La piscina también se agradece mucho con el calor que hacía. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias . Nosotros tuvimos un problema de salud grave y el personal del hotel nos ayudó muchísimo y nos dió todas las facilidades posibles.
scemama (4/5): sejour raté parceque trop loin du centre dans un hotel ne meritant pas plus de 3 étoiles. - ce fut un séjour tres spartiate: la piscine n'ouvre qu'aux heures les plus chaudes et ferme à 18h - l'hotel n'étant accessible qu'en voiture le trajet fut tous lrs jours un calvaire (circulation, moto, et route défoncée) . aNous vons bénéficié d'une tres grande chambre en surface mais dépourvue de confort et de charme pas de commode ni de table bureau - telé sans chaines en français - tres grande salle de bains mais cabine de douche de 80x80ns aucune possibilité de déposer savon ou autre.- petit dejeuner sans pains, sans fromage, uniquement des gateaux et pas les meilleurs.

mauricio (10/5): Ranch Palace Hotel, sus dueños y colaboradores, un equipo que nos ayudó a disfrutar nuestra visita a Nápoles - El hotel muy limpio y cómodo. El personal muy atento.su dueños muy buenos anfitriones y pendientes de cada detalle. Muy útil el servicio de transporte hacia y desde la estación del Metro.. Estuvieron siempre pendientes para colaborar en cualquier requerimiento que se tenia. Un ambiente muy familiar

Simone (8/5): Top posizione, parcheggio comodo! Ma la colazione.... - Struttura semplice ma ben tenuta, ottima la posizione! La camera veramente spaziosa, era una matrimoniale standard, ma spazio veramente tanto! Parcheggio comodo e veramente economico! La colazione! C'erano sicuramente tante torte anche tutte fatte in casa, ma mancavano le basi! Brioches alle 8.30 sparite. Selezione di yogurt minima, uova assenti, frutta assente! Da rivedere!
Rosenzwerg69 (6/5): Ansprechendes Hotel außerhalb von Neapel - Gutes Hotel in der Nähe von Neapel. Kostenloser Shuttleservice zur nächsten Metrostation, mit der man ohne Umsteigen in die Altstadt kommt. Eingezäunter und sicherer Parkplatz. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum, Außenbereich und Poolanlage. Da wir kurzfristig von 5 auf 4 Nächte umgebucht haben, wurde unser ursprüngliches Zimmer vergeben und wir haben ein kleineres ohne Balkonzugang erhalten. Auf Nachfrage warum, wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass der Fehler bei Booking.com liege und wir froh sein sollen, dass die Umbuchung dafür kostenfrei sei. Die Nutzung des Pools ist nur zwischen 10 und 18 Uhr möglich und kostet pro Person am Tag 15 EUR. Zusätzlich ist das Tragen einer Badehaube/-mütze Pflicht, was einem jeden Spaß nimmt. Gäste mit viel Körperbehaarung müssen ja auch keinen Badeanzug tragen! Frühstücksbuffet erscheint mit großer Auswahl, allerdings bei genaurem Hinsehen erkennt man, dass hauptsächlich Kuchen präsentiert sind, die jeden Tag wieder hingestellt werden und somit nach einiger Zeit nicht mehr so frisch aussehen. Es gab zwar auch Eier, diese waren aber so hart gekocht, dass sie teilweise grün und ungenießbar waren. Wir haben das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen des vorhandene Pools gebucht und des guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses, würden uns aber evtl. beim nächsten Mal ein anderes aussuchen.

Franco (9/5): - Tutto perfetto Unico neo è la colazione: sicuramente molti dolci ma altre cose più semplici sono mancanti o di bassa qualità (pane fresco, marmellate, succhi di frutta).
Antonio (9/5): Bella struttura, leggermente decentrata ma comunque comoda per visitare Napoli. - Bellissima struttura un po' decentrata ma tutto sommato comoda perché in circa 25 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la metro e da lì si può vivistare molto semplicemente Napoli. È presente anche un servizio navetta gratuito per raggiungere la metro. Al mattino per raggiungere la metro èalle 7.30 ed alle 9.30 ed alla sera ti vengono a prendere o alle 19.30 o alle 21.30. Comunque il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e nel nostro caso ad esempio ci hanno accompagnato appena arrivati verso le 14. Le camere sono spaziose e il condizionatore ed il televisore nuovissimi è devo dire anche di buon livello. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. Quasi tutta fatta in casa. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera e ci siamo trovati bene sia come costi che come qualità. La piscina non è grandissima e penso che in alta stagione, con l'hotel pieno forse ci potrebbe essere qualche problema di affollamento ma i posti per prendere il sole invece non mancano. Molto silenziosa la notte si dorme davvero nel silenzio totale. I letti non sono comodissimi ma vanno bene. Qualche cosina da sistemare qui e la. In camera in un paio di punti c'era il muro con delle infiltrazioni di umidità e tracce di muffa ma davvero niente di che. Ci torneremmo sicuramente se fossimo da queste parti in futuro.
